The phase transitions of hydrogen bonded ferroelectric CsH2PO4 under high pressure
Yuki Nakamoto,Kiyoshi Deguchi,Kouichi Tashima,Li Chung Ming,Shinji Azuma,Shoichi Endo,Takumi Kikegawa 한국물리학회 2005 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.46 No.1
Dielectric-constant measurements of a hydrogen-bonded crystal CsH2PO4 were carried out at low temperature (4 K < T < 300 K) under high pressure up to 3.0 GPa. By the dielectric measurements, we discovered two new high-pressure phases at about 1.3 GPa and 2.55 GPa, which are named as phases V and VI, respectively. These phases have a stable pressure region higher than that of the previously reported phase AFEII. On the other hand, at ambient temperature two phase transitions were previously found at 2.9 and 4.1 GPa through X-ray diraction study. However, we could not observe any anomaly corresponding to these phase transitions in the present dielectric measurement.
MRI in the Diagnosis of Endometriosis and Related Diseases
Kido Aki,Himoto Yuki,Moribata Yusaku,Kurata Yasuhisa,Nakamoto Yuji 대한영상의학회 2022 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.23 No.4
Endometriosis, a common chronic inflammatory disease in female of reproductive age, is closely related to patient symptoms and fertility. Because of its high contrast resolution and objectivity, MRI can contribute to the early and accurate diagnosis of ovarian endometriotic cysts and deeply infiltrating endometriosis without the need for any invasive procedure or radiation exposure. The ovaries, which are the most frequent site of endometriosis, can be afflicted by multiple related conditions and diseases. For the diagnosis of deeply infiltrating endometriosis and secondary adhesions among pelvic organs, fibrosis around the ectopic endometrial gland is usually found as a T2 hypointense lesion. This review summarizes the MRI findings obtained for ovarian endometriotic cysts and their physiologically and pathologically related conditions. This article also includes the key imaging findings of deeply infiltrating endometriosis.
3-dynamic coloring of planar triangulations
Asayama, Yoshihiro,Kawasaki, Yuki,Kim, Seog-Jin,Nakamoto, Atsuhiro,Ozeki, Kenta North-Holland Pub. Co 2018 Discrete mathematics Vol.341 No.11
<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>An r -dynamic k -coloring of a graph G is a proper k -coloring such that any vertex v has at least min { r , deg G ( v ) } distinct colors in N G ( v ) . The r <I>-dynamic chromatic number</I> χ r d ( G ) of a graph G is the least k such that there exists an r -dynamic k -coloring of G .</P> <P>Loeb et al. (2018) showed that if G is a planar graph, then χ 3 d ( G ) ≤ 10 , and there is a planar graph G with χ 3 d ( G ) = 7 . Thus, finding an optimal upper bound on χ 3 d ( G ) for a planar graph G is a natural interesting problem. In this paper, we show that χ 3 d ( G ) ≤ 5 if G is a planar triangulation. The upper bound is sharp.</P>
