교육컨설팅의 학문적 정립에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 국내 교육컨설팅학의 학문 정립을 통해 교육컨설팅학의 발전 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 교육컨설팅학의 태동과 현황 및 국내 교육컨설팅학의 학문적 정립을 위한 과제를 확인하였다. 국내 대학원의 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공은 2012년 3월 동덕여자대학교 교육대학원에 교육컨설팅전공 석사과정이 처음으로 개설되었다. 국내 대학원 3곳의 일반대학원 석사과정과 박사과정 및 국내 교육대학원 9곳의 석사과정에 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공이 개설되어 있었다. 교육컨설팅학의 독립된 전문학회인 한국교육컨설팅코칭학회는 2017년 6월 창립되었고, 한국교육컨설팅코칭학회의 전문학술지인 교육컨설팅코칭연구는 2022년 1월 한국연구재단의 등재학술지로 선정되었다. 교육컨설팅학의 학문적 정립을 위해 교육컨설팅학의 연구 대상과 연구 영역 확립, 이론과 연구 방법 확립, 국내 대학과 대학원의 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 설치의 확대, 교육컨설팅학 관련 전문학회와 전문학술지의 확대를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육컨설팅학의 연구 대상, 이론, 연구 방법, 대학원의 석사과정과 박사과정 개설, 전문학회의 설립과 전문학술지의 발행 등을 통해 교육컨설팅학의 학문적 정립에 관하여 연구한 최초의 논문으로 교육컨설팅학 학문 정립을 위한 기초연구로서의 의의를 지닌다. The purpose of this study was to suggest the direction of development of education consulting through the establishment of education consulting as a discipline. This study examined the origins and current status of education consulting and the challenges for establishing education consulting as a discipline. The Korean graduate schools, domestic academic institutions, were the starting point of education consulting in the world. In March 2012, the first master's program in education consulting was opened at Dongduk Women's University Graduate School of Education. The Department of Education Consulting and the Major in Education Consulting have been established in the master's and doctoral programs of three Korean graduate schools and in the master's programs of nine Korean graduate schools of education. The Korea Association of Education Consulting and Coaching, a professional society of education consulting, was founded in June 2017, and its professional journal, the Journal of Education Consulting and Coaching, was selected as a KCI accredited journal of the National Research Foundation of Korea in January 2022. In order to establish education consulting as an academic discipline, this study proposed to establish research objects and research areas of education consulting, establish theories and research methods, expand the establishment of education consulting departments and education consulting majors in Korean universities and graduate schools, and expand professional societies and professional journals related to education consulting. This study is the first paper to study the academic establishment of education consulting through the research objects, theories, and research methods of education consulting, the establishment of master's and doctoral programs in graduate schools, the establishment of professional societies, and the publication of professional journals, and has significance as a basic study for the academic establishment of education consulting.

대학 코칭 교양교육 개발을 위한 방향 탐색 및 요구 분석 : 여대생을 중심으로

본 연구는 대학생 코칭 교육의 개발과 운영을 위하여 대학 코칭 교육의 방향과 요구를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 대상의 심층인터뷰를 진행하였 고, 서울 및 경기권 소재 4년제 대학 여학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 연구의 윤리적 측면 확보를 위하여 소속 대학 기관연구 윤리위원회 심의 승인을 받았다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하였다. 대학생 코칭 교육이라는 시대적 요구에 따라 대학 교양과목으로서 코칭교육의 가능성과 중요성에 대한 전문가 의견 및 여대생의 요구조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 전문가들은 대학의 코칭 교육에서 코칭 철학의 실천과, 이를 바탕으로하는 코칭 교육의 방향성을 강조하였다. 또한 코칭문화의 확산을 위하여 다양한 비교과 프로 그램의 개발을 제안하였다. 둘째, 대학 코칭 교육에 대한 여대생들의 교육 요구는 세부 요인 중 코칭리더십 역량에 대한 교육 요구 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났 으며, 다음으로 코칭 스킬, 코칭 기반 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문가 인터뷰 및 세 부 요인별로 도출된 교육요구 내용을 바탕으로 대학 코칭 교육의 질 향상을 위한 세부적인 적용방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to present the direction and demand of coaching education for the development and operation of coaching curriculum for university students. This study conducted in-depth interviews with experts and a survey of 500 female university students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In order to secure the ethical aspect of research, approval was obtained from the institutional research ethics committee of the affiliated university. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis in this study. According to the demands of university student coaching education, the results of expert opinion and demand survey on the possibility and importance of coaching education as a liberal arts course in university are as follows. First, coaching education at universities emphasized by experts emphasizes the practice of coaching philosophy and the direction of coaching education based on it. In addition, various extracurricular program development were proposed to spread the coaching culture. Second, as for female university students educational needs for university coaching education, among the detailed factors, the education demand for coaching leadership competency was found to be the highest, followed by coaching skills and coaching basis. Third, the proposed applying the detailed plan for improving the quality of college coaching education based on the educational needs information obtained by expert interviews and detailed factors.

