        Sliding Mode Predictive Active Fault-tolerant Control Method for Discrete Multi-faults System

        For discrete systems with sensor and actuator failures, this paper proposes an observer that can estimate both sensor failures and actuator failures and designs a sliding mode predictive fault-tolerant control method based on an improved whale optimization algorithm. First, a proportional-integral observer that can observe actuator fault and sensor fault is designed to estimate the value of faults, which greatly improves the work efficiency. After that, a global sliding mode surface is designed as a prediction model, so that the initial state of the system is located on the sliding mode surface to avoid the instability of the sliding mode approaching the process. The reference trajectory of a power function with uncertainty and disturbance compensation is designed to reduce the bad influence of uncertainty and disturbance on the system and suppress chattering greatly. Meanwhile, in the rolling optimization part, an improved whale optimization algorithm(IWOA) is designed to optimize the control law. Finally, the simulation results on the four-rotor helicopter simulation platform show the practicability and superiority of the algorithm.

        Biosynthesis of adipic acid in metabolically engineered Saccharomyces cerevisiae

        Adipic Acid (AA) is a valued platform chemical compound, which can be used as a precursor of nylon-6,6. Due to the generation of an enormous amount of nitric oxide metabolites and the growing depletion of oil resources as a result of AA production from a mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone, the microbial methods for synthesizing AA have attracted significant attention. Of the several AA-producing pathways, the reverse adipate degradation pathway in Thermobifida fusca (Tfu RADP) is reported to be the most efficient, which has been confirmed in Escherichia coli. In this study, the heterologous Tfu RADP was constructed for producing AA in S. cerevisiae by co-expressing genes of Tfu_ 0875, Tfu_2399, Tfu_0067, Tfu_1647, Tfu_2576, and Tfu_ 2576. The AA titer combined with biomass, cofactors and other by-products was all determined after fermentation. During batch fermentation in a shake flask, the maximum AA titer was 3.83 mg/L, while the titer increased to 10.09 mg/L during fed-batch fermentation in a 5-L bioreactor after fermentation modification.

        Willingness to Continue Using Knowledge Payment Products Based on Information Adoption Model: The Intermediary Role of Customer Engagement

        Knowledge payment is an important form of sharing economy. Research on the continuous use willingness of knowledge payment consumers will help to realize the sustainable development of the knowledge payment industry. Based on the information adoption model and the customer engagement theory, the function model of consumers' willingness to continue using knowledge payment is constructed. Data are collected through the questionnaire star platform, and the model and hypothesis are tested by SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0. The results show that information quality and credibility of information sources have significant positive effects on customer psychological engagement and behavioral engagement; Customer engagement has a significant positive impact on the willingness to continue using knowledge payment; Customer engagement plays an intermediary role between the quality of information and the credibility of information sources and the willingness to pay for continuous use of knowledge. This study emphasizes the importance of information quality, credibility of information sources and customer engagement in influencing consumers' willingness to continue using knowledge payment products, and provides some reference for the knowledge payment platform to develop effective online marketing strategies.
