        텍스트 마이닝 분석을 이용한 폴더블폰에 대한 소비자 인식 및 수용 관련 반응에 관한 연구: Galaxy Z Flip을 중심으로

        본 연구는 혁신 제품인 폴더블형 스마트폰에 대한 소비자인식을 파악하고 이와 수용 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소셜미디어에서 제시된 대표적인 제품인 Galaxy Z Flip을 언급한 소비자발신 게시글을 분석데이터로 수집하고 R을 이용하여 빈도분석, 군집분석 그리고 의미연결망분석을 포함하는 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해서 해당 제품을 접하는 소비자가 가진 인식의 전체적인 구조, 그들이 지각하는 혜택 및 비용의 내용 그리고 소비자의 다양한 수용 관련 반응과 연관된 요인을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자인식의 구조를 분석한 결과 제품 수용 욕구를 의미하는 개념과 제품의 미적인 매력에 대한 긍정적인 평가를 의미하는 개념이 전체적인 인식 중에서 큰 영향력을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 혜택 및 비용을 파악한 결과 심미성과 정서적 및 사회적 혜택을 담은 쾌락적 혜택, 폴딩 기능 우수성과 카메라 우수성을 포괄하는 효용적 혜택, 기능성 부족, 액정 내구성 부족과 형태 불편성을 담은 기능적 비용 및 가격 및 수리비에 대한 부담을 의미하는 금전적 비용이 추출되었다. 이를 기반으로 폴더블폰에 대한 소비자의 혜택 및 비용 인식과 기존 일반 스마트폰에 대한 인식 간에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 혁신에 대한 수용 및 저항을 의미하는 다양한 소비자 반응을 발견하였으며 반응들과 연관된 요인 중에 색감 및 사회적 영향이 상대적으로 높은 연관성을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 폴더블폰에 대한 소비자 인식, 행동적인 반응 및 이와 연관된 요인을 파악함으로써 혁신 제품을 수용하는 소비자에 대한 이해를 제고하며, 폴더블폰이 향후 소비자에게 더 많은 효용을 제공할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers’ perception of foldable smartphone and the relationships between their perception and acceptance related responses of the innovative smartphone. To this end, text data from social media that contain consumers’ opinion about Galaxy Z Flip were collected with R programming. Text mining techniques including term frequency analysis, clustering analysis and Semantic Network Analysis were employed to examine the structure of consumers' overall perception, contents of perceived benefits and costs as well as the associations between perceived factors and consumer's various responses. The results are summarized as follow. First, notions that refer to consumers’ desire for the product and positive opinions on product appearance showed the strongest influence in the overall words structure. Second, benefits and costs perception were classified into hedonic and utilitarian benefits as well as functional and monetary costs. The hedonic benefits included perceived aesthetics, emotional and social benefits whereas the utilitarian benefits consisted of excellent performance of folding and camera functions. On the other hand, the perceived costs contained the disappointing performance of functions such as battery life and screen durability, the discomfort caused by product shape and the financial burden due to high price and maintenance fee. Besides, benefits and costs perception of foldable smartphone were compared with results of previous studies that focused on general mobile products. Third, the color choices offered by Galaxy Z Flip and social influences were strongly associated with consumer’s acceptance related behavioral responses. Theoretical contributions of this study are identifying and comparing factors related to consumers' various types of innovation-acceptance behaviors. Further, the study provides foldable smartphone manufactures with practical implications to develop devices that meet the needs of consumers.

        Fault Recoverability Analysis of Nonlinear Systems: A Piecewise Affine System Approach

        The recoverability reflects the capability of the system to tolerate the worst faults over a prescribed setunder admissible energy constrains. In this paper, a piecewise affine (PWA) controller is designed for a PWAapproximation of the nonlinear dynamics, which can stabilize the original nonlinear system under some conditions. By analyzing the upper bound of the piecewise linear quadratic control performance of the PWA system, a novelfault recoverability evaluation scheme is further proposed for the nonlinear system with respect to the given limitof admissible control performance. A longitudinal flight control example is taken to show the effectiveness of theproposed method.

