For the sexual relations hybridization experiments in Achilognathin four species : A. limbata, A. intermedia, A. yamatsutae and A. sp. were reviewed. Interspecific hybrids were complete to fertilization and hatching stage. But, interspecific hybrids were incomplete to hatching stage exept hybriding A.yamatsutae with A. sp. each other. These findings points to a differential hybrids potential of two sibling species, A.limbata and A. sp.
精密測定 計器用 Stainless Steel의 諸性質에 미치는 熱處理의 影響

The changes of microstructure and hardness with the various heat treatments on the properties of Fe-13.36% Cr-0.37%C stainless steel for precision measuring gauge have been investigated. Type 420 stainless steel has the self-hardenability, because the nose of isothermal transformation diagram located greatly to the right. The highest hradness in the martensite martrix with undissolved carbide is obtained by oil and air cooling treatment after austenizing at 1000-1050℃, for 1/6-1/3hr. In case of low temperature tempering, internal stress is reduced without dissolution of martensite matrix, and hardness reduced slightly. In case of high temperature tempering, hardness is reduced greatly, because the martensite matrix is dissolved into a ferrite and carbide.
Benzophenone Effects on Photoisomerization and Azulene Quenching of trans-1, 2-Bispyrazinylethylene

The trans→cis photoisomerization of trans→1, 2-bispyrazinylethylene were investigated in various conditions. The quantum yields of trans→cis photoisomerization decrease with increasing benzophenone concentration because of the self-quenching of benzophenone triplets. The Stern -Volmer constant of azulene quenching, however, increases as the concentration of benzophenone increases because of the quenching of benzophenone triplet by azulene. These results are same as the results from laser flash experiments, and from the direct and sensitized photoisomerization.

(1) The principal component of G is contained in the set of v∈G for which D permutes with inner automorphism h(v). (2) D permutes with every inner derivation δ . (3) D(A) is contained in the center of A.

In the study, the variations of biomass and biological magnification of the parathione and diazinon in Persicaria thunbergii cultured with the nutrient solutions added by the pesticides for 35 days were investigated. The results are as follows : The amount of the biological magnification of parathione and diazinon in the plant were reached to the highest values at 14 days, and then gradually declined. The biological magnifications of the plants treated with 5ppm, 10ppm and 20ppm of parathione were higher than those of diazinon by 1.27-5.92, 1.87-6.23 and 1.77-9.52 times, respectively. The biomass of the plants were declined as the growth times in which the pesticides were concentrated : those of the plants treated with 5, 10 and 20ppm of parathione were 0.81, 0.75 and 0.65 of the control, while those of diazinon were 0.96, 0.95 and 0.80 of the control, respectively.

The capital evaluation theory through the theoretical approach of Neo-classicists has been developed arond MM theory, CAPM, APT and OPM. CAPM estimates the assets by examining the condition of balance in the capital market and market portfolio. CAPM however can not solve the problem of normal distribution of various changes in the assets income and that of the secomd effect function in the preferance of economic subject. Therefore, it has been essentical to justify CAPM theoredtically and practically. APT has been deviced to overcome these difficulties. This study will examine two types of theortical development of ROSS's basic model. The purpose of this study is to clarify the theortical structure of APT, especially through the viewpoint of decision and balance.
Bacillus sp.의 조효소 xylanase, β-xylosidase가 칡넝쿨(pueraria thunbergiana) 섬유의 분해에 미치는 영향

In order to microbiologically degrade the xylan compound exist in epidermis of the plant Pueraria thunbergiana, four Bacillus spp. exerting xylolytic activity have been isloated from Pueraria thunbergiana. The optimal and stable conditions of pH and temperature for the activities of crude xylanase and β-xylosidase produced by isolates have been determined. One strain, named JUP-4, out of four isolates showed the best activity. The optimal pH for activity of both crude enzymes of JUP-4 was 9.0. The optimal temperatures of xylanase and β-xylosidase were 60℃ and 50℃, respectively. It was resulted from this study that the isolate JUP-4 was a good candidate for the biodegrating agent of epidermis of Pueraria thunbergiana.

The biological magnification of Pb, Cu, Zn and Fe from soil or water column in water chestnut, Trapa japonica and relationship between the concentration of Pb, Cu, Zn and Fe in Trapa japonica and in adjacent soil or water column were investigated in the Chonju river, Chonju city and suburb's river. At each of 5 sampling sites, 5 Trapa japonica individuals, water and soil were collected in every week during 4 months, separated into leaf, stem and root portions, stored in a deep freezer at -70℃ and analysed for total Pb, Cu, Zn and Fe by Trace Element Analyser 3000. The amounts of biological magnification of heavy metal in Trapa japonica were Pb(213.9㎍/g), Cu(618.1㎍/g), Zn(2346.7㎍/g) and Fe(6078.5㎍/g). The concentration of Pb, Cu, Zn and Fe in the leaf, stem and root of Trapa japonica was founded that concentration in leaf and stem was increased in the sequence Pb<Cu<Fe<Zn and in root was increased in the sequence Pb<Cu<Zn<Fe. The amount of biological magnification in the leaf, stem and root of Trapa japonica was generally increased in the sequence leaf<stem<root. Statistical Analysis suggested that the significant portion of Pb, Cu or Zn Content in Trapa japonica was derived from soil. The concentration of Pb, Cu and Zn in Trapa japonica relatively indicates the heavy metal content of soil in river area.
