본 연구는 사회현상 변화와 군 복무 환경변화를 알아보고 이와 관련된 군대 윤리의 핵심요소 연구에 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 생명윤리, 청소년 세대 이해, 장병 정신건강 서비스 등에 관한 학위 논문과 윤리와 도덕, 의리의 문화, 병사의 자살 예방 등 문서와 통계자료를 바탕으로 국방부 자료를 포함한 문헌분석으로 하였다. 이번 연구는 한국사회의 공동체 의식의 약화와 군인의 이중적 인격 형성 가능성, 학업 및 역량 강화에 집중된 장병 욕구 변화, 변함없는 군내 자해사고 추이 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 군의 핵심가치 중 책임과 의무, 장병 적응지원, 윤리와 의리 등 군의 윤리의식 향상요인을 알아보았다는데 중요한 의미가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 미래에 적응할 군대 윤리의식 강화를 제안하였다. This study aims to explore changes in social phenomena and changes in the environment of military service and to study the key elements of military ethics involved. The research method was based on documentation and statistics on bioethics, youth generation understanding, soldier mental health services, ethics, morality, loyalty culture, and soldier suicide prevention. This study analyzed the weakening of the sense of community in Korean society, the possibility of military personnel forming a dual personality, the change in soldiers' desire to study and strengthen their capabilities, and the steady trend of self-harm accidents in the military. Through this study, it is important to note that among the core values of the military, we have identified factors that improve the military sense of ethics, such as responsibility and duty, soldiers' adaptation support, ethics and loyalty. Based on the results of this study, we propose to strengthen the sense of military ethics that will be adapted in the future.
