고용량 영구자석형 모터의 회전자 착자를 위한 200 kJ급 착자기의 착자요크 회로정수 설계 방법에 관한 연구

전기차 보급과 고성능화가 진행됨에 따라 높은 출력을 가지는 모터의 수요가 증가하고 고용량 IPMSM 생산을 위한 고용량 착자기의 중요성 또한 증가하고 있다. 착자에 중요한 착자 전류의 최댓값과 커패시터 방전시간은 착자요크의 회로정수에 의해 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 착자기 설계를 위한 착자요크의 회로정수 설계를 위하여 MATLAB SIMULINK를 활용한 착자 시스템의 해석을 진행하고 회로정수 설계를 위한 설계 절차를 제시한다. 그 결과 착자용량 5,000[V], 15,000[uF]에 따라 착자요크 파라미터는 0.015[ohm], 0.035[mH]로 도출하였다.

The number of devices using motors is increasing worldwide, and interest in permanent magnets, which are essential components of permanent magnet type synchronous motors with advantages of wide operating range and high power density, is increasing. In particular, rare-earth permanent magnets with high residual induction are used in various fields such as automobile driving motors , for example, EPS motors. However, due to the limited area in which rare earth elements exist, various problems such as supply-demand imbalance and price surges may occur. In response to this, various types of motors that do not use rare earth elements have been developed. In this paper, the characteristics of various types considering the magnetization process after assembly of the concentrated flux synchronous motor are reviewed, and through this, the design direction of the motor is suggested.

This paper investigates the characteristics of the cogging torque in brush less DC motors due to the uneven magnetization of permanent magnet and the teeth shape. The excitation frequencies of cogging torque are the harmonics of the least common multiple of pole and slot in ideal brush less DC motors. However, this paper shows numerically and experimentally that the uneven magnetization of permanent magnet generates the harmonics of slot number. It also investigates that their magnitudes are affected by the teeth shape. Therefore, chamfering teeth increases the magnitude of the harmonic of slot number so that the magnitude of cogging torque increases in unevenly magnetized case.

The LSPM (line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor) is an alternative to increase the efficiency and power factor of induction motors. Magnetization of permanent magnet in LSPM is the most important issue for manufacturing process. The manufacturing process can be improved as the magnetization of the permanent magnet is conducted after the rotor assembly. Circuit of LSPM magnetization after the assembly is introduced and finite element analysis is conducted. Finally, magnetizing yoke is manufactured and the magnetization is conducted. Flux density in the permanent magnet of LSPM rotor is checked. The result is presented for the verification of the magnetizing analysis.
