대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

각 대학에서는 취업률 제고를 위해 학생들에게 면대면 진로지도 및 다양한 취업촉진 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 각 대학이보다 효과적인 진로지도와 취업관련 프로그램을 개발하는데 기여하고자 실증연구를 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생의 진로준비행동과 관련하여 개인의 성격특성요인을, 학교의 교육서비스품질요인 그리고 사회적 자본을 주요 요인으로 설정하고 이들이 긍정심리자본에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 더 나아가 대학생의 긍정심리자본이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 이 관계속에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 연구모델은 충청지역과 경기지역의 대학생 387명으로부터 수집한 설문지를 바탕으로 PLS 구조방정식을 이용하여 검증되었다. 실증분석결과, 긍정심리자본 중 자기효능감과 희망요인이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었습니다. 마지막으로 각 인구통계학적 요인별로 그룹 간 차이가 존재하는 바, 진로지원 프로그램을 설계하는데 있어 개인적 성격특성을 더욱 고려할 필요할 있음을 알 수 있다. Each university provides students with face-to-face guidance and various job promotion programs to improve their employment rates. This study was conducted to help each university develop more effective career guidance and employment related programs by identifying the factors that affect university students career preparation behavior. To this end, this study set individual character characteristics, school s quality of education services and social capital as independent variables and examine how affect positive psychological capital. Furthermore, we looked at the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on career preparation behavior of university students. The research model presented in this study were verified using PLS structural equations based on questionnaires collected from 387 university students in Chungcheong and Gyeonggi provinces. Empirical analysis shows that among the positive psychological capital, self-efficacy and hope factors are the mediating effects. Finally, this study suggested that there is a difference between groups for each demographic factor, and that it is necessary to consider personal character characteristics in designing career support programs at universities.
