질소-주게 합성수지를 이용한 U(Ⅵ), Cu(Ⅱ), Dy(Ⅲ) 이온들의 흡착특성

The ion exchange resins have been synthesized from chlormethyl styrene - 1,4 -divinylbenzene(DVB) with 1%, 2%, and 20%-crosslinking and macrocyclic ligand of cryptand 21 by copolymerization method and the adsorption characteristics of uranium(Ⅵ), copper(Ⅱ) and dysprosium(Ⅲ) metallic ions have been investigated in various experimental conditions. The synthesis of these resins was confirmed by content of chlorine, element analysis, and IR-spectrum. The effects of pH, equilibrium time, dielectric constant of solvent and crosslink on adsorption of metallic ions were investigated. The metal ion was showed fast adsorption on the resins above pH 3. The optimum equilibrium time for adsorption of metallic ions was about two hours. The adsorption selectivity determined in ethanol was in increasing order uranium( UO²₂?) 〉copper(Cu²?) 〉dysprosium(Dy³?) ion. The adsorption was in order of 1%, 2%, and 20% crosslink resin and adsorption of resin decreased in proportion to order of dielectric constant of solvents.

In this case, patient diagnosed as herpes zoster was given Famciclovir for 5 days but did not respond. The patient was then confirmed as Soyangin and given combined medication of Yangdokbackho-tang and Famciclovir and showed remarkable improvement in vesicles and his pain. Most of symptoms were gone after 10 days of combined medication. We used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and pictures of the affected part for the assessment and report this case.
추출시간에 따른 돼지 족(足)의 지방산과 칼슘, 마그네슘, 함량 변화에 관한 연구

추출시간에 따른 돼지족의 지방산과 칼슘 및 마그네슘 함량변화를 조사한 결과 추출시간에 따라 지방산은 9종이 확인되었으며 조성에는 큰차이가 업었다. Myristic acid를 제외한 대부분의 지방산은 생시료보다 추출액에서 감소되었으며 linoleic acid만이 족을 12시간 추출하였을때 276%가 증가하였다. 그러나 monounsaturated fatty acid의 함량은 추출시간에 의해 30%감소하였고 polyunsaturated fatty acid의 함량도 감소하였다. 그러므로 p/s ratio는 추출시간 증가로 모두 감소되었다. 또 칼슘과 마그네슘의 함량은 칼슘의 경우 생시료 124.7㎎%보다 추출액과 분쇄한 뼈시료에서 증가하였다. 마그네슘의 경우 생시료 138.4㎎%보다 추출액에서 감소되었고 분쇄한 뼈시료에서는 증가하였다. 또한 칼슘과 마그네슘의 함량은 각각 S_(E1)과 T_(B2)에서 가장 많았다. The influence of extraction time on the fatty acid profile, and the contents of calcium and magnesium in pig's shank were examined. The 9 kinds of fatty acid were identified in water extracts from pig's shank by GLC. The profiles of fatty acids from different extraction were similer to each other. The content of linolenic acid was increased after two-hours extraction, howerer, the amounts of MUFA, PUFA and p/s ratio were decreased by the longer extraction time. The amount of calcium was 124.7㎎% in raw materials, but water extracts and bone powder samples showed higher values. In case of magnesium, it was 138.4㎎% in raw materials, but the extracts showed lower amount and bone powder exhibited higher values.
물 소화약제로부터 OenNdien 합성수지를 이용한 Ca(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) 금속 이온들의 흡착

1%, 4%, 및 10%의 가교도를 가진 클로메틸스틸렌-1,4-디비닐벤젠에 OenNdien-H₄ 거대고리리간드를 공중합반응으로 결합시켜 이온교환 수지를 합성하였으며, 이들 합성수지의 확인은 염소 함량과 원소 분석 그리고 IR-스펙트럼으로 하였으며, 수지에 대한 금속 이온들의 흡착에 미치는 pH, 시간 그리고 수지의 가교도에 따른 영향들을 조사한 결과 칼슘과 아연 이온들은 pH 3 이상에서 큰 흡착율을 보였으며, 금속 이온들의 흡착 평형은 2시간 정도였다. 한편, 수용액에서 수지에 대한 흡착 선택성은 Ca²? > Zn²? > Cu²? 이온 이었고, 금속 이온의 흡착력은 1%, 4% 및 10%의 가교도 순이었다. OenNtn-스틸렌-DVB 수지를 이용한 우라늄(VI) 이온의 흡착

Resins have been synthesized from chlormethyl styrene 1,4- divinylbenzene(DVB with 1%, 4%. and 20%-crosslinked and macrocyclic ligand of cryptand type by copolymerization method and the adsorption of uranium(VI). nickel( n) and lutetium(Ⅲ) ions have been investigated in various experimental conditions. The correlation between the adsorption characteristics of rare earths and transition metal on the resins and stability constants of complexes with macrocyclic ligand have been examined. The uranium ion was not adsorbed on the resins below pH 2.0. but the power of adsorption of urdnium ion increased rapidly above pH 3.0. The adsorption power was in the order of 1%, 4% and 20%-crosslinked resin. but adsorptive characteristics of resins decreased in proportion to the order of dielectric constants of solvents.
