        경부운동훈련이 외상 후 스트레스 장애 환자의 경부통증 수준, 우울 요인에 미치는 영향

        Background: This study investigates the impact of the cervical musculoskeletal intervention on post-traumatic stress disorder patient's cervical pain levels and depression factor. Methods: Thrty neck pain patients diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder were enrolled. Neck exercise training using a sling system was applied to the experimental group and self-neck movement exercise, modification of the McKenzie exercise, was applied to the control group. Both groups were checked every week whether they performed or not. Both groups performed their exercise for 35 minutes for a time and 3 times per week. Total period of the intervention was 6 weeks. To compare the effects of interventions, threshold of cervical tenderness and depression level were measured before and after the each intervention and also measured at follow-up. Results: Painthreshold of left trapezius showed a significant difference between two groups at three points. It increased 19.71% in the experimental group after the intervention compared to before the intervention. At follow-up it also increased 20.06% in the experimental group. Pain threshold of right trapezius showed a significant difference at three points. It increased 18.35% in the experimental group after the intervention compared to before the intervention. At follow-up it also increased 15.93% in the experimental group. According to the result interaction between groups and measurement time in both side of trapezius was valid. Depression level showed significant difference in the experimental group between three points. It decreased 18.07% after the intervention compared to before the intervention and decreased 15.21% at follow-up. According to the result interaction between groups and measurement time in depression level was valid. Conclusions: This study has important implications as the therapeutic strategy, high potent of improving symptoms, shows effect to a subject who has psychological problem such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

        편평족에 대한 관절가동술과 자가신장이 요부의 신장성, 요통과 하지 체중부하 차이에 대한 비교 연구

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the spine and the flat-foot, the stability and the alignment of the posture of the neck to prevent the alignment of the ankle joint operation and the lower back flexibility of the lumbar region according to the type of treatment using active stretching of the triceps, back pain, and to see how they affect weight bearing differences. Methods: The subjects of this study were 24 chronic low back pain patients. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, ankle joint mobilization and active scraping of triceps were performed three times a week for a total of 6 weeks. The control group was performed in the same way without articulation. The range of flexion and extension motion of the lumbar spine and pain degree and difference of weight-bearing were measured before and after the experiment. Results: The model of ankle joint mobilization and calf muscle elongation of flat foot significantly improved the range of flexion and extension motion of the vertebrae (p<.05) and the VAS and distribution of weight-bearing were decreased in both of two groups (p<.05). In other words, the exercise and mobilization help to recover of the balance of the whole musculoskeletal, the vertebrae. Conclusions: The active exercise of the triceps muscle of the lower leg in this study It affects the flexibility of the lumbar spine, the pain and the difference in the weight support of the lower extremities, when we performed ankle joint mobilization for exercise and cramping, pain and the difference in weight support between the two lower limbs.

        편마비환자의 슬링을 통한 감각운동조절훈련이 하지의 고유수용감각과 근활성도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this research is to rehabilitate those paralyzed patients through using the sling suspension system. Moreover, we are measuring the patients`s legs proprioception and activity within the sensorimotor training program. As to the statistical significance level, the conclusion which verifies with the p<0.05 and is obtained is like the next. First of all, through sensorimotor training program, we realized that the paralyzed legs` proprioception had no particular difference 50 degrees angle; between 30 and 70 degrees angle, there was a specific difference between the experimental group and other group (p<.05). Second, there was the difference which there were the difference noted to rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the result of finding out the almost activity of the paralysis summer solstice through the sensory motor control training and experimental group of the lying position, it notes in rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the between group(p<.05). There was the difference which there was the difference noted to rectus abdominalis, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the experimental group of the sitting position, it notes in rectus femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the between group(p<.05). There was the difference which there was the difference noted to rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis, erector spinae in the experimental group of the line attitude, it notes in rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius medialis in the between group(p<.05).

        중둔근 약화를 가진 만성요통환자와 건강한 대상자간 중둔근 최대 근수축 시 근섬유별 두께 비교

        PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to compare changes in the thickness of the gluteus medius muscle fiber between chronic low back pain(clbp) with gluteus medius weakness and healthy subject. METHODS: Ultrasound imaging was used to measure in the thickness of each fiber of the gluteus medius muscle based on maximal muscle contraction during abduction motion of the hip joint in a healthy group (11 subjects) and a chronic CLBP group (21 subjects). An independent t-test was performed to analyze the difference of thickness in each fiber of the gluteus medius muscle and the rate of changes in the fibers in the two groups. RESULTS: The fiber thickness changes in the gluteus medius muscle were significantly lower for the posterior fiber in the CLBP group compared to the healthy group (p<0.01). The changes in rate of difference of thickness the posterior part of the gluteus medius muscle was significantly lower in the CLBP group than in the healthy group (p<0.05). CONCLUSION: The findings of this study CLBP patients with weakness of the gluteus medius muscle that lower for the posterior fiber’s difference of thickness and rate of change in the CLBP group compared to the healthy group. Indicate that rehabilitation of CLBP patients with weakness of the gluteus medius muscle should consider the functions of posterior fiber of the gluteus medius muscle.