컨설팅, 코칭 분야 연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅, 코칭 분야의 국내 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 관련 분야의 연구 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 2019년부터 2023년에 발간된 국내 학술지를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야 연구는 지속적으로 전개되었으며, 2020년~2021년에 239편(53.95%)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 게재저널 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야는 타 분야와의 융·복합을 통해 전개·확장되었다, 셋째, 연구방법 분석결과, 컨설팅은 질적연구를 중심으로, 코칭은 양적연구를 중심으로 전개된 것으로 나타났다, 넷째, 연구 분야 분석결과, 컨설팅, 코칭 분야에서 모두 교육 관련 영역에 대해 주로 논의되었으며, 코칭은 스포츠, 군 코칭에 대한 논의가 전개된 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구주제 분석결과, 컨설팅 분야 연구는 다양하게 이루어진 반면, 코칭은 변인 관련 연구가 주를 이루었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 컨설팅, 코칭 관련 연구 방향을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 교육 분야의 컨설팅, 코칭 관련 연구 영역별 키워드를 범주화 한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 2020년~2021년 동안의 사회 환경적 배경, 연구 주제, 방향성에 대한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 컨설팅과 코칭이 다양한 분야와 연관성을 가지며 상호작용하는 영역으로 진화하는 과정에 대한 심층 연구가 필요하다. 넷째, 컨설팅과 코칭 분야의 연구에서 연구 방법 차이에 대한 맥락을 확인할 수 있는 심층 연구가 필요하다. 다섯째, 컨설팅과 코칭 연구 분야의 지속적 확장과 동시에 학문적 정립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 컨설팅, 코칭 분야 관련 국내 연구동향을 살펴보고, 추후 연구의 방향성을 제안하였다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과는 컨설팅과 코칭 분야 연구의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료로써 활용될 것으로 기대된다. As a result of systematic literature review, a total of 443 papers were selected. The selected papers were 116 consulting-related papers and 327 coaching-related papers. The selected papers were analyzed by research period, journal, research method, research field, research topic. Based on the research results, we propose the following research directions related to consulting and coaching. First of all, in-depth research is needed that categorizes keywords for each research area related to consulting and coaching in the education field. Second, in-depth research on social and environmental backgrounds, research themes, and directions between 2020 and 2021 is needed. Third, in-depth research is needed on the process in which consulting and coaching evolve into areas where they are related to and interact with various fields. Fourth, in-depth research is needed to identify the context of the differences in research methods between consulting and coaching. Fifth, academic establishment is needed at the same time as continuous expansion of consulting and coaching research fields. The academic significance of this study is that it examined domestic research trends in the consulting and coaching fields and suggested future research directions and implications.

국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과 교육과정 분석

The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for the curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea through the analysis of the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea. In this study, in order to investigate the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea, the keywords were limited to ‘education consulting’, and data were collected in the order of Daehakalrimi(https://www.academyinfo.go.kr), Naver and Google keyword search, and each university and graduate school’s website. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, it was confirmed that three master’s and doctoral programs in general graduate schools in South Korea, and nine master’s programs in graduate schools of education in South Korea were in operation, and the curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea were organized based on the faculty members’s major and expertise according to new department and major or name changed department and major. This study is the first study to analysis the current status and curriculum of the graduate school of department of education consulting and education consulting major in South Korea and is meaningful as a basic study of the development of education consulting as disciplines. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공의 현황과 교과목 분석을 통해 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 교육과정에 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대학원의 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 개설 현황과 교육과정 현황을 조사하기 위해 키워드를 ‘교육컨설팅’으로 한정하여 대학의 주요 정보를 제공하는 대학알리미, 네이버와 구글 키워드 검색, 각 대학과 대학원의 홈페이지 확인 순으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 분석 결과 3개의 국내 일반대학원 석사과정과 박사과정 및 9개의 국내 교육대학원 석사과정이 운영되고 있었고, 신설 또는 변경에 따라 해당 교수진의 전공과 전문성을 바탕으로 교육과정을 구성한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국내 대학원 교육컨설팅학과와 교육컨설팅전공 개설 현황과 교육과정 현황을 분석한 최초의 연구로써 교육컨설팅학 발전을 위한 기초 연구로써의 의의를 지닌다.

