The purpose of this study was to make an investigation and analysis of the effect of endurance training upon the blood components. As the subjects of this study were selected 12 male of the B high school. The subjects with no previous athletic experience were given 7-week endurance training 5 times per week. Endurance training program consisted of 200m dash, harvard step and ropejumping. The 12 subjects chosen for this study were divided into two group. Group B was load with more intensitive training for a short period, Group A with less intensitive training for a load period. The results were as follows: 1. When the red blood cell in the blood of group B and group A beford the training was measured and compared respectively, there was an increase of 4.0% in group B and an increase of 3.3% in group A. And it was found that the red blood cell made a 6.1% increase in group B and 4.5% increase after the training. 2. It was revealed that hemoglobin made a 2.9% increase in group B and 3.6% increase in group B and 3.6% increase in group A before the training. And there was an increase in group B of 5.5% and an increase of 4.1% in group A after training. 3. It was found that hematocrit showed 2.4% increase in group B and 1.6% increase in group A before the training. And there was an increase of 5.9% in group B and an increase of 2.4% in group A after the training. 4. It was revealed that heart rate made 207.1% increase in group B and 206.5% increase in group A before the training. And there was an increase of 209.5% in group B and an increase of 207.7% in group A after the training. 5. If was found that total cholesterol showed 21.7% increase in group B and 20.1% increase in group A before the training And there was an increase of 20.3% in group B and an increase of 22% in group A after the training.
