In this paper, a current-source type parallel inductor compensated load resonant high-frequency soft switching inverter using IGBTs for driving the newly-produced silent discharge type ozone generating tube and excimer tamp for UV generation which incorporate a single switched capacitor resonant snubber between the port in DC busline side is presented, together with its pulse modulated unique output power regulation characteristics.<br/> Index Terms: Current-fed high frequency inverter. This paper presents a novel prototype of the utility-interactive voltage source type sinewave pulse modulated power inverter using a high-frequency flyback transformer link The proposed power conditioner circuit for the solar photovoltaic generation and small scale fuel cell has an isolation function due to the safety of the power processing system, which is more cost effective and acceptable for the small-scale distributed renewal energy conditioning and processing systems. The discontinuous current mode(DCM) of this power processing conversion circuit is applied to implement a simple circuit topology and pulse modulated control scheme. Its operation principle is described on the basis of simulation evaluations and theoretical considerations. The simulation results obtained herein prove that the proposed inverter outputs with sinusoidal waveforms and unity power factor currents are synchronized to the main voltage in utility power source grid. In this paper, the soft switching topology of high-frequency linked sinewave pulse modulation inverter is proposed and discussed.<br/> Index Terms -High frequency link, Flyback transformer link, Sinewave modulated inverter, Utility interactive power processing, Solar photovoltaic power conditioner, Renewal conversion energy and sustainable energy, Soft-switching topology.<br/>
Microfabrication of MEMS Cantilevers for Mechanically Detected High-Frequency ESR Measurement

We fabricated prototype cantilevers for mechanically detected high-frequency ESR measurement. Cantilevers are fabricated from silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafers using standard MEMS techniques such as lithography, wet etching, and plasma etching. Using commercial SOI wafers, fabrication cost and the number of processes can be substantially reduced. In this study, three types of cantilevers, designed for capacitive and optical detection, are shown. Capacitive type with lateral dimensions of 3.5 × 1.6 mm² is aimed for low spin concentration sample. On the other hand, optical detection type with lateral dimensions of 50 × 200 μm² is developed for highsensitive detection of tiny samples such as newly synthesized microcrystals.

The purpose of this paper is to improve power conversion efficiency of three-phase soft-switching voltage-source inverter with an auxiliary resonant de link (ARDCL) snubber circuit Firstly, the operating principle of ARDCL snubber circuit is described. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective generation method of zero voltage vector for three-phase voltage-source soft-switching inverter m which power losses in the ARDCL snubber circuit can be reduced. In particular, zero voltage holding interval in the inverter DC busline can be controlled due to the new generation scheme of zero voltage vector Thirdly, a simulator for power loss analysis, which includes switching and conduction loss characteristics based on actual system, is developed The validity of developed simulator is proved with experimental results Finally, power efficiency of three-phase inverter is estimated according to high carrier frequency by using the simulator

The superconducting permanent current switch (PCS) is an important component to build MRI system This switch uses a theimal and / or magnetic super-to-normal phase tiansition of the superconductor. Unfortunately, in the past it was not designed foi using in line frequency. We made some superconducting power electronics devices operating up to 100 Hz [1]. The results of development and preliminary studying of the heat controlled S-PED up to line ft equency are presented .<br/>
