        구현방식이 용이한 텍스타일 터치센서 개발 및 구조적 설계

        This study presents and develops a textile type touch sensor structural design that is easy to implement. First, the design of the touch sensor circuit finds the size of the switch with the easiest finger contact and selects a structure with a long circuit with the lowest resistance value. An experiment is performed on a change in an electrostatic capacitance value that accompanies the distance on the electrode and the magnitude of the electrode area of the structure; however, the structure having the distance on the electrode and the large electrode area shows the best resistance change. The laundry assessment was conducted three times at a time and ten times at a time with an average standard deviation less than one ohm, with little change in resistance. Consequently, there were no problems with durability and performance for laundry. Finally, in the bending evaluation, the difference in resistance can be seen between 1-2 ohms and was developed as a smart wearable in the future; in addition, there was no problem as a difference in resistance can be seen between 1 and 2 ohms.

      • Exploiting Metadata of Absent Object for Proxy Cache Consistency

        웹 프락시 서버의 활용은 웹 서버로의 부하 감소와 함께 응답시간의 단축 및 트래픽의 감소를 가질 수 있다. 프락시 캐쉬의 교체와 일관성 유지를 위한 많은 연구들이 캐슁된 객체들의 메타데이터를 활용하고 있으나 현실적으로 20∼30%의 클라이언트 요구가 객체의 전송이 아닌 유효성만을 질의하는것임을 감안한다면 이 경우 프락시 서버는 메타데이타만을 유지해도 될 것이다. 본 연구는 프락시 서버에 존재하지 않는 객체라도 그것의 메타데이타와 웹 서버로 부터의 Head-only응답들을 보관하여 클라이언트의 유효성 질의에 응답함으로써 응답시간의 감소와 웹서버로의 트래픽을 줄일수 있음을 보였다. Caching at the Web proxy server plays an important role in reducing response time, the network traffic, and the load of Web servers. Many recent studies have proposed and examined the replacement and consistency policies for the proxy cache, which plays a central role in the performance of caching components. For better performance, they exploit various metadata of Web objects, such as the reference count, reference time, and modification time information of past behaviors, to estimate the re-reference likelihood and freshness of the objects. However, all of these known to the authors use the metadata only when the actual object is in the cache. We observed from various proxy traces that about 20-30% of clients' requests incurred only the validity checks of cached objects without transferring actual objects from the proxy server. In this case, only the metadata are necessary at the proxy server. This paper proposes a proxy cache consistency policy that uses the metadata even for absent objects. These include the time information of evicted objects from the cache and those out of the header-only replies from Web servers. Trace-driven simulations with public proxy cache traces show that our policy reduces the response time and the number of connections to Web servers significantly.
