      • Specular Highlight Removal for High Reflection Surface with Linear Diffuser

        In structured light 3D measurement field, when the object has smooth surface, it can form a highlight area due to the specular reflection, and the distortion of the object will make a large measurement error. In order to solve this problem, this paper use seven steps sine-phase shift combined with linear diffuser to remove highlight. Firstly, the principle of removing specular with diffuser is analyzed, then the overall design of the system is introduced, which includes 3D reconstruction and system calibration method. Finally the reconstructed experiments are carried out with ceramic plate. Experimental results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the highlights area of reconstructed image compared with the highlights area without diffuser. The diffuser can obviously inhibited by highlights, although it can not completely remove the highlights, it plays a very important role in reconstructing specular object with more accurate and better quality.

        L-arginine and N-carbamoylglutamic acid supplementation enhance young rabbit growth and immunity by regulating intestinal microbial community

        Objective: An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of L-arginine (L-Arg) and N-carbamoylglutamic acid (NCG) on the growth, metabolism, immunity and community of cecal bacterial flora of weanling and young rabbits. Methods: Eighteen normal-grade male weanling Japanese White rabbits (JWR) were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with or without L-Arg and NCG supplementation. The whole feeding process was divided into weanling stage (day 37 to 65) and young stage (day 66 to 85). The effects of L-Arg and NCG on the growth, metabolism, immunity and development of the ileum and jejunum were compared via nutrient metabolism experiments and histological assessment. The different communities of cecal bacterial flora affected by L-Arg and NCG were assessed using high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis. Results: The addition of L-Arg and NCG enhanced the growth of weanling and young rabbit by increasing the nitrogen metabolism, protein efficiency ratio, and biological value, as well as feed intake and daily weight gain. Both L-Arg and NCG increased the concentration of immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgM, and IgG. NCG was superior to L-Arg in promoting intestinal villus development by increasing villus height, villus height/crypt depth index, and reducing the crypt depth. The effects of L-Arg and NCG on the cecal bacterial flora were mainly concentrated in different genera, including Parabacteroides, Roseburia, dgA-11_gut_group, Alistipes, Bacteroides, and Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005. These bacteria function mainly in amino acid transport and metabolism, energy production and conversion, lipid transport and metabolism, recombination and repair, cell cycle control, cell division, and cell motility. Conclusion: L-Arg and NCG can promote the growth and immunity of weanling and young JWR, as well as effecting the jejunum and ileum villi. L-Arg and NCG have different effects in the promotion of nutrient utilization, relieving inflammation and enhancing adaptability through regulating microbial community.

      • Infrared Camera Calibration in the 3D Temperature Field Reconstruction

        In order to reconstruct the 3D temperature field based on the binocular vision system, we carry out a research on the calibration of the infrared camera. To start with, we make a calibration board which can be clearly identified by the infrared camera; then, with the help of OpenCV, we implement the calibration of two infrared cameras respectively and rectify the infrared images. According to the parameters obtained from the single infrared camera calibration, we accomplish the stereo calibration. The experimental results show that the average reprojecting error is below 0.14 pixels and when using the system to carry out a real measurement, the average error is 3.12%. The feasibility of the proposed calibration approach is verified, the experimental measurement results is close to the ground truth.

      • Research on Rapid Detection Method of Dry Matter Content in Raw Milk Based on Mid-infrared Spectrum

        This paper takes raw milk as research object, and using mid-infrared spectrum analysis method rapidly tests dry matter in raw milk through establishing quantitative analysis model. First of all, researchers collect 84 kinds of raw milk which is different areas and varieties in Heilongjiang province, and classify 84 samples into calibration sets and validation sets by standard chemical testing and spectral scanning on raw milk, and calibration sets contain 64 samples, and validation sets contain 20 samples. Then, respectively selecting SPA and GA characteristic wavelength after treating by smoothing denoising method which window size is 11 points, and establishing PLS model and model demonstration. Eventually, researchers draw the conclusion that SPA wavelength selection method which value of m_max is 10 and GA wavelength selection method which value of Evaluat is 10d can effectively improve validation set model precision, but precision of the latter is higher and characteristic wavelength point reduces from 352 to 10, The calibrating determination coefficient R2 of model is 0.8092155, root mean square error (RMSEC ) is 0.1206172. Validation set determination coefficient R2 is 0.8620867, the root mean square error (RMSEC) is 0.0950656, and relative standard deviation RSD<3%. These prove that the method for rapid testing of raw milk components is feasible.

