스포츠이벤트 자원봉사자의 심리적 계약 척도 개발

이 연구는 스포츠이벤트 자원봉사자의 심리적 계약 척도를 개발하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문항 제작, 요인구조 탐색, 요인구조 검증의 세 단계로 실행되어졌다. 첫째, 스포츠이벤트 자원봉사자의 심리적 계약과 관련된 27편의 선행연구를 통해 문항을 선별하고 예비조사, 내용분석 작업을 거쳐 6요인 43문항이 추출되었다. 둘째, 요인구조 탐색을 위해 국제자동차경주대회 자원봉사자 600명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 불성실 응답을 제외한 514부 중 무작위 표본추출을 통해 50%인 247부는 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)에, 267부는 확인적 요인분석(CFA)에 사용되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 5요인(경력개발, 자아발전, 보상, 봉사업무환경, 봉사업무특성) 16문항이 최종 선정되었다. 셋째, 선정된 5요인 모형에 대한 확인적 요인분석 결과, 모형의 적합도 수준은 양호하게 나타났으며, 신뢰도와 타당도도 높게 나타났다. 이 세 단계를 토대로 개발된 5요인 16문항의 모형은 스포츠이벤트 자원봉사자의 심리적 계약과 관련된 다양한 후속연구에 적용하여 효율적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to modify the psychological contract inventory to be specifically applicable to assess volunteer psychological contract in sports event settings. In order to develop a reliable and valid scale, we went through following three steps. First, previous researches regarding psychological contracts in psychology, management, and sports were explored. All items measuring psychological contract or expectation in this literature were listed and the relevance of these items to psychological contract of event volunteers were examined by experts in sport management and psychological contract research. Through this preliminary study, 43 items in six factors were produced(step1). Then, we collected data from 600 individuals who volunteered in the Formula 1 Korean Grand Prix. Data were randomly split into two-halves: one for EFA(step 2) and the other for CFA(step 3). An EFA was conducted on the 43 items to determine how many factors and items were necessary to measure volunteers' psychological contract in sport events. Sixteen items(five factors: career development, ego enhancement, reward, job content, working condition) were generated. The results of a CFA confirmed the suitability of the EFA results. It was shown that five factors model has good fit with acceptable construct validity and reliability. Based on three processes, a new psychological contract scale with 16 items(five factors) were developed. This new scale can be effectively used to study various psychological contract issues of sport event volunteers.

인문,사회과학편 : 대학생의 신체적 자기개념이 긍정적 착각, 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 현실을 긍정적으로 편향하는 긍정적 착각에 초점을 두고, 신체적 자기개념(스포츠 유능감, 건강) 이긍정적 착각, 주관적 행복감과 어떠한 관계를 갖는지 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2014년 현재 서울시에 위치한 K대학교에서 교양체육을 수강하는 대학생 252명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 목적과 가설을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 실시한 결과, 신체적 자기개념은 긍정적 착각에 긍정적인 영향을 보였고, 긍정적 착각은 주관적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to address the influence of physical self-concept on each of positive illusions and subjective happiness while focusing on positive illusions positively biasing reality. In order to achieve the purpose, the study was conducted with 252 college students who were taking elective sport courses as liberal education at K University located in Seoul. SEM analysis was accomplished to explore the purpose of the study and the research hypotheses. The results indicated that physical self-concept was significantly related to positive illusions. It also revealed that positive illusions was significantly related to subjective happiness. The findings described above were summarized and the direction of future research were discussed.

