        The Psychological Impact of Quarantine during COVID-19 Pandemic: A Cross-Sectional Study

        Objective: This study assessed the psychological impact of quarantine during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. Methods: A total of 2080 participants filled the self-report questionnaire from March 17 to April 20, 2020 in Daegu, Republic of Korea. An online link was sent to currently or previously quarantined participants. The self-report questionnaire included patient health questionnaire–9 (PHQ-9), generalized anxiety disorder–7 (GAD-7), primary care post-traumatic stress disorder screen for diagnostic and statistical manual-5 (PTSD-PC), state-trait anger expression inventory (STAXI), and P4 suicidality screener scale (P4). PHQ-9 score of 5 or more and 9 or less indicates mild to moderate depressive symptoms, and 10 or more indicates severe depressive symptoms; A GAD-7 score of 5 or more and 14 or less indicates mild to moderate anxiety symptoms, and a score of 15 or more indicates severe anxiety symptoms; A PTSD-PC-5 score of 2 indicates mild to moderate PTSD; a score of 3 or higher indicates severe PTSD; A STAXI score of 14 or higher indicates severe anger symptoms; In P4, the cut-off points for each self-report questionnaire were set as mild suicidal thoughts at 1 point or more and 2 points or less, and severe suicide thoughts at 3 or more points. Logistic regression analyses were used to explore COVID-19–related risk factors. Results: The prevalence of mental health symptoms among the survey respondents was at 52.5% for depression, 44.5% for anxiety, 39.4% for post-traumatic stress, 31.6% for anger, and 10.9% for suicidal ideation. Participants with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 family members showed a high risk for symptoms of anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and anger. Participants with financial loss had increased symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, anger, and suicidal ideation. Participants with a history of medical/psychiatric illnesses reported more symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, anger, and suicidal ideation. Having inadequate basic supplies during quarantine was associated with negative mental health outcomes. Conclusion: Quarantine had a negative psychological impact on all five mental health factors. The risk of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger, and suicidality increased among those who suffered from financial losses due to COVID-19. The associated risk factors will help identify populations at risk for mental health problems and implement mental health intervention policies.

        Detection and recurrence rate of transurethral resection of bladder tumors by narrow-band imaging: Prospective, randomized comparison with white light cystoscopy

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of narrow-band imaging (NBI) as a diagnostic tool for detecting bladder tumors during cystoscopy compared with white light cystoscopy (WLC). Materials and Methods: From December 2013 to June 2017, a randomized prospective study was conducted on 198 patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor by a single surgeon. The patients were divided into two groups according to diagnostic method. In Group I, WLC only was performed. In Group II, NBI was additionally performed after WLC. We analyzed the rate of detection of bladder tumors as a primary endpoint. In addition, we evaluated rates of recurrence in each group. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in characteristics except hypertension. In the analysis of rates of detection, the probability of diagnosing cancer was 80.9% (114/141) in the WLC group, and the probability of diagnosing cancer using WLC in the NBI group was 85.5% (159/186). After switching from WLC to NBI for second-look cystoscopy in the NBI group, NBI was shown to detect additional tumors with a detection rate of 35.1% (13/37) from the perspective of the patients and 42.2% (27/64) from the perspective of the tumors. The 1-year recurrence-free rate was 72.2% in the WLC group and 85.2% in the NBI group (p=0.3). Conclusions: NBI had benefits for detecting tumors overlooked by WLC. Although the difference in the 1-year recurrence-free rate was not statistically significant, our results showed a trend for higher recurrence in the NBI group.

        유한 요소 해석을 통한 실리콘 다이 픽업 공정 응력 해석

        As electronic packaging continues to miniaturize, silicon dies are becoming progressively thinner. Thin die leads to many defects in the semiconductor process. The reason for the defect is that the needle pin peels off the carrier tape and silicon die, applying a large stress on the silicon die. In this study, the needle pin pick-up process was performed through finite element analysis, and the possibility of silicon die cracking was analyzed as the process conditions such as the silicon die thickness, adhesive layer thickness, and distance between the silicon die thickness and the vacuum support area changed the stress on the silicon die. In addition, the finite element models were divided into two models according to whether the needle pin was adopted. Consequently, a more conservative stress value was obtained when the finite element analysis was performed by containing the needle pin geometry into the boundary conditions without drawing it. 전자 패키징이 소형화되는 추세에 맞추어, 실리콘 다이의 두께도 점점 얇아지고 있으며 이로 인해 반도체 공정 중 얇은 두께로 인한 결함이 많이 발견되고 있다. 다이 픽업 공정 중 하나인 니들핀 픽업 공정에서도 이러한 현상이 나타나고 있으며, 니들핀이 캐리어 테이프와 실리콘 다이를 박리하는 과정에서 실리콘 다이에 균열이 발생하는 형태로 결함이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는, 유한 요소 해석을 통하여 니들핀 픽업 공정을 모사하였고 실리콘 다이 두께, 접착층 두께, 실리콘 다이 두께와 진공 지지 영역 사이의 거리와 같은 공정 조건들이 실리콘 다이의 응력 변화를 통해서 실리콘 다이 균열 발생 가능성을 분석해보았다. 또한, 니들핀의 반영 유무에 따라 해석 모델을 두 가지로 나누어 어떠한 모델이 실제 공정에 적용할 때 효과적인 모델인지 제시하였다.

