회귀분석을 이용한 선삭면의 표면거칠기 예측에 관한 연구

In this study a cutting experiment of SM30C was performed at the 5 feed rate(mm/rev) by using CNC lathe with 4 nose radius respectively. The surface of the cutting specimen was measured with surface roughness tester including average arithmetic roughness. And the influence of surface roughness was examined according to the change of nose radius and feed rate by using regression analysis of the measured Ra value. In addition, this study was intended to predict the surface roughness model in the turning SM30C by using multiple regression analysis with two combined variables, nose radius and feed rate.
