스탠드형 DID를 통한 외국인 관광객 유치 방안에 대한 연구

2019년 말부터 전 세계 코로나19 여파로 관광업계 큰 타격을 당하고 있다. 아직은 코로나19가 얼마나 지속될지는 알 수 없지만 이번 사태는 관광시설을 보완하고 관광객의 관광체험을 향상시켜 관광사업에 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 좋은 기회이기도 하다. 외국인 관광객 실태 조사에서 언어, 교통, 정보 등의 장애 요소를 인해 외국인 관광객에게 큰 불편을 끼쳤다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 많이 보급되어 있는 DID를 설치한다. 특히 외국인 관광객을 타깃으로 스탠드형 DID가 외국인 관광객의 관광과정에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 모바일 능력, 센서 기술 및 통신 기술의 향상에 따라 HCI 기술의 사용은 갈수록 완벽해지고 있다. 사인시스템은 광안리 해수욕장에서 담당하는 서비스와 체험 콘텐츠 역할이 점차 확장되고 있다. 새로운 기술이 가져온 서비스 경험 패턴은 사인시스템을 업그레이드하였다. 스탠드형 DID가 광안리해수욕장에서의 역할을 탐색하여 어떻게 하면 외국인 관광객에게 더 좋은 관광 경험을 제공하여 외국인 관광객을 더욱 잘 유지할 수 있는지에 대한 방안을 도출해 낼 것이다. Since the end of 2019, the tourism industry has been hit hard in the aftermath of COVID-19 around the world. It is not yet known how long COVID-19 will last, but this situation is also a good opportunity to strengthen competitiveness by supplementing tourism facilities and improving tourists' tourism experiences. In a survey of foreign tourists, language, transportation, and information obstacles caused great inconvenience to foreign tourists. As a way to solve this problem, DIDs, which are widely spread, especially stand-type DIDs targeting foreign tourists, play an important role in foreign tourists' tourism. With the improvement of mobile capability, sensor technology, and communication technology, the use of HCI technology is becoming increasingly perfect. The role of services and experience contents in charge of the beach's signature system is gradually expanding. The service experience pattern brought by the new technology has upgraded the sign system. Stand-type DID will explore the role of Gwangalli Beach and come up with ways to better maintain foreign tourists by providing better tourism experiences for foreign tourists.

사용자 경험에 기반의 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물 디자인에 관한 연구

공공시설물 디자인은 공공디자인에서 빼놓을 수 없는 일부이다. 도시의 급속한 발전으로 인해 사람들은 더욱 규범적이고 인간적인 공공시설물 디자인이 필요하다. 어떻게 하면 미술관 공공시설물 디자인의 사용자 경험을 높이고 사용자의 요구를 더욱 충족시킬 수 있을 것인가는 현재 공공시설물 디자인이 당면하고 있는 문제이다. 이에 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물 디자인을 사용자경험의 관점에서 연구하고자 한다. “사용자 경험”은 점차 사회경제와 문화 발전의 유행어가 되고 있으며, 디자인과 관련된 많은 업계 분야가 '사용자 경험'의 발전에 깊은 관심을 기울이다. “사용자 경험”은 디자인 업데이트를 위한 종합적인 가치를 생각하고 검토한다. 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물의 특징, 기능, 종류 및 문제점을 조사·분석하고 사용자 체험을 결합해 평가한다. 먼저 문헌조사법을 통해 공공시설물의 디자인과 사용자 경험의 관계를 명확히 한다. 둘째, 현장조사를 통해 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물을 분류하여 비교·평가하였다. 셋째, 우수한 미술관 공공시설물 디자인 사례 분석을 통해 사용자 경험에 기반의 미술관 공공시설물 디자인 방향을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물 디자인 현황을 사용자 경험의 관점에서 분석한 것으로 향후 미술관 공공시설디자인의 디자인 활용방향으로서 의미가 있다. Public facility design is an indispensable part of public design. Due to the rapid development of cities, people need more normative and human design of public facilities. How to increase the user experience of art museum public facility design and further meet the user's needs is the problem facing public facility design. Therefore, I would like to study the design of public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art from the perspective of user experience. “User experience” is gradually becoming a buzzword for social economy and cultural development, and many industries related to design pay close attention to the development of “user experience.” The “user experience” considers and reviews the overall value for design updates. The characteristics, functions, types, and problems of public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art are investigated and analyzed, and user experiences are combined and evaluated. First, the relationship between the design of public facilities and the user experience is clarified through the literature survey method. Second, through field surveys, public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art were classified, compared, and evaluated. Third, through the analysis of excellent art museum public facility design cases, the direction of art museum public facility design based on user experience is presented. In this study, the current status of public facility design at the Busan Museum of Art was analyzed from the perspective of user experience, and it is meaningful as a direction of design utilization of public facility design at art galleries in the future.
