The neighboring sites of the Muhan stream are distributed in the order of agriculture, one's post, and dwelling. The main pollutants of the Muhan stream are wastewater from factories as industrial waterways belonging to cities and settlements. For this reason, water quality model prediction and management is necessary to ensure the continuous supply of clean water needed for agricultural and forest residential areas. Therefore, BOD, DO, T-P, and T-N have been calculated using HEC-RAS and QUALKO2 under the prescribed scenario conditions for evaluating and analyzing of stream. The results showed that BOD and DO had no significant effect. The results exhibited that T-P increased to 'very poor' level when the pollutants are discharged from the selected 3km point sources. Due to the nature of the Muhan stream, T-P and T-N are not self-purification, so follow-up action seems necessary.