Gordon Lippitt과 Ronald Lippitt 및 Oscar Mink의 컨설팅 프로세스 모형 비교 연구

본 연구의 목적은 Gordon Lippitt과 Ronald Lippitt 및 Oscar Mink의 교육컨설팅 프로세스 모형을 국내에 제시하는데 있다. Lippitt & Lippitt은 6기의 15단계의 컨설팅 프로세스 단계를 제시하였고, Mink는 6기의 19단계 컨설팅 프로세스 단계를 제시하였다. Lippitt & Lippitt은 1기 “초기 접촉 및 시작 참여”, 2기 “계약 공식화 및 도움 관계수립”, 3기 “진단 분석을 통한 문제 확인”, 4기 “목표 설정 및 실행 계획”, 5기 “실천 및 피드백 순환”, 6기 “계약 완료(지속, 지원, 종료)를 제시하였다. Mink은 1기 “접촉 및 시작”, 2기 “계약 공식화”, 3기 “문제 확인 및 진단 분석”, 4기 “목표 설정 및 계획”, 5기 “실천 및 피드백 순환”, 6기 “완료: 지속, 지원, 종료를 제시하였다. 2007년 Oscar Mink의 컨설팅 프로세스 모형은 한국 글로벌 A사 컨설팅 프로세스 단계에 처음 적용이 되었다. The purpose of this study was to compare the consulting process model between Gordon Lippitt & Ronald Lippitt and Oscar Mink. Lippitt & Lippitt suggested 6 phases and 15 steps consulting process and Mink suggested 6 phases and 19 steps consulting process. Lippitt & Lippitt s consulting process is consisted of 6 phases: phase 1 is engaging in initial contact and entry, phase 2 is formulating a contact and establishing a helping relationship, phase 3 is identifying problems through diagnostic analysis, phase 4 is setting goals and planning for action, phase 5 is taking action and cycling feedback, and phase 6 is completing the contract(continuity, support, and termination). Mink s consulting process is consisted of 6 phases: phase 1 is contact and entry, phase 2 is contact formulation, phase 3 is problem identification and diagnostic analysis, phase 4 is goal setting and planning, phase 5 is action taking and feedback cycling, and phase 6 is completion: continuity, support, evaluation, and termination. Oscar Mink s consulting process model was applied to A Korean Global Corporation s consulting process model in 2007.

코칭 도구로서 ‘휴먼디자인시스템(Human Design System)’고찰

코칭은 HRD의 전략실행의 방법 중 하나로 자리 잡으며 널리 활용되고 있다. 리더십 역량강화, 소통이 잘 되는 조직문화의 형성 등 코칭은 다양한 목적으로 그 활용도가 커지고 있다. 효과적인 코칭을 위해 인간의 성격분석 또는 행동분석의 다양한 진단도구가 활용되고 있다. MBTI, DISC, 에니어그램 등이 그 예이다. 이처럼 스스로 진단하여 사용하는 도구 외에 사주명리학 역시 코칭 및 상담의 도구로 널리 활용되고있다. 휴먼디자인은 탄생 일과 시간으로 개개인의 타고난 특성, 성격은 물론이거니와 행동패턴, 사고패턴을 분류하여 그 작동원리를 정의하고 있다. 본 연구에선 휴먼디자인시스템(Human Design System)의 구성내용을 살펴보고 코칭도구로서의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 향후 학문적 관점에서 휴먼디자인 활용 효과에 대한 실증적 연구 및기존의 다양한 도구와의 비교연구가 요구된다. A Coaching has become one of HRD s ways of implementing strategies and is widely used. Coaching, such as strengthening leadership capabilities and forming a well-communicated organizational culture, is increasing its utilization for various purposes. For effective coaching, various diagnostic tools for human personality analysis or behavioral analysis are being used. MBTI, DISC, and Energram are examples. In addition to these self-diagnosis and use tools, owner-nomination is also widely used as a tool for coaching, counseling and training at HRD field. Human Design defines the principles of operation by classifying each person s natural characteristics, personality, and behavior patterns and thinking patterns with the date and time of birth. In this study, we looked at the composition of Human Design System and explored its usability in coaching. Human Design System can be used as a very effective tool for coaching in terms of utilization. In the future, empirical research on the effects of human design utilization from an academic perspective and comparative research with various existing tools are required.