        슬링을 통한 코어운동프로그램이 청소년의 특발성 척추측만증의 Cobb각과 코어근력에 미치는 효과

        Background: The purpose of this study was compare and analyze the Cobb's angle, core muscle strengthening in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis and provide scientific basis for effectively treating idiopathic scoliosis in the future. Methods: The subjects of this study were 20 members of adolescent girls. Measurement tools were comprised Cobb's angle test, core muscle strengthening test. After 8 weeks of program, both groups had the same measurements as before program start. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, the experimental group was decreased statistically significantly in Cobb's angle than the control group. Second, Both groups were increased statistically significantly in core muscle strengthening. The experimental group was increased statistically significantly direction in front, back l than the control group. Conclusion: Sling exercise with core exercise was effective in the decrease of Cobb's angle and core muscle strength than general scoliosis exercise in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis.

        키네시오 테이핑 요법과 상지 협응 운동이 견관절 근막동통증후군의 통증과 기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the effects of kinesio taping and coordination exercise on the myofascial pain syndrome and shoulder function. Methods: The patients with myofascial pain syndrome were participated in this study and divided randomly 2 groups. Control group (n=22) was taken only physical therapy program. Experimental group (n=22) was taken physical therapy with Kinesio taping and coordination exercise. The Kinesio taping in experimental group applied on levator scapulae and supraspinatus. The coordination exercise performed in supine position and sitting position on 15 times during 10 seconds each positions. We measured the pain degree using visual analog scale (VAS), pain rating score (PRS), pressure pain threshold (PPT), myofascial pain subjects symptoms index and shoulder motor function using constant shoulder assessment scale; CSA before and after experiment. Results: The significant test of CSA, myofascial pain subjects symptoms index, VAS, PRS according to applying the Kinesio taping and coordination exercise between groups used ANCOVA. In the result following analysis, there was significance on VAS (F=13.071, p=.031), PRS (F=12.130, p=.014), PPT (F=7.378, p=.016), CSA (F=5.302, p=.026) between control group and experimental group. Conclusion: Then, Kinesio taping and coordination exercise has benefit on the VAS, PRS, PPT, CSA in patients with myofascial pain syndrome. So, it may suggest that Kinesio taping combined with coordination exercise will be helpful of the pain and shoulder function improvement the patients with myofascial pain syndrome.

        간헐 압축응력 완화와 시간-온도 중첩 원리를 이용한 FKM 오링의 수명 예측 연구

        간헐 CSR 측정법을 이용하여 FKM 오링의 노화 거동과 수명 예측에 관하여 연구하였다. Intermittent CSR 지그는 오링의 실제 사용환경을 고려하여 설계 제작하였다. 각 측정 조건에 따른 마찰 영향, 열 손실 영향 및 Mullins 효과에 의한 간헐 CSR의 응력 거동 변화를 관찰하였다. 오링의 노화 거동은 60~160 ℃에서의 가속 노화 연구를 통하여 관찰하였다. 고온 영역(100~160 ℃)에서 오링은 선형 노화 거동을 나타내었으며, 아레니우스 관계를 만족시켰다. 이때의 활성화 에너지는 60.2 kJ/mol로 나타났다. 아레니우스 도식으로 부터, 오링의 예측 수명은 고장 조건 50%와 40%에 대하여 각각 43.3 년과 69.6 년으로 나타났다. 시간-온도 중첩 원리를 이용하여 60 ℃에서의 노화 거동을 관찰하였으며, 실험 시간을 절약 할 수 있었다. 60~100 ℃의 저온 영역에서의 활성화 에너지는 48.3 kJ/mol로 감소하였다. WLF(William-Landel-Ferry) 도식을 통하여 FKM 오링은 100 ℃ 이하에서 비선형 노화 거동을 나타내 는 것을 확인하였다. 시간-온도 중첩 원리로부터, FKM 오링의 수명은 고장 조건 50%와 40%에 대하여 각각 19.1년 과 25.2년으로 나타났다. 시간-온도 중첩 원리를 이용하여 예측한 오링의 수명이 아레니우스 관계에 의한 수명 보다 보수적인 것으로 나타났다. Intermittent CSR testing was used to investigate the degradation of an FKM O-ring, also the prediction of its life-time. An intermittent CSR jig was designed taking into consideration the O-ring`s environment under use. The testing allowed observation of the effects of friction, heat loss, and stress relaxation by the Mullins effect. Degradation of O-rings by thermal aging was observed between 60 and 160 ℃. In the high temperature of range (100-160 ℃) O-rings showed linear degradation behavior and satisfied the Arrhenius relationship. The activation energy was about 60.2 kJ/mol. From Arrhenius plots, predicted life-times were 43.3 years and 69.9 years for 50% and 40% failure conditions, respectively. Based on TTS (time-temperature superposition) principle, degradation was observed at 60 ℃, and could save testing time. Between 60 and 100 ℃ the activation energy decreased to 48.3 kJ/mol. WLF(William-Landel-Ferry) plot confirmed that O-rings show non-linear degradation behavior under 80 ℃. The life-time of O-rings predicted by TTS principle was 19.1 years and 25.2 years for each failure condition. The life-time predicted by TTS principle is more conservative than that from the Arrhenius relationship.