인문,사회과학편 : 스포츠바우처제도 일자리 창출 효과 분석

본 연구는 스포츠바우처제도 시행에 따른 일자리 창출 효과를 추산하여 효율적 운영의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 정부승인통계를 기초로 취업 및 고용유발인원을 추산함과 동시에 사업 참여시설을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 산업연관표에 기초하는 경우, 스포츠바우처제도 시행에 따른 직접취업유발인원은 220.1명, 직접고용유발인원은 198.2명인 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 스포츠산업에 국한된 보다 세밀한 지표를 보고하고 있는 스포츠산업실태조사나 전국사업체조사보고서 등을 통해 추산된 직접취업유발인원과 직접고용유발인원은 각각 545.5명, 512.6명 및 192.8명이었다. 또한 스포츠바우처제도에 직접 참여하고 있는 시설들을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과, 직접취업인원과 직접고용인원이 각각 495.6, 305.4명으로 추산되었다. 관련하여 설문조사에서 나타난 스포츠바우처제도의 취업계수와 고용계수는 각각 36.3, 22.3으로 산출되었는데, 이는 한국은행이 발표한 2010년 기준 전체 서비스업 취업계수 12.0과 한국개발연구원이 2013년 보고한 연구활동, 사업서비스, 교육, 문화, 오락 5개 부문의 창조서비스업 고용계수 11.1을 상회하는 결과이다. 연구결과들은 향후 스포츠바우처제도의 경제적 파급효과 강화를 위한 실질적인 방안 마련에 있어 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대되며, 이론적으로 입증된 일자리 창출 가능성을 토대로 공공성과 시장성을 조화·발전시킬 수 있는 정책노력이 요구된다. The purpose of the research was to provide preliminary data for the development of the Sport Voucher System. To accomplish the purpose, job creation effects of the Sport Voucher System was calculated to analyze expectation effects of employment. The statistics issued by the Government was utilized and the number of employment inducement was calculated to investigate job creation effects. Additionally, the online survey of facilities that participate in the Sport Voucher System was conducted. Input-output table was utilized to analyze job creation effects and the results indicated that the number of direct employment inducement was 220.1 and the number of direct labor inducement was 198.2. Also, the results derived from the employment to GDP ratio from the research on the Sport Industry Survey indicated that the number of direct employment inducement was 545.5. Furthermore, the report on the Census on Establishments and the Service Industry Survey indicated that the number of direct employment inducement and direct labor inducement was 512.6 and 192.8. Lastly, the survey demonstrated that the number of direct employment inducement and direct labor inducement was 496.2 and 304.8. The results of the research will be used as the significant data when preparing practical plans to create jobs through the Sport Voucher System and it is necessary to harmonize publicness and marketability of job creation possibility which was theoretically proven.

2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 검정 체육교과서 여가활동 내용 분석

이 연구는 2009 개정 체육과 교육과정에 따라 출판된 검정 체육 교과서 여가 활동의 내용 요소를 분석하고 향후 여가 교육의 방향을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 3, 4학년 검정 체육교과서 12종을 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 구성 체계와 내용으로 범주를 나누어 각각의 하위범주에 있는 준거들을 분석하는 비교분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 체육교과서 5개 영역 중 여가활동 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 낮은 비율로 편성되어 있었다. 여가활동의 전체적 구성 체계와 제목 형태는 교과서별로 다르게 나타났으나 선 이해 후 활동의 형태로 구성되었으며, 학년 별 신체활동 가치를 잘 반영하고 있었다. 창의관련 요소가 인성관련 요소보다 다소 비중 있게 편성되고 있으나 전체적으로 창의 및 인성적 측면이 잘 반영되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이전 교육과정에 비해 인지적 영역에 관한 학습목표가 증가한 특징을 보였으나 여전히 심동적 영역에 치중되어 정의적 영역 목표의 부족 등의 문제점도 안고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purposes of the study is to conduct content analysis on leisure activity sections in the authorized physical education textbooks of 2009 curriculum revision and provide the direction for future leisure education. In order to accomplish the study purpose, 12 different authorized physical education textbooks for the third and fourth grades in elementary school were analyzed. The physical education textbooks were classified based on the organizing system and contents and the classified contents were examined through the comparative analysis. The results show that the portion of the leisure section is smaller than other four life-skill sections in the textbooks. Although the titles and organization of the contents are not identical, understanding of the leisure contents or perception are written before experiencing of leisure activities. Both creativity and character education factors are reflected in the context relatively well. Compared to the previous curriculum, the instructional objectives related to cognitive domain are increased; however, the major portion of the contents is related to physical activity domain and the instructional objectives on affective domain are still lack.
