      • 중국 사회적기업의 발전요인과 유형에 관한 연구

        현재 세계에서 유례없는 경제성장을 이룬 중국 사회에서 실업, 빈곤, 소득 양극화, 고령화, 환경오염, 농촌 황폐화 등 사회 문제와 관련된 이슈가 대두되고 있는 가운데, 사회적 난제를 해결하기 위해 등장한 사회적기업이 주목받고 있다. 중국 사회적기업은 2004년 이후 도입단계와 초기 발전단계를 거쳐 2010년 이후 급속한 발전단계에 진입하여 사회적기업에 대한 제도적 지원과 규범을 지속적으로 개선하고 있다. 중국 사회적기업의 발전과 성장은 자금과 자원의 부족과 불합리한 구조, 정부나 재단에 대한 의존성 등 다양한 문제에 직면하고 있다. 본 연구에서 중국 사회적기업이 영리적 기업특성을 객관적으로 반영함과 동시에 사회적기업 조직의 목적달성과 사회문제 해결에 따른 전략적 경영성과 향상을 위해 중국 사회적기업의 특성과 성장과정을 검토하여, 사회 및 경제성과와 실용적 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 한국과 중국의 사회적기업 현상을 비교해 보면 다음 세 가지 특징을 알 수 있다. 첫번째는 사회적기업의 원인과 사회적 배경의 차이이다. 한국의 경우 시민사회의 성숙과 정보기술의 발달 (2) 심각한 사회문제와 정부의 한계 (3) 복지재정의 한계 (4) 고용 없는 시대의 일자리 창출이다. Currently, in Chinese society, which has achieved unprecedented economic growth in the world, social issues such as unemployment, poverty, income polarization, aging, environmental pollution, and rural devastation are emerging. Meanwhile, social enterprises that have emerged to solve social challenges are attracting attention. Chinese social enterprises have gone through an introduction and early development stage since 2004 and entered a rapid development stage since 2010, and institutional support and norms for social enterprises are continuously improving. The development and growth of Chinese social enterprises face various problems, including lack of funds and resources, unreasonable structures, and dependence on the government or foundations. In this study, we review the characteristics and growth process of Chinese social enterprises to objectively reflect the characteristics of commercial enterprises and at the same time improve strategic management performance by achieving the goals of the social enterprise organization and solving social problems, and reviewing the social and economic performance. and to contribute to practical development. Additionally, compared to Korea in Asia, China has not yet prepared support measures for social enterprises in general. China does not have a systematic legal basis to support social enterprises. In the case of China, in order to ensure the healthy development of social enterprises in a social structure where the government is strong and the society is weak, it is necessary to establish social enterprise development laws and government policies appropriate for fostering social enterprises.

      • 중소기업의 기술혁신과 기술경영에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze technological innovation capabilities and the key factors of technological management activities that carry out technological innovation based on this, and to lay a theoretical foundation for establishing a virtuous cycle of technological innovation. Technological innovation is the source of corporate competitiveness and one of the most important elements of sustainable corporate management. In particular, for small and medium-sized businesses, technological innovation is an important key tool for improving management performance, strengthening competitiveness, and achieving sustainable growth. Therefore, this study aims to analyze technological innovation capabilities and technological management activities and roles related to the management performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. This is because the power of technological innovation is the basis of technological innovation and an important factor in understanding the relationship between input and process. The implications of this study are as follows. First, technology planning activities through an organization's commercialization plan and clear goal setting are very important factors in promoting R&D performance. Second, the design capabilities of the technological innovation process and technology management play an important role in the commercialization and sales of developed technologies. Third, in order to increase the performance of R&D, it is necessary to expand R&D capabilities by securing not only technology development personnel but also personnel related to technology planning and intellectual property management personnel.

