Collaboration Game Theory Heterogeneous Network Resource Allocation Algorithm
Jianfei Zhou,Na Liu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Future Generation Communi Vol.9 No.8
With the continuous improvement of the transmission rate and the quality of wireless communications services, the need for a wireless communication network structure to adjust. The traditional rules of cellular networks no longer meet the high-density, large number of people for high-speed data transmission. Heterogeneous network can solve the problem of network coverage and network-efficient transport, but because of the heterogeneous network dense arrangement of the network, so the introduction of a number of inter-cell interference, especially at the edge of the cell. To solve this problem, we use collaborative tools of game theory, to be distributed among the power cells to determine the coverage of each pico cell. But the need to optimize collaboration between cells, select the number and scope of the coordinated cell. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the transmission rate of the system, eliminating the interference between cells.

Purpose: From the perspective of positive psychology, our study aimed to explore depressive symptoms and psychological well-being among Chinese nurses, as well as analyze the impacts of character strengths, self-efficacy and social support on the mental health of nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional and descriptive design using five self-reported questionnaires was used to investigate a cohort of 4238 nurses during 2018. A structural equation modeling analysis was used to verify a hypothetical model linking character strengths, self-efficacy, social support, depressive symptoms, and psychological well-being. Results: The prevalence of depression among this cohort of Chinese nurses was 58.1%. The mean scores for caring, inquisitiveness, and self-control were 19.93 (SD ¼ 2.82), 15.94 (SD ¼ 3.00), and 16.34 (SD ¼ 2.95), respectively. The hypothesized model was a good fit of the data (c2/df ¼ 1.77, p ¼ .183, root mean square error of approximation ¼ 0.04, goodness of fit index ¼ 1.00, comparative fit index ¼ 1.00, TuckereLewis index ¼ 1.00). Except for the path from self-control to depression, the other hypothetical paths investigated were statistically significant. Conclusion: Character strengths were directly and positively associated with psychological well-being. Inquisitiveness was the strongest direct protective factor for depression. In addition, character strengths indirectly alleviated depression and increased psychological well-being through mediating variables of social support and self-efficacy. This study should alert nurse managers that more attention should be paid to the character strengths and mental health of nurses. This study provides evidence for interventions based on character strengths as a management strategy to support the mental health of nurses.
The Research and Application of a Big Data Storage Model
Na Liu,Jianfei Zhou 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.8 No.4
In the big data environment, there are many new demands with data storage, the traditional data storage mode which based on relational database cannot meet these needs, many application systems tend to use NoSQL to solve the problem of big data storage. However, NoSQL gave up on the relationship between operation support, so that part of existing application system is difficult to use the simple way of transplantation. This thesis with reference to some typical existing big data storage scheme, we presents a big data compatible with relational storage model storage scheme, this scheme can not only meet the big data storage requirements, but also can support the most relational operation, so that the original system based on relational database can easily be ported to new storage schemes in.
A transcription factor TaTCP20 regulates the expression of Ppd-D1b in common wheat

Photoperiod (Ppd) genes play an important role in the adaptation of wheat to the ecological environment. However, the transcriptional regulation mechanism of photoperiodic genes has remained elusive. This study isolated a full-length promoter of Ppd-D1b (2518 bp) from the common wheat genome. Several essential core cis-acting elements and numerous light-responsive cis-acting regulatory elements were identifed in Ppd-D1b promoter by the in-silico analysis. Ten 5’-deleted length fragments of the Ppd-D1b promoter fused with GUS were constructed and named D0 ~D9, then transferred them into Arabidopsis thaliana. GUS gene driven by full-length (D0) in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana showed the same rhythm with Ppd-D1b in wheat under short-day conditions (SDs, 8-h light/16-h dark). The expression of GUS gene in D0 reached its peak at 3 h after dawn, then decreased to the lowest and remained stable. Analysis of the series of 5’-deleted fragments showed that at 3 h after dawn, GUS gene expression activity decreased signifcantly in D7a due to removal of CHEBS (CCA1 HIKING EXPEDITION binding site). Moreover, yeast one-hybrid (Y1H) and dual-luciferase (dual-LUC) assays revealed that TaTCP20 could bind to the Ppd-D1b promoter to increase its transcriptional activity. This study revealed a transcription factor, TaTCP20, which activated Ppd-D1b by binding to CHEBS, provided a foundation for the theoretical research on wheat’s photoperiodic response mechanism.
