본 연구에서는 화학성분, 마르텐사이트 체적율, 연결도, 모상위경 및 제2상의 형태를 되도록 일정하게 하고, 제1상과 제2상의 경도비만을 변화시켰을 때의 충격降伏荷重 및 충격최대하중의 거동, 충격속도가 하중작용시간에 미치는 영향, 흡수에너지 및 延性-胞性거동 등을 고찰하였다. The mechanical properties of Ferrite-Martensite dual phase steels are affected by microstructural factors, such as, martensite volume fractions, grain size of ferrite, hardness ratio of Ferrite-Martensite, connectivity and chemical components etc. Therefore, this study has been made on the influence of Impact fracture behavior which changes the hardness ratio of Ferrite-Martensite by mean of heat treatment of low carbon Mn-Steels. In order to analyze and examine the effect of fracture behavior under impact load, this study investigated the impact strength, the impact loading time, the absorbed energy on the fracture ductility of Ferrite-Martensite dual phase steels, the formation of micro crack and slip, and plastic restraint of martensite on the plastic deformation.

세 개의 유한보로 구성된 "H"형 프레임에 넓은 밴드 진동수를 가진 종방향 힘이 한 끝에 가해졌을 때 종파와 횡파가 "T" 조트를 통과할 시 발생되는 파동 전달에 대하여 연구하였다. 종파와 횡파가 각기 다른 분산특성을 이용하여 분리된 각 파동을 파동수-진동수 스펙트럼에 나타냈다. 가속도계 배열기법에 의하여 놓여진 23개의 가속도계로부터 동시 데이타 추출, 저장하여 실험데이타를 구하였다. 변환함수 정정기법을 적용하여 실험계기 오차를 정정하였다. 실험결과를 유한요소법에 의한 수치 결과와 비교하였다. 종파와 횡파의 전체 진동에너지 레벨 자승평균근을 구하여, 조인트 통과시 각 파의 진동에너지 증감량을 비교하였다.

In this study, the optimum mathematical models were made in order to derive Optimum Machining speed which is due to be established in the production of each manufactures as an important parameter based upon the cutting speed, in case of making manufactures of multi-kinds into unit-production processing. The economical optimum cutting speed has been set up by using the above phenomenon as a proper system, and the results from the comparative analysis between the above model & the actual cutting work data, are summarized as follows. (1) The mathematical models for the optimum machining speed are derived into the expressions (23), (24), (25), (26), (27), (28), (29). (2) The basic expressions of the optimum machining speed are derived into (32), (34), (36), (37), (39), (40), (41), (44), for the purpose of each estimation of the maximum efficiency standard, the minimum cost standard and the maximum profits rate standard. (3) The example of setting up the optimum cutting speed of multi-kinds manufacturing production was formulated, and the experimental theoretical values were known to be in the same range as a result of the comparative study between the cutting speed obtained by the cutting test & the optimum cutting speed calculated by the theoretical expressions.

This paper presents the results of vehicle dynamics simulation for development of single axle bogie for freight vehicle. Those results consists of hunting stability, ride comfort and curving performance such as derailment ratio, unloading ratio. Dynamic behaviors of vehicle having single axle bogie is carried out using the multi-body dynamics simulation program(VAMPIRE). The results of analysis meet the criteria proposed by Korean National Railroad(KNR) and Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI).
