태권도장의 공중관계성이 서비스품질평가에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 PR의 관계 관리 관점에 입각하여, 태권도장의 공중관계성이 고객이 평가하는 서비스 성과 품질에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는가를 실증적으로 검증하여 변인간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보는 목적 하에 진행되었다. 이에 따라 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫 번째 공중관계성과 서비스품질 평가의 주요 요인간에 비교적 뚜렷한 양적 선형관계가 존재하고 있음이 나타났다. 특히 공중관계성의 신뢰성ⓣ 경우 서비스품질 평가의 주요 요인과 전반적으로 가장 높은 상관관계를 가진 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째로 공중관계성이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 중선형회귀분석을 실시하여, 신뢰성ⓣ와 헌신성은 서비스품질평가의 대부분 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 친밀친숙성은 서비스품질평가 대부분의 요인에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 상호통제성은 서비스품질평가에 가장 낮은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 공중관계성의 요인 중 신뢰도ⓣ는 서비스품질 평가에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 독립변인으로 나타났다. 이는 고객이 서비스 기업에 대해 높은 신뢰성을 가지고 있으며 서비스품질 역시 긍정적으로 평가하는 경향이 크다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 서비스 접촉도에 따른 공중관계성이 서비스품질평가 요인에 미치는 영향에대한 독립표본 t-검증과 회귀분석을 실시하여, 신뢰성 요인에서만 유의한 차이가 발견되었으며, 접촉빈도가 높을 경우의 신뢰성이 낮은 것으로 나타나 고객의 접촉 빈도가 신뢰성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The main purpose of this study is to find out where the Public Relationships with a Taekwondo gym affect the consumer's evaluation of the Service Quality and diagnose causality between the Organizations-Public Relationships and the Service Quality Evaluation. On the basis of the collected data from a survey, correlations analysis both of the Organizations-Public Relationships and the Service Quality Evaluation and the analysis of multiple regression between two variables were conducted. In addition, it was verified whether a significantly differentiation in the causality between two variables was brought by the service contact frequency. The implications from the results of this study for service companies are as follow : First, strategic communications considering the Organizations-Public Relationships management can bring the more positive evaluation of customers on the service quality. Second, the service quality is likely to be evaluated by customers relying on their faith or attitude formed on the basis of relationships with the company that has the low service contact frequency. It means a Taekwondo gym with low service contact frequency should put more effort into marketing communication focusing on the Organization-Public Relationships management. This study can be used as a practical report for service companies to establish their PR strategies on the purpose of improve the customer's evaluation on the service quality in positive way.

태권도장의 공중관계성, 지역사회공헌활동과 구매 후 행동 간의 인과관계

본 연구는 태권도장의 공중관계성 및 사회공헌활동이 구매만족, 재구매 의도, 구매전환의도에 미치 는 인과관계를 알아보기 위하여 2011년 6월 현재 부산광역시 및 경상남도 김해시와 창원시에 소재한 태권도장의 수련활동에 참가하고 있는 관원의 부모를 모집단으로 선정한 후 편의표본추출법 (convenience sampling)을 사용하여 326명을 표본으로 추출하였다. 이들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 응답내용이 부실한 것으로 판단된 36명을 제외하고 최종적으로 290명을 본 연구의 대상으로 선정하였다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공중관계성, 사회공헌활동, 구매 후 행동 간의 인과관계는 최초의 인과관계 구조모형은 부적합하였으나 수정된 구조모형의 적합도는 x2=279.684, df=127, p=.000, RMR=.017, GFI=.913, AGFI=.897, NFI=.918, CFI=.941, RMSR=.047로 나타나 수정된 연구모형은 비교적 적합하였고, 공중관계성과 사회공헌활동의 복합적 상호작용은 구매 후 행동에 유효한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 공중관계성과 사회공헌활동이 별개로 작용할 때에는 구매만족, 재구매 의도, 구매전환의도 등 모든 구매 후 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었고, 구매만족은 재구매 의도에는 정적 영향을 구매전환의도에는 재구매 의도 함께 부적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이상의 결론을 종합하면 공중관계성과 지역사회공헌활동은 구매 후 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 규명되었다. This study is to offer a type of relationship marketing to find out costumer’s royalty that community contribution, public relationship, programs in Taekwondo hall, and behaviors after purchasing like purchase satisfaction, re-purchase intention, and conversion- to-purchase, etc. This study was conducted by questionnaire 290 adult male and female who were purchasing program of Taekwondo hall, is located in the cities of Busan, Changwon and Kimhae (Kyundnam province), using SPSS 19.0, AMOS 19.0, the following conclusions can be drawn from analysis. The relation of public relationship, contribution to society and behavior after purchase, the first model of causal relation was not proper, but goodness of fit of modified model was shown by x2=279.684, df=127, p=.000, RMR=.017, GFI=.913, AGFI=.897, NFI=.918, CFI=.941, RMSR=.047, it was comparatively proper. The complex correlation of public relationship and contribution to society did not have effect on the behavior after purchase. When there is no relation between public relationship and contribution to society, behavior after purchase was effected significantly by purchase satisfaction, the intention of re-purchase, of conversion-to-purchase, etc., purchase satisfaction has positive effect on the intention of re-purchase while purchase satisfaction and the intention of re-purchase have negative effect on the intention of Taekwondo hall than that it is conducted independently.

