With China’s economic development, the automobile market gradually moves towards a mature and highly competitive situation; therefore, business must turn to customer approach rather than product approach. Accordingly it is very necessary to study the customer perceptions in the decision-making process, which can help manufactures and dealers to meet the needs of target market with more suitable strategies and effective services. In this paper, the study use automobile Consumption Decision Model as basic study structure, also contacts Chinese customer psychology characteristics to conduct the regression analysis of customer perception. At last, this paper provides certain advices and guidance about guidance about risk management and data mining by analyzing customer perception

Gasification is generally considered as the most effective for low rank coal exploitation, and CO2 gasification offers the advantage of upgrading a greenhouse gas. Herein, the effects of alkali and alkaline earth metals on gasification of char derived from Zhundong low rank coal (R-char) were investigated using a thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA). Additionally, the characteristics of chars were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the carbon conversion increases as the temperature and CO2 concentration increases. The R-char possesses a higher gasification rate and carbon conversion than the acid washing R-char (AR-char). It can be explained that the alkali and alkaline earth metals presence in coal char can remarkably facilitate the compound’s decomposition and make more char surface exposure to react during the gasification process. For the kinetic analysis, the volumetric reaction model reveals a proper description among the three models (VRM, RPM, SCM), and the R-char and AR-char presents a compensation effect in VRM. Besides, the detailed correlation of two chars is ln (k0)=0.10 EA 1.77 (R-char) and ln (k0)=0.10 EA2.85 (AR-char), respectively.
Sample Preparation and Stability of Human Serum and Urine Based on HPLC-DAD for Metabonomics Studies

Many literatures focus on the biological relevance and the identification of biomarkers for disease activity assessment while less attention has been paid to the development of standard procedures for sample preparation and storage based on liquid chromatography technique. The influencing factors including protein precipitation, storage temperature, storage time, and reconstitution by ultra pure water were analyzed employing HPLCDAD. The effects were investigated from five participants over three months by principal components analysis (PCA) and the values of percent changes (PC). The samples with protein precipitation might slow the rate of bacterial enzymatic conversion. After protein precipitation, the average PC of urine samples (0.136 ± 0.013, n = 5) is relatively less than that of the serum samples (0.173 ± 0.026, n = 5) for three months. Minimal effects on metabolic profiles of serum and urine (PC < 0.15) are reasonable for metabolomic studies after protein precipitation and storage at −20 oC for two months.
