        Dysregulated lncRNA and mRNA may promote the progression of ischemic stroke via immune and inflammatory pathways: results from RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis

        Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are widely involved in gene transcription regulation and which act as epigenetic modifiers in many diseases. Objective: To determine whether lncRNAs are involved in ischemic stroke (IS), we analyzed the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs in IS. Methods: RNA sequencing was performed on the blood of three pairs of IS patients and healthy controls. Differential expression analysis was used to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs). Based on the co-expression relationships between lncRNA and mRNA, a series of bioinformatics analysis including GO and KEGG enrichment analysis and PPI analysis, were conducted to predict the function of lncRNA. Results: RNA sequencing produced a total of 5 DElncRNAs and 144 DEmRNAs. Influenza A pathway and Herpes simplex infection pathway were the most significant pathways. EP300 and NFKB1 were the most important target proteins, and Human leucocyte antigen (HLA) family were the key genes in IS. Conclusions: Analysis of this study revealed that dysregulated lncRNAs in IS may lead to IS by affecting the immune and inflammation system.

      • The Comprehensive Evaluation Study of volleyball Players` Competitive Ability Based On "Fuzzy" Mathematical Model

        Purpose: Competitive ability of a volleyball player is a key factor in volleyball matches. The author developed an evaluation system by using "Fuzzy" Model, which is beneficialfor promoting training quality and skills. Methods: In this study, definition of fuzzy set and percentage is developed, and the results of each index in the system were analyzed and provided an algorithm. At last, the comprehensive evaluation system was developed in order to provide the data analysis for volleyball players. Results: Four parts physical power, skills, psychology and intellectual ability have been analyzed in the system. Through the experiment, the system was proved to be a reasonable, scientific, easyoperatedsystem, consequently, the player made progress in all four parts.

      • The Study of Sports Life and Healthy Lifestyle of College Students

        Introduction: The fast pace of life and the fierce competition in the employment of college students has resulted in high pressure, anxiety, smoking addiction, indulging in internet games and other unhealthy way of life, affecting their physical and mental health. In this paper, through the study of modern life style, the author brings an idea of sports lifestyle, and gives some suggestions to sports lifestyle, which cultivate students having a scientific, civilized, healthy lifestyle. Methods: Observation and investigation method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis Results and Conclusion: Due to lack of attention on their health, weak sports ability, high pressure on employment and academic study. Students spent more time on internet games, academic study, consequently their time for physical activity is deducted. It is suggested that students should set up lifelong physical education idea and college administrators should guide students to increase their sports ability, cultivating their interests in physical activity with the promotion for healthy lifestyle in sports club, students` association, etc. sports exercise APPs and software should be developed in order to fit for students` internet lifestyle.
