        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the fatigue level on the kinetic variables when cutting maneuvering. The subjects were 5 graduate students with normal legs. The subjects were individually tested cutting maneuvering 30 degrees to the right in two different fatigue levels; fatigue condition and normal condition. Each subject was repeatedly measured. The raw data were analyzed by LabVIEW Graphical Program and these data were analyzed by paired samples t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher measures in vertical impact force peak and the vertical active force peak(p<.05). 2. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher measures in the breaking force peak (p<.05). 3. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher loading rate(p<.05). 4. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher total impulse(p<.05).

      • 국가기반시설 보호계획 분야별 리스크평가 방법 연구

        국가기반시설 보호계획은 단법 중심으로 관리를 하고 있으나, 이를 체계적으로 관리하기 위해서 경영시스템을 도입하였다. 그러나 현재 지침의 계획은 PDCA Cycle 관리 수립이 아니다. 이러한 사각지대 보완을 위해서는 무엇보다 중요한 부분이 리스 크평가 부분이다. 업무영향분석이 전제 되지 않고 진행되고 있기 때문에 시설의 분야별 특성에 맞는 리스크평가 방법을 통하여 과학적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 국가기반시설 보호계획 수립을 위한 연속성관 리 시스템 도입의 필요성과 각 시설부분에 적합한 리스크평가 방법을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 비 전문가의 리스크평가 관리를 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 계획 수립을 할 수 있도록 각 시설분야별 리스크평가 방법의 적합성을 제시하고자 한다.

        운동선수 진료 정보의 언론 보도에 대한 법률적 정의에 관한 연구

        운동선수에 대한 진료 및 재활에 대한 보도는 스포츠 선수에 대한 대중의 높은 관심 속에서 이루어진 언론의 자유에 대한 권리의 행사이면서, 실정법을 위반하여 피해가 발생해도 이를 지적하거나 \정정하려는 움직임이 전혀 존재하지 않는 문제의 대표적인 사례이다. 이 연구는 「헌법」, 「개인정보보호법」, 「의료법」 등 우리나라의 실정법을 바탕으로 하여 A 스포츠 선수의 부상에 관한 보도에 대하여 위법 여부를 판단하고, 향후 관련 보도에 대한 기준을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 도출한 연구의 결과를 요약한 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 선수의 진료 정보의 개념은 「헌법」상 사생활 혹은 인격권, 「개인정보보호법」상 민감정보 그리고 「의료법」상 업무상 비밀로 정의할 수 있다. 둘째, 언론의 스포츠 선수의 진료 정보 보도는 「헌법」상 알 권리 및 언론의 자유,「개인정보보호법」상 민감정보 처리 제한 위반 그리고 「의료법」상 업무상 비밀 준수 의무 위반으로 정의할 수 없다. 셋째, 이 연구에서는 추후 스포츠 선수의 진료 정보에 대하여 사전적으로 진료 정보 접근 및 보도에 대한 정보 주체의 동의 의무화, 사후적으로는 보도의 삭제 및 정정 요청, 손해배상 청구 및 형사 고발 등의 대처방안이 합리적이라 판단하였다. The reporting on the medical treatment and rehabilitation of athletes is an exercise of press freedom within the high public interest in sports figures. However, it stands as a prominent case where there is a lack of initiative to criticize or rectify the situation even when harm occurs, thereby violating the prevailing laws. This study is conducted based on South Korean laws such as the Constitution, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Medical Act. The study aims to determine the legality of reporting on athlete A's injuries and propose standards for future related coverage. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, the concept of medical information about sports players can be defined in terms of constitutional privacy or personality rights, sensitive information under the Personal Information Protection Act, and professional secrecy under the Medical Act. Secondly, media coverage of the medical information of sports players cannot be deemed a violation of the constitutional right to know and freedom of the press a breach of restrictions on processing sensitive information under the Personal Information Protection Act, or a violation of the duty to adhere to professional secrecy under the Medical Act. Thirdly it is considered reasonable to require prior consent from the information subject for access to and reporting of medical information about sports players. Additionally post measures such as the removal and correction of reports claims for damages and criminal complaints are viewed as reasonable approaches for dealing with medical information about sports players in the future.

      • 보행시 보폭에 따른 지면반력의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of step length on the ground reaction force. The subjects were 10 undergraduate and graduate students in their 20s with normal legs. The subjects were individually tested by the running timer at the walking speed of 1.34㎧. The step length was regulated to -10% of normal, normal and +10% of normal step length using foot print. The ground reaction force of each subjects were measured by 600㎐ sampling frequency. The raw data were analyzed by LabVIEW Graphical Program and these data were analyzed by ANOVAs and Scheffe'. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The vertical ground reaction force at the point of Fz1 increased as the step length increased but decreased at the point of Fz2. 2. The antero-posterior component of ground reaction force increased at the point of Fy1 and Fy3 as the step length increased. 3. The related time of the vertical ground reaction force appeared quickly at Tz1 as the step length increased. 4. The related time of the antero-posterior component of the ground reaction force did not show significant difference. But there was a pattern found indicating the related time to Ty3 quickened as the step length increased.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the fatigue level on the kinetic variables when running. The subjects were 5 graduate students with normal legs. The subjects were individually tested running in two different levels of fatigue; fatigue condition and normal condition. Each subject was repeatedly measured. The raw data were analyzed by LabVIEW Graphical Program and these data were analyzed by paired samples t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher measures in vertical impact force peak and the vertical active force peak. And the vertical active force peak timing of the fatigue group appeared later than the normal group(p<.05). 2. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher measures in the breaking force peak and the propelling force peak. The transition force timing appeared earlier in the fatigue group(p<.05). 3. There was no significant difference between the contact time. However the fatigue group showed shorter contact time than the normal group. 4. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher loading rate(p<.05). 5. There was significant difference between the two fatigue conditions in that the fatigue group showed higher total impulse(p<.05).
