위험분석 프로그램을 이용한 독성가스 누출사고 안전거리 산출에 관한 연구

Domestic chemical accidents are continuously increasing. The public interest and anxiety about chemical accidents remain. In particular, in the case of a toxic gas leakage accident, a small amount of leakage may spread to the atmosphere, resulting in a large accident. In this study, 17 kinds of toxic gases were selected from 69 kinds of accident - prone materials and ALOHA, an accident damage prediction program, was used to calculate the emergency evacuation distance according to the leakage amount. The ERPG-2 concentration was used as the criterion for emergency evacuation distance. Based on the guidelines of the Chemical Safety Agency and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, we set the worst case scenario and calculated the emergency evacuation distance according to weather conditions and terrain conditions. These results are derived from look-up graphs and mathematical expressions and can be used as a pre-prepared data necessary for the initial response in case of a leak accident.
