CAE 해석과 시험을 통한 INTAKE SYSTEM 최적설계 검증

This paper presents the optimized design process of intake systems by using numerical theory which applied the pressure distance factor and CAE simulation. The intake system is especially important system which creates the power and provides the air at the engine. Before making a trial product, the designer organize a system which a numerical theory is calculated and applied. . And we verifies the adequacy with CAE analysis. This research shows that the result of applied numerical theory is remarkably consistent with CAE analysis. Therefore, the design process for intake system by using the numerical theory and CAE simulation have the validation. In the early design stage, we do not the validation test using a trial product, so that we have lots of advantages for time and cost using numerical theory and CAE simulation.

This paper presents the optimized design process of intake systems by using dual duct intake system. The intake system is especially important system which creates the power and provides the air at the engine. And it has another role to reduce engine noise. So, many methods are used to reduce the intake noise. In this paper, we tried to improve engine power and reduce the noise by using dual duct intake system. This research shows that the result of practical test is remarkably consistent with CAE analysis.
