        Tris(ethylenediamine)nickel(II)Dichromate [Ni(C2N2H8)3]·Cr2O7착화합물 및 결정의 구조를 X-선 회절법으로 연구하였다. 이 결정은 단사정계이고, 공간군은 P21/b(군번호=14)이다. 단위세포길이는 a=8.268(2), b=13.865(2), c=14.921(2)Å, γ=102.04(2)°, V=1672.9(5)Å3, Z=4, Dc=1.806 gcm-3, μ=24.05 cm-0.1이다. 회절반점들의 세기는 흑연 단색화 장치가 있는 자동4축 회절기로 얻었으며 Mo-Kα X-선(λ=0.7107Å)을 사용하였다. 구조분석은 중원자법으로 풀었으며, 최소자승법으로 정밀화 하였을 때, 최종 신뢰도 값들은 2248개의 회절반점에 대하여 R=0.045, Rw=0.051, Rall=0.059 및 S=2.171이었다. 니켈 착이온 가운데 하나의 에칠렌디아민 고리중에서 두 개의 탄소원자가 무질서하게 상호교차하는 네 개의 원자로 나타났다. 무질서한 에칠렌디아민의 두가지 고리구조들의 α- 과 β- 각들이나 수소결합들을 고려하였을 때 Ni-착이온의 입체구조는 Λδδδ-와 Λδδλ- 구조들의 무질서배열로 보아진다. The crystal structure Tris(ethylenediamine)nickel(II)Dichromate has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: a=8.268(2), b=13.865(2), c=14.921(2)Å, γ=102.04(2)°, V=1672.9(5)Å3, Z=4, Monocline, P21/b (space group No.=14), Dcalc=1.806 gcm-3, μ=24.05 cm-0.1. The intensity data were collected with Mo-Kα radiation(λ=0.7107Å) on an automatic four-circle diffractometer with a graphite monochromator. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full matrix least-square methods using unit weights. The final R and S values were R=0.045, Rw=0.051, Rall=0.059 and S=2.171for 2248 observed reflections. The two carbon atoms of a ring of Ni(en)-ion were split into crossed four atoms. In consideration of α- and β-angles of two rings of a disordered ethylenediamine of Nien3-ion and the hydrogen bonds between Ni(en)3-cation and Cr2O7-anion, the configuration of Ni(en)3-ion is assumed to be disordered with Λδδδ and Λδδλ.

        로봇형상 플라스틱금형설계 및 제작에 관한 연구

        This study looks at plastic mold design for robots and mold manufacture, which is an injection mold branch at The Korea-China-Japan University Grand Prize Contest. Product analysis and layout, molding analysis, and upper and lower core design are carried out to design molds in 2D and 3D. After the design of the cores, NC machining software is used for simulation before actual manufacture. Before the production of end-product, test injection is done to troubleshoot problems like bad dimensions, burr, cracks and stepped pulley.

        에어모터 하우징 양산용 다이캐스팅 금형의 불량과 대책에 관한 연구

        HI-WORTH T-32, a non-powered plasma cutter, is a portable cutter that utilizes compressor-plasma inverter. With a special air-pressure piston, the cutter is semiautomatic. When they were produced by die casting dies, the bodies or housings of the cutter have defects about 100 percent of defect rate due to blisters and thermal deformation. Therefore, they are produced by mechanical machining, which leads to a hike in material and machining costs and to the loss of productivity. And companies are left with insignificant profit margins. Besides mechanical machining, this study proposes to modify defective mold and cut down defective rate and boost productivity.

        The crystal structure of Tris(ethylenediamine)nickel(II)Chromate has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data : a=9.027(2)Å, c=9.751(5)Å이며, Z=2, V=687.9(2)Å3, Dc=1.714gcm-3, μ=21.635-1. The intensity were collected with Mo-Kα radiation (λ=0.7107Å) on an automatic four-circle diffractometer with a graphite monochromator. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full matrix least-square methods using unit weights. The final R and S values were R=0.029, Rw=032, Rall=0.049 andS=0.018 for 342 observed reflections. The chromate ions are located at position of point of point symmetry 32 and their oxygens are sixfold disodered in an unusual way. Extensive strong hydrogen bonds between complex cations and chromatic anions are found in axial and equatorial directions.