        An optimal allocation model for SAM-X by using a set covering model is suggested. This allocation model considers to guarantee the maximum security of vital areas from the attack of enemy aircraft(s) and missiles. In order to formulate this model, we applied the concept of parallel structure reliability to set covering model. This model gives both direction of the primary target line and location of the facility. When applied this model to the real situation, the solution of this model can be used to the references of decision making for the optimal military facility allocation.

        Bis(ethylenediamine) cuprate(II)$\cdot$dichromate $Cu(C_2H_8N_2)_2{\cdot}Cr_2O_7$의 결정구조는 a=5.682(1), b=8.567(2), c=14.839(3) ${\AA},\;{\alpha}=97.50(2),\;{\beta}=101.06(1),\;{\gamma}=109.38(2)^{\circ}$, 삼사정계(Triclinic), 공간군 P-1, 공간군 번호 2이며, Z=2, V=653.9(2) ${\AA}^3,\;D_c=2.030gcm^{-3},\;{\mu}=3.273mm^{-1}$이었다. 구조분석은 중금속법으로 풀었으며, 최소 자승법으로 정밀화하였고, 최종 신뢰도 값들은 2291개의 회절반점에 대하여 $R_1=0.0256,\;R_w=0.0708,\;R_{all}=0.0316,\;S=1.151$이었다. 구리 착이온의 Cu-N의 평균 거리가 2.010(3) $\AA$이고, 면에 거의 수직으로 Cu-O 평균거리가 2.525(2) $\AA$로써 찌그러진 팔면체 구조를 하고 있다. 두 가지 이온들은 [111]-방향을 따라서 사슬구조를 형성하고, 이 축을 포함한 이차원 (0-11)면상에 놓인 인접한 축들 사이에는 N1-O5와 N3-O1 수소결합으로 연결되어 있다. The crystal structure of Bis(ethylenediamine) cuprate(II)$\cdot$dichromate, $Cu(C_2H_8N_2)_2{\cdot}Cr_2O_7$, has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: a=5.682(2), b=8.567(3), c=14.839(3) ${\AA},\;{\alpha}=97.50(2),\;{\beta}=101.06(1),\;{\gamma}=109.38(2)^{\circ}$ Triclinic, P-1 (SG No=2), Z=2, V=653.9(2) ${\AA}^3,\;D_c=2.030gcm^{-3},\;{\mu}=3.273mm^{-1}$. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full matrix least-square methods uslng unit weights. The final R and S values were $R_1=0.0256,\;R_w=0.0708,\;R_{all}=0.0316,\;S=1.151$ for the observed 2291 reflections. The two cupper complex ion has the usual distorted octahedral structure with mean four Cu-N distances of 2.010(3) $\AA$ and the longer mean Cu-O distance of 2.525(2) $\AA$. The Cu-complex and dichromate ions are linked to form infinite chain arranged alternatively along the [111]-direction. The neighboring chains in the (0-11) plane are connected with N1-O5 and N3-O1 hydrogen bonds.

        Surgical Removal of a Ruptured Radiculomedullary Artery Aneurysm: A Case Report

        Subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a solitary spinal aneurysm is extremely rare, and diagnosis and treatment are challenging. We report a rare case of a ruptured radiculomedullary artery aneurysm in a patient with Behçet disease. A 49-year-old man presented with severe lower abdominal and leg pain. Magnetic resonance imaging was performed and an enhanced intradural-extramedullary lesion at the T12 spinal level with subarachnoid hemorrhage was identified. Diagnostic spinal angiography was performed to evaluate the vascular lesion, and a radiculomedullary artery aneurysm at the T12 level was identified. We performed surgical resection of the aneurysm and a good neurological outcome was obtained.

        단순히 보기만해야 하던 TV가 데이터방송이라는 진화를 통해서 시청자와 교감을 나누고 있다. 그러나 VOD 편성수준의 방송프로그램과 뉴스, 날씨 등의 단순정보는 진정한 쌍방향(Interactive)이라고 하기에는 다소 미흡한 측면이 있다. 새로운 부가가치 창출에 대한 가대를 받고 있는 ITV가 진정한 시 청자를 위한 서비스가 되기 위해서는 다양한 콘텐츠 못지않게 시청자 중심의 설계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 사용자의 편이성을 고려한 사용환경을 반영하였다. 시스템 구성은 클라이언트 환경에서 데이터방송을 시연할 수 있는 세트탑 박스, 방송콘텐츠를 송출하는 미디어서버와 데이터 서버로 구성하여 테스트하였다.