      • Paradigm of Sustainable Urban Renewal Project and case study of Portland in USA

        무한 경쟁시대로 대변할 수 있는 국제경제 환경의 변화는 미국, 유럽, 일본 중심의 경제 질서에서 WTO 출범과 함께 매우 복잡하게 전개되고 되었다. 이런 측면에서 국토의미는 단지 국가 내의 영토가 아닌 국가 간 경쟁을 할 수 있는 기반이 되고 있다는 사실은 당연한것으로 인식되고 있다. 최근 세계화·글로벌화는 경쟁의 패러다임 변화는 국가에서 지역 또는 도시 단위로 급변하여 세계화 경쟁체제로 경제활동 환경을 어떻게 제공하는 것이 곧 그 지역의 지속가능발전을 보장하고 있다. 도시재생사업은 내생적 지역발전을 지향하고, 지역사회 구성원인 주민의 주도와 지역공동체의 참여를 강조한다. 즉, 지역공동체의 차별적 역량, 지역공동체의 자원 활용 향상 및 지역주민의 역할 강화에 주목한다는 것은 변화속도나 방식이 아닌 변화 주체와 내용으로 관점이 이동했음을 시사함에 따라 종합적이고 체계적으로 검토하여 추진할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구 목적은 지속가능한 도시개발의 패러다임을 제시하고 동시에 사회적·문화적·경제적 여건변화의 흐름에 맞도록 시행하고 있는 사례를 통해 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 즉, 미국의 포클랜드 재생사업 사례를 통해서 도시재생의 활성화와 도시재생사업의 문제점을 분석하여 시사점을 다음과 같이 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 비전이 어우러져 강력한 체계를 구축할 수 있었던 점이다. 둘째, 정보가 주민들에게 체계적이고 효과적으로 전달되었다. 셋째, 기본가치가 참여제도를 통해 구현되었다는 점이다. The changes in the international economic environment, which can be represented as an era of infinite competition, developed very complexly with the launch of the WTO, from an economic order centered on the United States, Europe, and Japan. In this respect, it is recognized as a given that the meaning of national territory is not just territory within a country, but is a basis for competition between countries. Recently, the paradigm of globalization and competition has changed rapidly from the national level to the regional or city level, and how to provide an environment for economic activities in a globalized competitive system is what guarantees the sustainable development of the region. Urban Renewal projects aim for endogenous regional development and emphasize the initiative of residents, who are members of the local community, and the participation of the local community. In other words, paying attention to the differentiated capabilities of local communities, improving the use of resources by local communities, and strengthening the role of local residents suggests that the perspective has shifted to the subject and content of change rather than the speed or method of change, so it can be reviewed and promoted comprehensively and systematically. Research is needed. The purpose of this study is to present a paradigm for sustainable urban development and at the same time provide implications through cases that are being implemented in line with the trends of changes in social, cultural, and economic conditions. In other words, through the case of the Falklands renewal Project in the United States, we attempted to derive the following implications by analyzing the revitalization of Urban Renewal and the problems of Urban Renewal projects. First, we were able to build a strong system by combining our visions. Second, information was delivered systematically and effectively to residents. Third, basic values were implemented through a participatory system.

      • 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)의 변천과정에 관한 연구: 주주중심과 이해관계자 담론을 중심으로

        Currently, interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasing not only domestically but also internationally. CSR activities are no longer ancillary activities to a company, but are now recognized as an essential part directly connected to the survival of the company. In November 2010, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published ISO 26000, an international standard for social responsibility of all organizations, including companies. The contents of the ISO 26000 standard comprehensively describe corporate social responsibility activities, and are likely to be used as qualification requirements for future international bidding and corporate commerce. Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) is also being carried out in parallel with corporate social responsibility activities. Socially responsible investment is a concept of creating a portfolio that takes into account both financial and non-financial aspects. A company's CSR activities can be expected to yield greater results when they are implemented at the level of the company's entire organization. The conflict between shareholder-centric and stakeholder-centric models of the nature of business has a long history. Initially, the shareholder-centered profit maximization model focused on the free-riding problem within organizations through a theoretical basis derived from traditional transaction cost economics. This study examined the meaning and characteristics of corporate social responsibility and the process of change over time. At the same time, this study analyzed the linkage with corporate social responsibility from two directions: theoretical and practical aspects, from a stakeholder perspective and a shareholder-centered perspective on corporate CSR activities. Corporate social responsibility activities from a stakeholder perspective and a shareholder-centered perspective provide various implications from the perspective of understanding the stark differences in perspectives between actors in realistic debates.

