For CSLDV, the Chebyshev demodulation (or polynomial) technique and Hilbert transform approach have been used for mode shape reconstruction with harmonic excitation. In this paper, the Hilbert-Huang transform approach was applied as an alternative to impact excitation cases in terms of a numerical approach. The vibration of the tested structure is modeled using impulse response functions. In order to verify this technique, a simply supported beam was chosen as the test rig. With additional innovative steps which are the ideal-band pass filter and the nodal point determination, Hilbert-Huang transformation can be used for a good mode shape reconstruction even in the impact excitation case.

<P>Abstract</P><P>Calcium influx triggers exocytosis by promoting vesicle fusion with the plasma membrane. However, different subtypes of voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC) have distinct roles in exocytosis. We previously reported that repetitive stimulation induces activity-dependent potentiation (ADP) which represents the increase of neurotransmitter release. Here, we show that L-type VGCC have a dominant role in ADP of large dense-core vesicle (LDCV) exocytosis. Repetitive stimulation activating VGCC can induce ADP, whereas activation of bradykinin (BK) G protein-coupled receptors or purinergic P2X cation channels can not. L-type VGCC has the dominant role in ADP of LDCV exocytosis by regulating Protein Kinase C (PKC)-epsilon translocation and phosphorylation of myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate (MARCKS), a target molecule of PKC-epsilon. We provide evidence that L-type VGCC, PKC-epsilon, and MARCKS, but not Q-type VGCC, are selectively located in lipid rafts. Also, PKC-epsilon translocation induced by L-type VGCC activation occurs in lipid rafts. Disruption of lipid rafts abolishes ADP of LDCV exocytosis and changes the fusion pore kinetics without affecting the first stimulation-induced exocytosis, showing that lipid rafts are involved in the potentiation process. Taken together, we suggest that L-type VGCC in lipid rafts selectively mediates ADP of LDCV exocytosis by regulating PKC-epsilon translocation and MARCKS phosphorylation.</P>
LSV 측정 정보를 이용한 ODS와 OMA의 동시분석 방법

It is important not only modal parameters of the structure such as natural frequency, mode shape and damping ratio but also a deflection shape of the structure when it is operating condition to reduce noise and vibration of a system. In case of deflection shape at operating condition, the Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) is will ing used. The dynamic properties of a system can be estimated by a method called Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) during operating condition of the system. However, both techniques are not used at the same model in spite of the same experimental set up. Because OMA technique is only applicable under the assumption that the force causing vibration of the system should be White Noise, OMA is limited to use for huge buildings such as large vessel. In this paper, it extends the application of OMA by using a signal processing technique and it shows experimental convenience because a data obtained by single experiment can be applied to ODS and OMA at the same time
