        미국 태권도장 지도자의 변혁적-거래적 리더십과 지도자신뢰 및 운동몰입의 관계

        This study is intended to investigate the effect of the transformational-transactional leadership of Taekwondo center leaders in the US on the confidence in leaders and commitment to exercise; investigate the confidence in leaders on commitment to exercise; and then show the actual state of Taekwondo center in the US to Taekwondo leaders who are planning to enter into the United States; provide them with the base data so that they can understand the virtues that Taekwondo leaders need to possess. To achieve the objectives, this study was based on the previous researches and hypothetical models and investigated the relationship among the transformational-transactional leadership of Taekwondo leaders, the confidence in leaders and commitment to exercise. Based on the research methods and data analysis as above, the conclusions have been derived as follows: First, as a result of the analysis of hypothesis 1, the value of path coefficient between two factors was 1.049 (t=7.645) and the hypothesis ‘The transformational-transactional leadership of Taekwondo center leaders in the US has a significant effect on the confidence in leaders’ was adopted. Second, as a result of the analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .442 (t=2.288) and the hypothesis ‘The transformational-transactional leadership of Taekwondo center leaders in the US has a significant effect on commitment to exercise.’ was adopted. Third, as a result of the analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .612 (t=3.962) and the hypothesis ‘The confidence in leaders has a significant effect on commitment to exercise.’ was adopted.

        태권도 팀 지도자의 리더십이 집단응집력 및 선수만족에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 태권도 팀 지도자의 리더십이 집단응집력 및 선수만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 집단응집력이 선수만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여, 태권도 팀 지도자는 강력한 리더십을 통하여 집단응집력을 높이고, 이를 통해 선수들의 만족도를 높여 경기태권도의 활성화에 일조할 수 있는 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의미를 두고 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구 결과와 가설적 모형을 기초로 하여 태권도 팀 지도자의 리더십이 집단응집력 및 선수만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 연구대상은 중학교 이상 태권도 팀 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 184명을 표집 하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석을, AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 팀 지도자의 리더십은 집단응집력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 태권도 팀 지도자의 리더십은 선수만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 집단응집력은 선수만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is intended to investigate the effect of Taekwondo team leader`s leadership on group cohesion and the players` satisfaction; investigate the effect of group cohesion on player`s satisfaction; and provide the useful data for Taekwondo team leader to improves the group cohesion through powerful leadership and improve the player`s satisfaction and contribute to the development of the activation of Taekondo match. To achieve the objectives, this study was based on the previous researches and hypothetical models and investigated the effect of Taekwondo team leader`s leadership on group cohesion and the players` satisfaction. Taekwondo team players above junior high school players were targeted and 184 players were selected, through using convenience sampling. For processing data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed by using PSS 19.0 program, and a structural equation model analysis was performed by using AMOS 18.0 program. Based on the research methods and data analysis as above, the conclusions have been derived as follows: First, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 1, the value of path coefficient between two factors was 1.099 (t = 6.918) and the hypothesis ``Taekwondo team leader`s leadership has a significant effect on group cohesion.`` was adopted. Second, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .458 (t = 2.273) and the hypothesis ``Taekwondo team leader`s leadership has a significant effect on player`s satisfaction.`` was adopted. Third, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .540 (t = 3.450) and the hypothesis ``Group cohesion has a significant effect on player`s satisfaction.`` was adopted. Taken together these findings, it was identified that team leader`s leadership strengthened player`s satisfaction through group cohesion and the group cohesion was important parameters inherent in the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables.

        태권도심판 조직공정성이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        This study is intended to investigate the effect of Taekwondo referee organization fairness on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors; investigate the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviors; and seek the plans to improve the satisfaction of Taekwondo referee organization members so they can be committed to the organization and, through, this provide the base data which can be used for seeking the plans to improve the organizational citizenship behaviors. To achieve the objectives, this study was based on the previous researches and hypothetical models and investigated the effect of Taekwondo referee organization fairness on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors. The Taekwondo referees belonging to the Taekwondo Associations in cities and provinces were targeted and 126 referees were selected, through using convenience sampling. For processing data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed by using SPSS 19.0 program, and structural equation model analysis was performed by using AMOS 18.0 program. Based on the research methods and data analysis as above, the conclusions have been derived as follows: First, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 1, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .485 (t = 5.368) and the hypothesis ‘Taekwondo referee organization fairness has a significant effect on organizational commitment.’ was adopted. Second, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .030(t=.248) and the hypothesis ‘Taekwondo referee organization fairness has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviors.’ was rejected. However, the indirect effect on organizational citizenship behaviors using organizational commitment as a parameter appeared very high as .423. Third, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 3, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .940 (t = 4.549) and the hypothesis ‘Organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviors.’ was adopted.

