The System’s reliability for the guarantee of a driver convenience and Safety on the road is becoming a essential point as a Collision Avoidance System, Adaptive Cruise Control and Pre-Crash System are studied actively. The Systems ought to be tested through as many as possible cases, and should be reappeared in same testing conditions over and over. and we have to verify the system's reliability through an analysis of the result. but it is difficult to make sure in the real car testing environment. Thus, it needs to be researched and developed about the alternative environment of a real car testing and assesment in a parts, linked to the VR simulator with VR traffic environment and the VR test scenario. This paper describes the in-lab testing assesment system with the VR traffic, scenario, data aquisition software and CAN interface module for a proto-ECU or control algorithm testing.
무선 하이브리드 메쉬 네트워크를 위한 개선된 계층구조 라우팅 프로토콜

본 논문에서는 이동 Ad-hoc 네트워크를 지원하여 확장성과 광대역의 무선 환경을 제공하는 무선 메쉬 네트워크인 무선 하이브리드 메쉬 구조를 고려하여, 이에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있는 무선 하이브리드 메쉬 네트워크를 위한 계층구조의 라우팅기법을 제안하였다. 무선 하이브리드 메쉬 네트워크상에서 효율적인 토폴로지 관리와 소스노드에서 목적노드로 라우팅 패스를 설정할 시에 발생하는 트래픽을 감소시키고 노드간 링크 안정성을 고려하고, 노드의 문제 또는 링크간 장애로 인한 잦은 라우팅 재설정 문제를 해결하는 계층구조의 라우팅 기법을 제안하였다. 또한 case study를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안된 계층구조의 라우팅 기법을 이용하여 네트워크 클러스터링 및 토폴로지 관리의 효율성을 인지할 수 있었으며, 성능분석 결과에서는 제안된 방법을 적용하였을 때, 링크의 상태가 좋지 않을 경우 기존 HOLSR (hierarchical optimized link state routing) 방법보다 데이터 전송에 따른 종단간 지연시간이 감소되고 aggregate goodput과 packet delivery ratio가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. In this paper we propose an improved hierarchical routing protocol for wireless hybrid mesh network. The proposed method efficiently manages network topology and reduces overhead traffic for setting routing path by considering link stability. The simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the HOLSR (hierarchical optimized link state routing) method in aggregate goodput, packet delivery ratio, and end-to-end delay.

This paper introduces the real-time monitoring system for the multi-purpose assessment of automotive components. This system can transfer the performance data of components and driving circumstance information via wireless network. Various driving data is acquired by the data logger and OBD-II. This gathered data is transferred to the database server through real-time transmission terminal. Database server can provide many information such as real-time data, analysis report, vehicle location, navigation data. Many users can access this database server through internet and they can be provided all data what they want.

As the development and application of ADAS growing significantly, Mando is conducting validation and development of test specifications to ensure customer’s system requirements and vehicle safety. However, the current test specifications and methods cannot guarantee the overall functional safety of ADAS configured in a vehicle, but only the individual device reliability of ADAS. Therefore, it is necessary to improve ADAS functional safety and overall system reliability through new trials and approaches. In this study, we proposed a “Real vehicle test data acquisition environment”, “Front target generation environment for real camera/radar sensors” and a system integration verification method for DCU-based sensor fusion systems. In addition, it proved the validity of the proposed method through comparison with actual vehicle test results.

To predict the fatigue life of SPAS ECU bracket exposed to random vibration loads, the equivalent load deriving methods were investigated. The dynamic behavior of a system exposed to a random load, such as the approach in the response spectrum analysis, can be expressed as the maximum acceleration response of single degree of freedom systems. When the first eigen-mode is dominant, it is possible to apply a static load to the bracket assuming that the equivalent acceleration is the representative response of the system. The expected fatigue life derived from the static analysis result and the stress-life relation. Modal parameters, strain and acceleration data obtained from the tests are utilized for the verification of the FE model. Also, the appropriate sigma level was derived from comparing the actual failure load with the RMS response of the analytical model. It is expected that the method reviewed in this paper will contribute to the quick decision making in the initial shape design state where local shape change frequently occurs.

The real-time monitoring system through a wireless mobile networks has been developed for the multi-purpose assessment of automotive components. The performance and durability of the core parts are very important factors to improve fuel economy of green car. It is efficient to save time and cost for the data acquisition that the monitoring system can obtain the data of components and driving environment information via wireless network. It is possible to monitor the performance of automotive components and analyze real-time data without restrictions on time and space. In this study, we collected and analyzed the various data of the motor, inverter and high-voltage battery per the driving road and season with utilizing the real-time monitoring system.

Driver Assistance System is widely under development to satisfy each safety issues including adaptive cruise control(ACC), forward vehicle collision warning system(FVCWS), pre-crash safety(PCS) and lane change aid. Low speed driver assistance system using low-cost sensors is more adopted due to it"s cost. This paper deals with low speed driver assistance system using short range sensors and a camera. A camera is used for lane deprature warning and forward collision warning. Blind spot detection uses two ultrasonic sensors and IR-based short range sensors are used for pre-crash safety and forward collision warning. Here, we developed an evaluation environment for low speed driver assistance system. That enables us to perform simulation and vehicle test synchronized in laboratory. Sensor simulation models are constructed in virtual driving environment and driver assistance system"s logic is prepared to perform integrated simulation using composed sensor model. Real sensors can be tested in real target connected to simulation.
