다이어트 행동의 이해: 확장된 계획된 행동이론을 중심으로

다이어트는 상업화된 몸매를 추구하는 경향과 미디어의 영향이 맞물리면서 청소년과 대학생 등 젊은 층을 중심으로 영향력이 큰 건강 관련 행동이다. 다이어트는 개인의 욕구이자, 사회적 압력이며, 문화적 트렌드가 되고 있다. 이 연구는 ‘계획된 행동이론’(Theory of Planned Behavior)을 적용하여 다이어트 행동의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악해 건강에 도움이 되는 다이어트 행동을 촉진하는 헬스커뮤니 케이션 전략의 개발에 기여하고자 한다. 다이어트 행동의도는 다이어트에 대한 정보와 선호하는 다이어트 프로그램을 찾는 과정을 통해 형성된다. 다이어트 행동의 실행 과정은 유쾌하거나, 곧바로 이익을 주지 않으며, 상당한 절제와 고통을 동반하는 과정이기 때문에 실질적인 다이어트 행동의도의 형성은 개인의 태도, 주관적 규범에 대한 인식, 지각된 행동 통제감과 함께, 사회적 지지가 영향을 미친다. 이 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 이론적 배경으로, ‘초점집단면접’(focus group interview)을 연구방법으로 활용해 다이어트 행동의도를 형성하는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 이 연구를 통해 건강에 유익한 다이어트 행동의 확산을 위한 커뮤니케이션 전략개발의 근거를 제공하고자 한다. Diet is a healthy behavior, personal desire, social pressure as well as cultural trend due to the combined impacts of a commercialized body and the mass media. In particular, diet influences young people``s life in many ways. This research aims to contribute to health communication research and to promote a healthy lifestyle by revealing the factors of the expanded theory of planned behavior in relation to diet intention. The theory of planned behavior consists of personal attitude, subjective norm and perceived perception of behavior. This research adds the social support factor to increase the explanation power of the theory of planned behavior; the social support variable is the main concept of diet intention, which requires a continuous self regulation and support from their family members, friends, and so on. Interview participants recognized that diet behavior requires a high level of self regulation because diet is important for their health protection, their physical attractiveness and social relations.

로컬크리에이터의 하이퍼로컬 미디어로서의 역할과 성장 가능성 모색

교통과 미디어의 발달은 지역성을 복잡하고 다층적으로 변화시키고 있고, 이에 따라 하이퍼로컬 미디어는 세분화된 지역을 기반으로 지역공동체의 형성과 유지를 지향한다. 로컬크리에이터들은 로컬 커뮤니티와 네트워크의 필요성을 강조하며, 자생적인 지역사업으로 성장하고 있다. 인구감소와 지방소멸 위기가 국가적인 이슈로 부상하고 있는 현재, 로컬크리에이터의 역할과 로컬 지향의 사회문화 양상은 점차늘어날 것으로 예상되지만, 아직 로컬크리에이터의 활동과 성장 가능성을 탐색하는 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 지역성을 자원으로 활용하는 로컬크리에이터들의 성장 가능성을 이론적으로 검토하여 그들의활동에 대한 이해를 높이고, 그들이 지역과 지역공동체에 어떤 역할을 수행할 수 있는지에 대한 실질적인 기반을 마련함으로써, 로컬크리에이터들이 하이퍼로컬 미디어로서 어떤 역할을 수행할 수 있는지에대한 인식을 높이고, 그들의 성장 가능성을 모색하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The advancement of transportation and media has led to complex and multi-layered changes in regional characteristics. In response, hyperlocal media aims to form and maintain local communities based on segmented regions. Local creators emphasize the need for local community and networks, growing as indigenous regional businesses. Currently, with the national issue of population decline and the risk of local extinction, the role of local creators and the trend towards local-oriented socio-cultural aspects are expected to increase. However, there is still a lack of research exploring their activities and growth potential. This study theoretically examines the growth potential of local creators who utilize regional characteristics as resources, enhancing understanding of their activities. Furthermore, by establishing a practical foundation for what roles they can play in the region and its community, this research contributes to raising awareness of the role local creators can play as hyperlocal media and explores their growth potential.

지방대학교육서비스품질이 대학적응과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the relationship between the effect of local university education service quality on university adjustment and career decision self-efficacy. Based on previous studies, the factors of faculty, educational facilities, educational programs, and administrative support were classified to measure the quality of university education services, and university adaptation and career decision self-efficacy were divided into single items to verify the influence relationship of each. As a result of the test, 280 college students of H University, Gangwon-do, confirmed the positive (+) effect of educational programs and administrative support, which are subfactors of university education service quality, on university adaptation, and revealed that university adaptation had a positive (+) effect on career decision self-efficacy. The significance of this study is to suggest a viable strategy for university education service quality that is conducive to university adaptation and the achievement of students' desired career goals. 본 연구의 목적은 지방대학교육서비스품질이 대학적응과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검증한다는 것이다. 선행연구들을 토대로 대학교육서비스품질 측정을 위해 교수진, 교육시설, 교육프로그램, 행정지원의 요인으로 구분하고, 대학적응과 진로결정자기효능감은 단일항목으로 구성하여영향 관계를 검증하였다. 검증결과, 지방의 강원도 H대학교 대학생 280명을 대상으로 대학교육서비스품질의 하위요인인 교육프로그램과 행정지원이 대학적응에 정(+)의 영향을 확인했고, 대학적응이 진로결정자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 대학적응과 학생들의 희망하는진로 목표 달성에 도움이 되는 대학교육서비스품질의 실천 가능한 전략을 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다.
