The adult form of myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by the presence of anti-acetylcholine receptor immunoglobulin G antibodies(anti- AChRIgG) which blocks the formation of acetylcholine at the motor end plate and causes anatomic deterioration of this structure. The end results is defective neuromuscular transmission manifested by progressive skeletal muscle weakness. The unpredictable course of MG in pregnancy, the task of management of MG in pregnancy, especially during labor, and of management of not infrequent "transient neonatal myasthenia" raise a problem, often a challenge, to an obstetrician. Authors have experienced a full term pregnancy complicated with the myasthenia gravis. Labor was induced with intravenous oxytocin, followed by spontaneous labor, and a vacuum extracted delivery of a surviving infant with transient neonatal myasthenia was carried out. The case is presented here with a brief review of literature concerned.

저자 등은 비교적 희귀한 난소종양인 Brenner Tumor중 양성예 4예, 악성예 2예 총 6예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Brenner tumor is one of the most interesting tumors in the ovary because of its rarity, diverse theory about its origin, its hormonal activity and difficult preoperative diagnosis. During the period of sixteen months, we had experienced four benign and two malignant Brenner tumors at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Seoul National university Hospital. These cases were presented with brief review of literature.