태권도 선수의 경기력 향상을 위한 주의집중형태 분석: 태국 국가대표팀 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 태국 태권도 국가대표 남자선수를 대상으로 체중조절, 체급, 경력별 상황에 따른주의집중형태의 차이를 분석하고 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 2021년 태국 태권도 국가대표 남자선수 30명을 대상으로 체중조절, 체급, 경력별로 구분하여 연구를 수행하였다. 주의집중형태 변인의차이검증을 위해 일원변량분석을 이용하여 자료처리를 하였으며, 사후검증은 Tukey로 실시하였다. 주의집중형태 분석 결과, 체중조절 중인 상황에서 조절 전과 조절 후에 비해 확산적-내적 집중력을 가진상태(BIT)가 유의하게 높았으며, 과도한 내적 정보 때문에 부담을 가진 상태(OIT) 또한 조절 전에 비해유의하게 높게 나타났다. 경력에 따른 주의집중형태에서 시합경력이 5년 이하인 선수는 주의집중력이약화된 상태(RED)가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 체중조절 상황은 다양한 정보를 효과적으로 통합할 수 있는 반면 동시에 너무 많은 일들을 생각함으로써 혼란을 초래한다. 또한 시합경력이 낮을수록 주의집중력 약화로 인해 실수를 야기할 수 있기 때문에 심리 프로그램의 적용을 통한 주의집중 개선은 경기력 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 제시한다.

태권도선수와 수련생 간의 상지 및 하지 무산소성 능력의 차이 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in anaerobic capacity between the upper and lower extremities and to identify the relationship between the anaerobic capacity of the upper and lower extremities in male university taekwondo athletes and trainees. 12 male college taekwondo athletes (TKDA) and 12 taekwondo trainees (TKDT) were randomly recruited as subjects. An independent t-test was used to determine the differences between the groups’ anaerobic capacity test variables. In addition, the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) was analyzed to verify the relationship between the anaerobic capacity of the upper and lower limbs. As a result of the lower extremity anaerobic capacity test, the TKDA group exhibited significantly higher relative peak power and relative mean power compared to the TKDT group (p<.001). As a result of the correlation between the anaerobic capacity of the upper and lower extremities, the highest positive correlation was observed between the rPP of the upper extremity and the rPP of the lower extremity. It is suggested that Wingate anaerobic test(WAnT) can be helpful in setting goals by monitoring and evaluating the progress of taekwondo training. 본 연구의 목적은 남자 대학 태권도 선수와 수련생을 대상으로 상지와 하지의 무산소성 능력에 대한차이 분석과 상⋅하지 무산소성능력 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 남자 대학 태권도선수(Taekwondo athletes; TKDA) 12명과 태권도 수련생(Taekwondo trainees, TKDT) 12명을 대상으로 임의로 모집하였다. 그룹 간 무산소성 능력 검사 변인의 차이검증은 독립 t-검정(independent t-test)을 이용하였다. 또한상지와 하지 무산소성 능력 사이의 관련성을 검증하기 위해 피어슨 상관관계를 분석하였다. 하지 무산소성 능력 검사 결과, TKDA 그룹은 상대적 피크 파워와 상대적 평균 파워에서 TKDT 그룹에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<.001). 상지와 하지의 무산소성 간의 상관관계 결과, 상지 rPP와 하지 rPP에서 가장높은 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=.744). 윈 게이트 검사는 태권도 훈련 진행사항을 모니터링하고 평가하여목표설정을 수립하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 제언한다.