        Effects of mating on ovarian development and oviposition of Apolygus lucorum

        The polyphagous mirid bug Apolygus lucorum (Hemiptera: Miridae) is an important pest of cotton and other crops in China. It would be useful to examine the reproductive biology of A. lucorum for the development of management strategies. In this study, the effect of mating on ovarian development, egg maturation, and oviposition of A. lucorum was investigated. The results showed that mating could induce ovary development and oviposition. During the preoviposition period (< 7 days after emergence), mated females had more follicles than did virgin females at both the vitellogenic and mature stages. The length of the longest ovariole and extent of ovarian development in mated females were also significantly higher than in virgin females. During oviposition, mated females laid more eggs than virgin females, whereas virgin females had more mature follicles than the mated females did. Twenty days after emergence (an old age for this species), the ovaries of mated females had begun to shrink and enter senescence phases, while the ovaries of virgin females still contained 3–5 follicles in each ovariole and remained plump. The results indicate that mating accelerated ovarian development and reproduction of A. lucorum.

        Development of EST-SSRs from the ark shell (Scapharca broughtonii) transcriptome and their application in genetic analysis of four populations

        Background The ark shell (Scapharca broughtonii) is one of the most economically important mollusks in the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea of China. In recent years, ark shells from the Korean population were introduced to China for seed propagation and culture. Objective To explore the impact of the introduction of Korean ark shell on the genetic diversity of native population in China. Methods Simple sequence repeat (SSR) is efective and widely used tool for genetic analysis. In this study, 180 EST-SSRs were selected and verifed by polymerase chain reaction and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Subsequently, fve polymorphic EST-SSRs were screened and their primers were modifed by fuorescein for use in the genetic analysis of four populations. Results Genetic analysis showed that 361 alleles amplifed by fve SSR loci were detected in the four populations. The number of alleles for the fve SSRs ranged from 8 to 30, with a mean of 18.05 (standard deviation, SD=6.492). The efective number of alleles varied from 2.253 to 22.222, with a mean of 10.596 (SD=4.713). Observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity were 0.167–0.833 and 0.566–0.971, with average values of 0.520 (SD=0.177) and 0.891 (SD =0.062), respectively. Polymorphic information content ranged from 0.521 to 0.953, with a mean of 0.865 (SD=0.070). The pairwise genetic diferentiation coefcient (FST) of the four populations ranged from 0.0267 to 0.0477, showing low genetic diferentiation. The phylogenetic tree constructed by neighbor-joining method showed that the genetic distance between the Chinese Dalian native population and three Korean populations was relatively more far than that among those Korean populations. Conclusion The results indicated that the genetic structure of the Dalian wild population was less afected by the introduced Korean wild populations.

        BRG1 Promotes chromatin remodeling around DNA damage sites

        Chromatin remodeling complexes play important roles in various DNA metabolism processes, including DNA damage repair. BRG1 is the core subunit of the SWI/SNF complex, which plays critical roles in cell cycle regulation, cell development, cell differentiation, and tumorigenesis. In the present study, we report that BRG1 depletion increased the percentage of apoptotic cells in etoposide-treated cells. Moreover, western blotting and immunofluorescence data showed that BRG1 depletion decreased H2AX phosphorylation and caused defective phosphorylated histone H2AX (γH2AX) clearance. Furthermore, we found that in both SW13 and U2OS cells, BRG1 expression could increase the sensitivity of genomic DNA to micrococcal nuclease (MNase) and facilitate chromatin relaxation around DNA damage sites. Thus, the results provide evidence that BRG1 plays an important role in early DNA damage repair by remodeling the chromatin structure near DNA damage sites.