Then, denoising by second derivative method which window size is 17 points, and selecting method by comparing SPA and GA characteristic wavelength respectively, and establishing PLS model and model demonstration. Eventually, researchers draw the conclusion that SPA wavelength selection method which value of m_max is 10 and GA wavelength selection method which value of Evaluat is 10d can effectively improve validation set model precision, but precision of the former is higher and characteristic wavelength is least, and its characteristic wavelength point reduces from 220 to 4, R2 of protein model validation set is 0.8010929, RMSEP is 0.0207505, R2 of fat model validation set is 0.91007989, RMSEP is 0.045329, relative standard deviation RSD<3%. These prove that the method for rapid testing of raw milk components is feasible.

        Stem Rot on Adzuki Bean (Vigna angularis) Caused by Rhizoctonia solani AG 4 HGI in China

        During late August and early September 2011, stem rot symptoms were observed on adzuki bean plants (Vigna angularis) growing in fields located in Beijing and Hebei Province, China, respectively. In this study, four isolates were obtained from infected stems of adzuki bean plants. Based on their morphology, and sequence and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analyses of the ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacers (rDNA-ITS) region, the four isolates were identified as Rhizoctonia solani in anastomosis group (AG) 4 HGI. Pathogenicity tests showed that all isolates were strongly pathogenic to adzuki bean and resulted in serious wilt symptoms which was similar to observations in the fields. Additionally, the isolates infected several other crops and induced related rot on the roots and basal stems. To our knowledge, this is the first report of Rhizoctonia solani AG 4 HGI causing stem rot on adzuki bean.

      • Design of Real-Time Monitoring System on Raw Milk Transport Process

        With a purpose to guarantee the quality safety of raw milk during the transport process, based on the internet of things, this paper made the raw milk transport process as the research objective. As the key technologies like GPS, GPRS and RFID were applied and STM32F103 Singlechip was adopted to fulfill the hardware design of system. Real-time collection and storage of the information on transport vehicle location and milk box temperature as well as real-time monitoring on raw milk transport process could be conducted to achieve the visualization of the whole process from livestock farm/milk station to processing factory, thus the transparency of raw milk in transportation could be ensured, which provided guarantees for raw milk quality and safety and was of great significance for the healthy development of the dairy products- business in our country.

      • Public Exhibition of Important Landscape Planning & Design Schemes in China

        Though Public Participation in the field of landscape architecture in China is still in an initial process, it has brought positive effects. The public exhibition of important landscape planning and design schemes is part of current public participation in China. The aim of it is to seek the opinion of the broad masses. Based upon particular situations in China, this paper analyzes two latest significant cases, public exhibitions of Landscape Design Schemes of Beijing Olympic Green & the Central Zone and Beijing South Axis Road Green Space Planning Schemes, pointing out that media introduction, voting, and feedback are three indispensable sections of Public Participation. The approaches by making full use of public exhibitions to create a partnership in public participation are also examined.

      • A Linear Programming with Alliance Strategy Coverage in Wireless Sensor Networks

        How to schedule multiple sensing units of a sensor to cover multiple targets becomes a new challenging problem. This problem is formulated as an integer linear programming problem for maximizing the network lifetime. We propose a novel energy-efficient target coverage algorithm to solve this problem based on clustering architecture. First of all, the network probability model is established and the subordinate relation between sensor nodes and the target nodes is presented. Secondly, a series of probability is computed and the related theorems and reasoning are also proven. Thirdly, effective coverage for the monitoring region is achieved through scheduling mechanism of nodes themselves, thus the purpose of increasing network lifetime can be realized. Finally, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm could achieve complete coverage for networks of different scale, and increase the network lifetime. It possesses the good quality of effectiveness and stability.