태권도가 지니고 있는 무도, 스포츠, 생활체육적 성격

지금까지 태권도는 기존의 연구에서 크게 세 가지 형태로 구분하였는데 첫째가, 전투력 향상을 위한 “군대 태권도”, 학교를 중심으로 하는 경기를 위한 “팀 태권도”, 그리고 국민의 건강을 위한 행복을 추구하는 “사회체육 태권도 체육관” 등으로 구분하였다. (강진우, 1995; 이종천, 2001). 그러나 근래에 들어서 군대 태권도의 역할은 점차 희미해져 가는 반면에 학교를 중심으로 한 엘리트 스포츠로서의 태권도와 도장을 중심으로 한 생활체육으로서의 태권도의 역할이 점차 증가되고 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 특히 현대사회에서 발생하는 각종 문제점과 인간소외 현상을 극복할 수 있는 프로그램으로서 동양의 전통무도, 특히 한국의 전통무예인 태권도의 역할이 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 비록 위와 같은 방법으로 태권도를 구분하더라도 태권도가 지니고 있는 본질, 즉 태권도를 통하여 심신을 단련한다는 것은 동일하며 현대생활에서 피폐해져가는 현대인들에게 새로운 정신문화로서 자리매김하고 있다. 태권도는 무도로서 현대사회의 새로운 정신문화로서 자리매김하고 있으며 스포츠로서 각종 국제대회에서 정식종목으로 채택됨으로써 명실상부한 세계 속의 한국 무도로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나 태권도가 거대해져 갈수록 또다른 문제점들이 발생하고 있는데 특히 태권도 단체들이 본질을 잃어가며 몇몇 단체는 이익창출에만 혈안이 되 있기도 하다. 특히 국기원의 고유권한인 단증을 직접 발급하겠다고 주장하면서 기존의 태권도 단체들을 위협하고 있는 현실이다. 이제 태권도는 단순한 신체 발달이나 경기에서의 승리만 추구하는 무도스포츠가 아니라 신체와 정신을 고루 발전시켜야 하는 무도스포츠라는 본질을 보다 강조하며 발전시켜 나가야 할 것이다. Taekwondo is Korea traditional martial arts. It is divided into ‘Taekwondo of Army’, ‘Team Taekwondo for competition within school’, and ‘Taekwondo for Sport for all is happiness for nationalty healthy’. But today, character in Taekwondo of army is weakened. However characters Elite sports in school and Taekwondo of Sport for all are increased. Especially, problem is solved in present, human estrangement is broken down by Taekwondo so character in Taekwondo is emphasized. Even though we divide like this, we must think about Taekwondo origin, for example, we make strong body and spirit by Taekwondo. So Taekwondo is new spirit culture in present. Taekwondo competition is world sports because it has been selected Olympic Games item since 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and it use Korean so that there are 3 languages in Olympic Games which are English, French, Japanese and Korean. Especially, Taekwondo athletes have 8,547 which men are 6,616, women are 1,931. It is 3rd athletes to soccer, archery which is in Korea Sport Counsil in 2006. So Taekwondo has won in international Games especially it won 5 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 2 bronze medals in Olympic Games. Taekwondo has 31 groups which are relatives sport for all and most of them has made since 2000. Nevertheless Taekwondo has many problems because some Taekwondo groups’ lost Taekwondo origin and they want only profit. Especially some groups want give dan certification for their members which is Kukkiwon’s authority. Now Taekwondo must develop not only winning of competition but also winning of body and spirit, so it must develop martial arts sports origin.
