The method of autoradiography for localization of radioactive tracers in tissues is finding increasingly broad application as a new approach to physiology of parasite. In present experiment, by applying the Stripping film technique of microauto-radiography, the distribution of ^14C-glucose in Chinese liver fluke, Clonorchis sinensis was investigated to obtain more detailed understanding of the localization of labeled substance than observed in macroautoradiography performed by Kim et al(1970) The most radioactive regions are parenchymal tissue, oral sucker, ventral sucker and pharynx. It is noted that no radioactivity is shown in the testis, cuticle, intestine, seminal receptacle, and that considerable variations are shown in ovary and vitelline gland.