        스포츠센터 서비스스케이프가 관계품질과 관계행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of sports centers servicescape on relationship quality and relationship behavior. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among sports centers servicescape, relationship quality and relationship behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 439 participants were sampled from the sports centers customer in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, sports centers servicescape had positive influence on relationship quality. Second, sports centers servicescape had positive influence on relationship behavior. Third, relationship quality had positive influence on relationship behavior.

        무도도장 CRM 전략이 관계의 질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 2009년 현재 서울·경기지역 무도종목(검도, 유도, 태권도, 특공무술, 합기도) 수련생을 대상으로 도장에서 제공하는 CRM 전략이 관계의 질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 각 무도종목별로 설문을 안 배하여 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)을 이용하여 440명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램 을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무도도장 CRM전략은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 무도도장 CRM전략은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 무도도 장 CRM전략은 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 무도도장 CRM전략은 태도적 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 무 도도장 CRM전략은 행동적 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 관계의 질은 태도적 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 일 곱째, 관계의 질은 행동적 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. This study was designed to shed light on the influence of CRM strategies on relationship quality and customer loyalty in martial arts training centers. 500 martial arts training centers customers were chosen from 10 martial arts training centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region by using convenient sampling method. Among 500 questionnaires distributed and collected, 60 were excluded from the study because they were neither thoughtfully nor completely answered. As a result, only 440 questionnaires were adopted and analyzed. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 program. The findings acquired based on the aforementioned research methods and data analysis are as follows: First, CRM strategies had significant influences on satisfaction, and CRM strategies had 53.4%(R²=.534) of influence about satisfaction. Second, CRM strategies had significant influences on belief, and CRM strategies had 47.8%(R²=.478) of influence about belief. Third, CRM strategies had significant influences on commitment, and CRM strategies had 42.0%(R²=.420) of influence about commitment. Fourth, CRM strategies had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty, and CRM strategies had 40.7%(R²=.407) of influence about attitudinal loyalty. Fifth, CRM strategies had significant influences on behavioral loyalty, and CRM strategies had 41.3%(R²=.413) of influence about behavioral loyalty. Sixth, relationship quality had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty, and relationship quality had 44.9%(R²=.449) of influence about attitudinal loyalty. Seventh, relationship quality had significant influences on behavioral loyalty, and relationship quality had 47.0%(R²=.470) of influence about behavioral loyalty.

        스마트폰 무술게임 애플리케이션 품질이 이용만족과 이용지속행동에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effect of smart phone martial arts game application quality on satisfaction after use and continuous behavior. The research was made with 227 university students of physical education department and martial arts department from Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Survey data were collected through survey questionnaires using purposive sampling method and were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study based on above methods and procedures were as followings. First, smart phone martial arts game application quality had positive influence on satisfaction after use. Second, smart phone martial arts game application quality had positive influence on continuous behavior. Third, satisfaction after use had positive influence on continuous behavior.

        태권도 심판의 직무특성이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of taekwondo referees. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among job characteristics, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 126 participants were sampled from the referees for the taekwondo association located in Busan, Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk region by using convenient sampling method. The findings were generated by frequency analysis and exploratory factors analysis by SPSS 18.0 version, and the test of goodness of the model was carried out with the covariance structure analysis using AMOS 18.0 version to verify construct validity of the measured model. Following is the results of the path model. First, job characteristics of taekwondo referees had positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, job characteristics of taekwondo referees had positive influence on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction of taekwondo referees had positive influence on organizational commitment.