        Selenide-linked polydopamine-reinforced hybrid hydrogels with on-demand degradation and light-triggered nanozyme release for diabetic wound healing

        Background Multifunctional hydrogels with controllable degradation and drug release have attracted extensive attention in diabetic wound healing. This study focused on the acceleration of diabetic wound healing with selenidelinked polydopamine-reinforced hybrid hydrogels with on-demand degradation and light-triggered nanozyme release. Methods Herein, selenium-containing hybrid hydrogels, defined as DSeP@PB, were fabricated via the reinforcement of selenol-end capping polyethylene glycol (PEG) hydrogels by polydopamine nanoparticles (PDANPs) and Prussian blue nanozymes in a one-pot approach in the absence of any other chemical additive or organic solvent based on diselenide and selenide bonding-guided crosslinking, making them accessible for large-scale mass production. Results Reinforcement by PDANPs greatly increases the mechanical properties of the hydrogels, realizing excellent injectability and flexible mechanical properties for DSeP@PB. Dynamic diselenide introduction endowed the hydrogels with on-demand degradation under reducing or oxidizing conditions and light-triggered nanozyme release. The bioactivity of Prussian blue nanozymes afforded the hydrogels with efficient antibacterial, ROS-scavenging and immunomodulatory effects, which protected cells from oxidative damage and reduced inflammation. Further animal studies indicated that DSeP@PB under red light irradiation showed the most efficient wound healing activity by stimulating angiogenesis and collagen deposition and inhibiting inflammation. Conclusion The combined merits of DSeP@PB (on-demand degradation, light-triggered release, flexible mechanical robustness, antibacterial, ROS-scavenging and immunomodulatory capacities) enable its high potential as a new hydrogel dressing that can be harnessed for safe and efficient therapeutics for diabetic wound healing.

        Study of SO2 oxidation over V2O5/activated carbon catalyst using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transformation spectroscopy

        The SO2 oxidation over V2O5/AC catalyst was studied using an in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fouriertransformation spectroscopy technique at 120 oC. Results reveal that the surface oxygen groups could neither act asactive sites for SO2 oxidation nor supply the oxygen needed for VV↔VIV redox cycle. The vanadia species and gasphase oxygen are essential for SO2 oxidation. During SO2 oxidation over V2O5/AC, the surface hydroxyl groups involvein the formation of sulfate species. The role of water vapor in flue gas might be to supplement the hydroxyl groupsconsumed so that the SO2 oxidation could continue.

        Political Ties and Firm Performance in China: Evidence from a Quantile Regression

        Whether political ties enhance or weaken firm performance has been widely investigated in a number of studies, including some on China. Based on a database of non-financial A-share listed firms from 2004 to 2012, we study the effects of political ties on firm performance within a quantile regression framework. We find that there is a positive relationship between political ties and economic performance, but that it is diminishing with respect to firm performance. Political ties appear particularly important for weaker firms.

        Joint Opportunistic Spectrum Access and Optimal Power Allocation Strategies for Full Duplex Single Secondary User MIMO Cognitive Radio Network

        This paper introduces a full duplex single secondary user multiple-input multiple-output (FD-SSU-MIMO) cognitive radio network, where secondary user (SU) opportunistically accesses the authorized spectrum unoccupied by primary user (PU) and transmits data based on FD-MIMO mode. Then we study the network achievable average sum-rate maximization problem under sum transmit power budget constraint at SU communication nodes. In order to solve the trade-off problem between SU`s sensing time and data transmission time based on opportunistic spectrum access (OSA) and the power allocation problem based on FD-MIMO transmit mode, we propose a simple trisection algorithm to obtain the optimal sensing time and apply an alternating optimization (AO) algorithm to tackle the FD-MIMO based network achievable sum-rate maximization problem. Simulation results show that our proposed sensing time optimization and AO-based optimal power allocation strategies obtain a higher achievable average sum-rate than sequential convex approximations for matrix-variable programming (SCAMP)-based power allocation for the FD transmission mode, as well as equal power allocation for the half duplex (HD) transmission mode.

        Portable Infrared Laser Transmitter Based on a Beam Shaper Enabling a Highly Uniform Detectable Beam Width

        A portable infrared laser transmitter delivering a highly uniform detectable beam was demonstrated. Itincorporates a flexible beam shaper, comprising a perforated diffuser sheet in conjunction with a pinhole. The beam shaper plays the prominent role of flexibly tailoring the incoming light via both scattering anddiffraction, in order to equalize the effective beam width over a long distance. The intensity profile ofa generated beam was practically observed, demonstrating that a substantially uniform beam of 70-cm widthwas achieved for a given threshold detection level, with an average deviation of 6% over a range of 600m.
