부산지역 특급호텔 호텔 프론트오피스 통합서비스시스템이 호텔의 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향

This study is examine the concept, composition and business performance of Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System that become an interesting and rising trend to many hotels nationwide. This study further examines that through the Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System, hotels can deliver financial achievements which can contribute in building a better customer satisfaction management and an effective hotel service management system. As pivots of P and W hotels in Busan that Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System are being currently operated, this study analyzes that the cognition level of hotel employees, who are the internal customers, toward the integrated service system and their market-oriented mind, correlation of hotel`s financial achievements and shaping an effective hotel service management. The research methods used in attaining the objective of this study were combined of personal interviews of current hotel employees in front offices of P and W hotels, M hotel that is in process of their integrated service system, and G hotel that had experienced in the Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System and questionnaire survey. The findings and implications upon the results of this research are as follows: First, it was found that the cognition on Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System of internal customers influences the their market-oriented mind significantly, especially as the variables like customer service improvement, and business performance efficiency appears to be affected by employees, it is required to focus on the improvement of customer service of employees to establish a better market-oriented mind. Second, market-oriented mind influences the hotel`s financial achievements remarkably, especially through mutual cooperation, recognition and encouraging atmosphere created by hotel employees can result high in financial performances of a hotel. Implications of this study are: First, to achieve labor cost reduction effect by performing multi-tasks of an each employee. Second, to settle a discriminated service system to advance competitors. At present, only a few hotels in the country are implementing Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System, however, more hotels are interested in the system, and already in process of adopting or under reviewing one. It is perceived that Integrated Hotel Front Office Service System will help in management achievement.

슈니츨러의 작품에서 여성 해방의 시도 때 많은 여성 인물들이 등장한다. 본 논문에서는 그의 작품에서 여성들이 어떻게 발전하고 해방되고 있는지를 규명하고자 했다. ‘귀여운 아가씨’란 여성은 해방된 인물의 특성을 지니고 있다. 성도덕적 측면에서 볼 때 이런 여성들은 이중도덕에 저항한다. 이런 여성들에게 사회에서 강제적으로 부여된 성역할은 중요하지 않다. 그들이 해방시도 때 어려움에 봉착하면 그들은 히스테리라는 가면을 쓰고 시민적 이중도덕의 정체를 벗기려고 노력한다. 초기 작품들에서 여성들은 수동적이지만 후기 작품들에서 그들은 해방이 되기 위해 적극적으로 노력한다. 심지어 몇몇 여성 인물들은 사회에서 청교도적 이중도덕에 용감하게 저항하기도 한다. 남성들에 의해 과소평가 받는 여성들은 그것에 저항해서 투쟁하려고 한다. 그래서 여성들은 해방의 길로 접어들 때 공격적으로 행동한다. 해방되고자 하는 여성들은 재정적으로 남성들에게 독립해서 살아가려고 한다. 여성 인물들의 특성과 관련하여, 슈니츨러는 1900년부터 입장이 변화하기 시작 한다. 그 이후부터 그는 남성적 관점이 아닌 여성적 관점에서 여성들이 처한 현실을 묘사했다. 그가 그의 부인 올가를 통해 그 자신의 삶에서 자아구현에 이르는 길을 배웠듯이 그의 작품들에서도 자의식이 강한 여성들이 자아구현을 위해 노력한다. 이런 점에서 슈니츨러는 결국 여성해방운동의 지지자라고 할 수 있다. In the works of Arthur Schnitzler many women are represented in their emancipatory attempts. This work examines how women develop and are emancipated. The figure of sweet girls has an emancipated character. On the sexual moral level this woman resists the double standard. For women, the gender role that was enforced by society, not important. If they have difficulties when trying to emancipation, they reveal in the mask hysteria bourgeois double standards. In the early works, women are more passive, but in later works, they actively seek emancipation. Some women fight bravely and instinctively against the puritanical hypocrisy in society. For example, Else wants to live freely in the society despite White to their oppression. The women are underestimated by men who want to fight against it. Therefore, the women want to act aggressively on the road to emancipation. The women who want to emancipate themselves also want to live financially independent of men. Schnitzler changes the representation of women in 1900. Since that time, he no longer shares the male perspective, but the female perspective, to show how they suffer. How did he get in his own life by his wife Olga to self-realization so strive in his works self-conscious female figures for self-realization. With courage and responsibility to defend themselves against the present order and the woman typing. Some Schnitzler researchers claim that Schnitzler’s view of women``s emancipation is impossible. In my view, they neglect the female perspective, tackling the problems of Schnitzler. As Leopoldine is enterprising, Cecilia recognizes the disparity in Society and strives for change in the social order. The actress Fanny doubts the traditional values and wants to secure the autonomy of women. The attempt at emancipation of women do not succeed completely, but partly. In the Works this experiment shows that Schnitzler is an advocate of women``s movement.

해양소재를 이용한 마스크팩의 유용성 : 피부재생효과

Minerals from marine materials such as deep ocean water and Dead Sea water have been used since ancient times. We made a mask pack sheet including deep ocean water and salt from the Dead Sea and evaluated the function of the mask pack sheet through animal study. Three full-thickness skin defects were made on the backs of Sprague-Dawley rats. The wounds were left untreated in group Con, and mask pack sheets including deep ocean water or deep ocean water and Dead Sea water were used as treatment for 20 min on the skin of animals in groups DP and DDP, respectively. We analyzed the gross, histological and biochemical findings. Groups DDP and DP showed decreases in wound size, as compared to group Con at 7 days after wound infliction. The histological findings revealed that wound healing had progressed further in groups DP and DDP than in group Con, with more rapid collagen deposition and regression of neutrophils. Also, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor β1 were increased in groups DDP and DP compared with those in group Con at 3 days after wound infliction. Mask sheet packs including deep ocean water and Dead Sea salt affected wound healing by reducing the inflammatory phase and stimulated wound contracture by facilitating the deposition of collagen.

본 논문에서는 현실과 가상환경에서 식물을 재배할 수 있도록 지원하는 식물재배도우미를 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 재배하려는 식물이 심겨져 있는 화분, 조도와 기온을 측정하는 조도센서와 온도센서, 토양의 습도를 측정하는 토양수분센서, 센서들로부터 데이터를 수집하는 마이크로컨트롤러, 상기 데이터 수집 모듈로부터 전달받은 데이터를 전송하는 무선네트워크,. 다양한 식물의 생육 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스로 구성된 식물의 생육 환경 측정 플랫폼, 그리고 상기 데이터베이스와 통신 가능하고, 무선통신센서를 통해 아두이노와 통신 가능한 모바일 애플리케이션을 포함하는 식물 재배 도우미 애플리케이션으로 구성된다. In this paper, we proposed the plant cultivation assistant operated in reality and virtuality environment. The proposed system consists of a flowerpot, illuminance sensor, temperature sensor, moisture sensor for soil, u-controller which collects datum from above multiple sensors, wireless communication network, and plant cultivation assistant app.
