본 연구는 계획행동이론을 활용하여 사격 선수들이 지각하는 사격 시합에 대한 의도와 실제 참여 행동예측에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 대한사격연맹에 등록되어 현재 국가대표, 실업팀, 대학교에 소속되어 있는 92명의 사격선수들 표집하였다. 이들을 대상으로 운동태도, 행동통제, 주관적 규범, 운동의도 및 운동행동을 측정하여 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사격 선수들은 운동에 대한 의도는 높지만 이를 위한 행동 통제 수준은 낮았다. 또한 각 변인 간 상관분석 결과 운동태도와 의도 및 규범은 연구변수들과 높은 상관을 보였으나, 행동 통제는 낮은 상관이 있었다. 아울러 계획행동이론 모형을 적용한 경로모형 검증결과 운동태도와 규범은 운동의도를 증가시켜 노력행동을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 본문에서 자세히 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the intention of shooting game and participation behavior in reality using Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) considering characteristics of shooting event. Participants were 92 shooting athletes belonging to the Korea Shooting Federation. The data was collected about exercise attitude, behavioral control, subjective norms, exercise intention and behavior and analyzed. As a results, shooting players had high intention to exercise, but low level of behavior control. In addition, as a correlation analysis results, exercise attitude, intention and subjective norms were highly correlated with other variables, while behavioral control was low correlated. Moreover, the results of the path model test applying TBP showed that the exercise attitude and subjective norms increased the exercise intention and promoted the effort behavior. These results are discussed in detail in the research.