      • 퀘백(Quebec)의 하이브리드(hybrid) 협동조합에 관한 연구

        With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, the principles of sharing, solidarity, and participation in digital platforms are being integrated into the concept of cooperatives in local communities. At the same time, new hybrid cooperatives and knowledge communities based on a voluntary and efficient sharing economy centered on people are emerging. These hybrid organizations value both intention and results, and the most representative methodology for this is Pro Bono. Networking and bridging between people with passion and creativity for social change exert the power to lead social change. Through this hybrid method, social economies such as social enterprises and village enterprises can be grown through mutual solidarity within local communities. As the capitalist market changes, various limitations and inefficiencies of the market and government are revealed. This study seeks to examine the meaning of community for people living in a specific region and the differences between general businesses. In addition, this study aims to contribute to the growth and practical development of the local community by analyzing the characteristics of hybrid cooperatives and cases of regional revitalization measures in Quebec City of Canada.

      • 근린생활권 전통시장의 특성화 전략에 관한 연구

        전통시장은 사회집단 구성원 간의 인간관계를 연결하는 매개체로 재화와 용역의 수요와 공급을 조절하는 기능을 한다. 또한 인간의 오랜 삶의 흔적이 묻어있고 다양한 정보가 담겨있어야 지역주민들의 의식주와 전통적인 생활방식을 이해할 수 있다. 현대 근린생활권에서 전통시장은 주거지와 인접해 지역주민의 일상생활 단위가 되는 사회문화 커뮤니티의 중심지로서의 기능과 역할을 해왔다. 예를 들어 단골들의 경조사, 각종 상담 등 정보 교류의 장이다. 이처럼 근린생활권에 위치한 전통시장은 근린생활권의 중심 역할을 담당해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 독립 전통시장 특성화 육성사업의 유형과 성과를 탐색하고, 전통시장의 이미지 형성과 제도적 특성 등을 탐색하며, 이와 관련된 시사점을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통시장의 이념, 역사적 사실성, 지리적 특징을 상징하는 브랜드 로고를 개발하여 형태만으로도 시장의 차별성을 인식할 수 있다. 둘째, 전통시장의 사업내용과 상품 이미지를 강화하고 친근한 이미지 디자인을 개발하여 시장 이미지 제고와 제품 판매에 기여한다. 셋째, 스마트폰 앱, 온라인 쇼핑몰, 전자 비침 플랫폼 등 ICT(정보통신) 디지털 미디어 연계 사업의 활용도를 높여 시장 내 젊은 층의 유입을 유도한다. 마지막으로 주변 관광지의 축제와 관광 상품을 연계한 차별화된 홍보 전략을 통해 시장과 지역 간 활성화를 도모해야 한다. Traditional markets are a medium that connects human relationships between members of social groups and function to regulate the supply and demand of goods and services. In addition, it is only possible to understand the food, clothing, shelter and traditional lifestyle of local residents only when it contains human life and various information. In modern neighborhood living areas, traditional markets are adjacent to residential areas and serve as the center of the social and cultural community that serves as a unit of daily life for local residents. It has had a function and role. For example, it is a place for information exchange, such as regular congratulations and condolences, and various consultations. In this way, traditional markets located in neighborhood living areas have played a central role in neighborhood living areas. In this study, we sought to explore the types and outcomes of independent traditional market specialization development projects, explore the image formation and institutional characteristics of traditional markets, and explore related implications. The implications of this study are as follows. First, by developing a brand logo that symbolizes the ideology, historical reality, and geographical characteristics of the traditional market, the market's differentiation can be recognized just by its shape. Second, it contributes to enhancing the market image and product sales by strengthening the business content and product image of the traditional market and developing a friendly image design. Third, encourage the influx of young people into the market by increasing the utilization of ICT(information and communication) digital media-linked businesses such as smartphone apps, online shopping malls, and electronic display platforms. Lastly, it is necessary to promote market and regional revitalization through differentiated promotional strategies that link festivals and tourism products in nearby tourist destinations.