        스포츠센터 종사자의 조직지원인식이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in sports centers employees’. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 175 participants were sampled from the referees for the sports centers located in seoul, gyeonggido and incheon region by using convenient sampling method. The findings were generated by frequency analysis and exploratory factors analysis by SPSS 19.0 version, and the test of goodness of the model was carried out with the covariance structure analysis using AMOS 18.0 version to verify construct validity of the measured model. Following is the results of the path model. First, perceived organizational support of sports centers had positive influence on organizational commitment. Second, perceived organizational support of sports centers had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational commitment of sports centers employees’ had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.

        직장 유암종에서 내시경 치료의 효용성에 대한 후향 조사

        목적: 크기가 작고 분화가 좋으며 주변 림프절 전이가 없는 직장 유암종은 내시경을 통한 국소 절제로 치료가 가능하다. 이번 연구는 직장 유암종에서 내시경 치료의 효용성을 알아보고 내시경 치료방법에 따른 성적을 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1995년 1월부터 2007년 3월까지 연세대학교 세브란스병원에서 직장 유암종으로 진단받고 내시경 치료를 받은 30명의 환자를 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과: 전체 환자의 평균연령은 49.7세였고, 남녀 비는 1:0.88이었다. 유암종의 평균 크기는 6.29±3.06 mm이었고, 10 mm이하는 25예(83.3%)였다. 총 30명의 환자 중 22명은 폴립절제술, 6명은 투명캡을 이용한 점막절제술, 2명은 내시경점 막하박리술을 시행하였으며 30명 모두에서 육안으로 완전절제가 이루어졌다. 폴립절제술군에서 7명(31.8%), 투명갭을 이용한 점막절제술군에서 1명(16.7%), 내시경점막하박리술군에서 1명(50%)이 절제 후 조직검사 결과에서 절제연 종양 양성이었다(p=0.868). 절제연 양성인 9명 중에서 5명에 대해 서는 추가적으로 경항문 절제술을 시행하였고, 수술 조직에서 잔존 유암종은 없었다. 대상 환자의 평균 추적 관찰 기간은 19.3개월(0-122개월)이었으며 추적 관찰 기간 중에 재발한 예는 없었다. 결론: 전이가 없는 직장 유암종에서 내시경 절제술은 효과적인 치료 방법이다. 크기가 작고 분화가 좋은 직장 유암종에서는 폴립절제술 방법으로도 잔존 종양을 남기지 않고 절제할 수 있었다. 그러나 이를 확증하기 위해서는 더 큰 규모의 전향 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. Background/Aims: Well differentiated rectal carcinoid tumors which are less than 1cm in diameter can be treated by endoscopic resection. We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic resection in treating small sized rectal carcinoids. Methods: Medical records of 30 rectal carcinoid cases treated by endoscopic resection in Yonsei University College of Medicine, Severance Hospital between January 1995 and March 2007 were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Mean age was 49.7 years and male to female ratio was 1:0.88. Mean size of tumor was 6.29±3.06 mm and 25 out of 30 patients (83.3%) had tumors of diameter less than 10 mm. Twenty-two out of 30 patients treated by conventional polypectomy, 6 by endoscopic mucosal resection using a transparent cap (EMR-C) and 2 by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Histological examination revealed that 9 patients had resection margin positive for tumor; 7 (31.8%) were in polypectomy group, 1 (16.7%) in EMR-C group, and 1 (50%) in ESD group (p=0.868). Five patients underwent transanal excision to remove residual tumor. No residual tumor was found in additionally resected tissue. Mean follow-up duration was 19. 3 months (range 0-122), and there were no recurrence. Conclusions: Endoscopic resection is an effective method in the treatment of small rectal carcinoids. However, long-term outcome remains to be elucidated by a large scaled prospective study. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2008;51:174-180)

        스포츠스타 광고속성이 소비자의 태도와 구매행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of advertising attributions using sports star on customer attitude and purchase intention. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among adevertising attributions using sports star, customer attitude and purchase intention on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 368 participants were sampled from the university students’ in Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, advertising attributions using sports star had positive influence on customer attitude. Second, advertising attributions using sports star had positive influence on purchase intention. Third, customer attitude had positive influence on purchase intention.