        Bis(1,2-diaminopropane)palladium(Ⅱ) Bis(oxalato)palladate(Ⅱ)의 결정구조

        Bis(1,2-diaminopropane)palladium(II)-Bis(oxalato)palladate(II)($Pd_2C_{10}H_{10}N_{4}O_{8}$)의 단위 착이온 및 결정의 구조들을 X-선 회절법으로 연구하였다. 이 결정은 사방정계이고 공간군은 $P_{ccn}$ (군 번호 = 56)이다. 단위세포 길이는 a = 16.178(5), b = 16.381(6), c = $6.685(2)\AA$이며 Z=4이다. 회절 반점들의 세기는 흑연 단색화 장치가 있는 자동 4축 회절기로 얻었으며 $Mo-K\alpha$ X-선(${\lambda}$ = 0.7107 $\AA)$을 사용하였다. 구조분석은 중금속법으로 풀었으며, 최소자승법으로 정밀화하였고, 최종 신뢰도 값들은 605개의 회절반점에 대하여 R = 0.065, $R_W = 0.059, R_{all}$ = 0.065과 S = 4.315였다. 착이온들은 근본적으로 평면구조로써, 이들의 충진구조는 마그누스 염형태의 구조가 아니라, 착음이온의 면간 중첩거리가 $3.343(5)\AA$인 일차원 정규 음이온원주를 형성하고 있으며, 그 주위를 착양이온들이 둘러싸고 있다. 두 가지 착이온들 사이의 면간 각은 $18(1)^{\circ}$로써, 질소 및 산소원자들 사이의 직접적인 거리가 2.94(3)와 $3.31(4)\AA$ 사이의 수소결합으로 음이온 원주 주위에 양이온들이 둘러싸고 있다. Crystal structure of bis(1,2-diaminopropane)palladium(II) bis(oxalato)palladate(II) has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: $Pd_2C_{10}H_{10}N_{4}O_{8}$, $M_W$ = 573.09, orthorhombic, space group $P_{ccn}$ (No = 56), a = 16.178(5), b = 16.381(6), c = 6.685(2)$\{AA}$, V = 1771.6 $\{AA}^3$, $M_W$W = 573.09, $D_c$ = 2.014 g${\cdot}c\;m^{-3}$, Z = 4, T = 294K, F(000) = 1056.0 and $\mu$ = 20.466 c$m^{-1}$. The intensity data were collected with $Mo-K\alpha$ radiation (${\lambda}$ = 0.7107 $\AA)$ on an automatic four-circle diffractometer with a graphite monochromater. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full matrix least-squares methods using Pivot weights. The final R and S values were R = 0.065, $R_W = 0.059, R_{all}$ = 0.065 and S = 4.315 for 605 observed reflections. Both cation and anion complexes are essentially planar and have dihedral angle of $18(l)^{\circ}$ between thier planes. In the crystal structure, they do not have the Magnus's salt type mixed stacks; instead, the complex anions form regular stacks along the c-axis with the M-M bond length of $3.343(5)\AA$ and their stacks are surrounded by the complex cations through hydrogen bonds with the nitrogen-oxygen distances of 2.94(3) and $3.31(4)\AA.$

        배전용 폴리머 라인 포스트 애자 금형의 불량과 대책에 관한 연구

        In this study, an injection mold is made to produce polymer line post insulators. FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) is covered by silicone housing. In injection molding process, chances for offcenter are 60 percent. Given the structure of the product, offcenter occurs owing to the imbalances in positions of gates and improper -designs of cores and jigs. This study focuses on mold modifications and improvements.

        건설폐목을 이용한 목질계보드의 시멘트응결 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        In this study we experimented setting time and basic properties as waste wood fiber and sodium silicate substitution rate to reuse waste wood fiber produced in construction field to wood chip board. To do this construction waste woods were crushed with the size less than 10mm, mixed with the rate of 1:2, 2.5, 3, and added sodium silicate with the rate of 0, 5% of cement content. The results are as follows. As the substitution rate of construction waste wood was increased delay of setting time was also increased, and the batch of adding 5% accelerator had a 13~17 hours faster setting time than non accelerator batch. The compressive strength was lower as wood substitution rate was higher, and as the specific gravity was higher, the strength was also higher. As wood substitution rate was higher, heat conductivity was lower, and as specific gravity was higher, heat conductivity also was higher.

        펜슬코어 금형의 설계 및 제작에 관한 연구

        Pencil-core dies are relatively new technology in Korea. It is not that no one had tried to make them but had failed due to lack of technologies. However, Posco TMC Co., Ltd, one of the leading die makers in the world, is capable of sophisticated dies including pencil-core dies. Spark plugs made by pencil-core dies have energy efficiency close to 100 percent, which compares to 46 percent of conventional spark plugs. Even though they are now mostly installed in LPG automobiles, more and more diesel and gasoline vehicles are adopting them. This study focuses on how to improve core shape precision using controling design and parts machining methods for pencil-core dies and productivity.