대학 창업 교과목 운영 사례 : 사회적 기업가정신 창업교육을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 대학 정규 창업 교육과정 내의 사회적 기업가정신 교과목 운영 사례를 통해 창업 교육방법과 창업 교과목의 실천 중심의 효과적인 교수방법을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 기업가정신 교과목의 수업전략을 개발하여 운영하고 효과를 분석하기 위해 수업 전과 후에 자기평가식 설문조사, 수업 후 성찰보고서를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t검정과 중요 사건을 중심으로 범주화를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 설문조사 결과, 기업가정신의 진취성, 혁신성, 위험감수성 모든 요인에서 창업 교과목 수업 이후 높아진 것으로 나타났으며, 혁신성과 진취성은 통계적으로 유의하게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 설문조사 결과, 친사회성의 공동체의식, 공감, 돕기 모든 요인에서 창업 교과목 수업 이후 높아진 것으로 나타났으며, 공동체의식과 공감은 통계적으로 유의하게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수업 후 성찰보고서에서 학습자의 협력적 참여 중심의 실천적 교수전략의 긍정적 효과는 팀활동을 통한 기업가정신 발현 활동의 과정과 결과에 대한 학습활동 참여 효과, 진로의 선택지로서 창업에 대한 인식 제고, 교수자의 팀활동 퍼실리테이션과 학습 코칭 효과로 나타났으며, 애로사항으로는 사회적 기업가정신 철학에 맞는 창업 아이디어 도출 및 개발 과정의 어려움과 팀원 모두의 적극적 참여에 대한 어려움이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 대학 창업교육의 효과적인 교육방법으로 학습자의 협력적 참여 중심 실천적 교수전략을 제안한 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학 창업교육에서 학습자 중심의 효과적인 교수학습방법 지원을 위한 근거 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to derive implications for start-up education and effective teaching methods for start-up courses through the operation of social entrepreneurship courses in the university's regular start-up curriculum. In order to develop, operate, and analyze the effectiveness of social entrepreneurship courses, data were collected through self-evaluation surveys and post-class reflection reports, and the collected data was categorized based on the corresponding sample t-test and important events. First, the main research results showed that all factors of innovation, initiative, and risk-taking in entrepreneurship increased after the start-up course class, and innovation and initiative increased statistically significantly. Second, as a result of the survey, it was found that all factors of community consciousness, empathy, and help in prosociality increased after the start-up subject class, and community consciousness and empathy increased statistically significantly. Third, in the post-class reflection report, the positive effects of learners' cooperative participation-oriented practical teaching strategies were the effect of participating in learning activities and results through team activities, raising awareness of start-ups as career options, and difficulties in the start-up idea and development process. This study is meaningful in that it proposed a practical teaching strategy centered on the cooperative participation of learners as an effective educational method for university start-up education. The results of this study are expected to be used as evidence for supporting effective learner-centered teaching methods in university start-up education.

코칭에서 성인학습이론 연계에 대한 이론적 고찰

본 연구는 코칭과 연계된 성인학습 연구들의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 코칭의 개념과 원 리를 탐색하고 성인교육의 원리와 주요 성인학습이론인 자기주도적 학습, 전환학습, 경 험학습이론이 코칭의 효과성 제고와 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제언하고자 한다. 연구방 법은 문헌 연구에 기초를 두고 있으며, 성인학습 측면에서 코칭을 다룬 연구물을 중심으 로 코칭의 이론적 토대 형성과 코칭의 학문적 발전에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 진행하였 다. 이러한 연구목적을 바탕으로 코칭의 개념과 원리를 검토하고 코칭이 성인교육의 원 리와 성인학습이론인 자기주도적 학습, 전환학습, 경험학습이론과 관련성을 검토하여 코 칭의 이론적 기초를 제공하고 코칭의 효과성 제고에 기여하고자 한다.
