Domain Knowledge Actively Recommendation System Based by Process-Driven and Rough Set

Recommend knowledge to staff who need in the work can improve work efficiency, knowledge application and innovation. Enterprise knowledge is described in three dimensions: knowledge attribute, process and domain. Based on this, domain knowledge actively recommendation architecture based by process-driven and rough set is construct, while domain knowledge and rough set active recommendation method is proposed. We will use this architecture to analyze employee, domain, and process. Then will using rough set to analyze the rules from logs of using knowledge. Combination with requirement of employees, process data and the rules to achieve recommend the accurate knowledge.

The specimens made by Z2CND18.12N austenitic stainless steel were conducted on a 100 kN closed loop servo hydraulic tension-compression testing machine with a digital controller. Uniaxial tension and uniaxial ratcheting effect tests were carried out at 25°C. Moreover, Uniaxial tension tests were conducted at 150°C, 250°C and 350°C. Based on these experimental data, the prediction models of stress-strain curve and the relationship of ratcheting strain and number of cycles were established by the algorithm principle of BP neural network. The results indicated that the predicted results of neural network model were in well agreement with experimental data. It was found that the BP neural network model had high validity and accuracy.
SLQE : An Improved Link Quality Estimation based on Four-bit LQE

Link quality estimation (LQE) is an effective basic building block in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and higher cross layer design of network protocol. Some researchers have investigated the statistical properties of the link quality estimators independently from higher-layer protocols, and their impact on the Collection Tree Routing Protocol (CTP). Then they set up a dedicated LQE, independent of the protocol interface, which has in total of four bits information: one from the physical layer, one from the link layer, and two from the network layer. Four-bit has been found to be a good estimator; however its performance heavily depends on the tuning of its parameters. But we found that Four-bit couldn’t be working effectively in responding to the burst situation after repeated experiments. So we redesigned the link estimation method, called Stable Link Quality Estimation (SLQE), which combines active probing with passive snooping to make estimation more stable. We have found that the new design can cope with the emergency. Moreover it also enhances the robustness of the network, and saves the overall energy consumption of the network.
An Accelerated Iterative Hard Thresholding Method for Matrix Completion

The matrix completion problem is to reconstruct an unknown matrix with low-rank or approximately low-rank constraints from its partially known samples. Most methods to solve the rank minimization problem are relaxing it to the nuclear norm regularized least squares problem. Recently, there have been some simple and fast algorithms based on hard thresholding operator. In this paper, we propose an accelerated iterative hard thresholding method for matrix completion (AIHT). Then we report numerical results for solving noiseless and noisy matrix completion problems and image reconstruction. The numerical results suggest that significant improvement can be achieved by our algorithm compared to the other reported methods, especially in terms of CPU time.

Wound healing is a complex physiological process necessitating the coordinated action of various cell types, signals and microRNAs (miRNAs). However, little is known regarding the role of miRNAs in mediating this process. In the present study, we show that let-7c miRNA is decreased in heat-denatured fibroblasts and that inhibiting let-7c expression leads to the increased proliferation and migration of dermal fibroblasts, whereas the overexpression of let-7c exerts an opposite effect. Further investigation has identified heat shock protein 70 as a direct target of let-7c and has demonstrated that the expression of HSP70 in fibroblasts is negatively correlated with let-7c levels. Moreover, down-regulation of let-7c expression is accompanied by up-regulation of Bcl-2 expression and down-regulation of Bax expression, both of which are the downstream genes of HSP70. Notably, the knockdown of HSP70 by HSP70 siRNA apparently abrogates the stimulatory effect of let-7c inhibitor on heat-denatured fibroblasts proliferation and migration. Overall, we have identified let-7c as a key regulator that inhibits fibroblasts proliferation and migration during wound healing.

Ratcheting behavior of 90 elbow piping subject to internal pressure 20 MPa and reversed bending 20 kN was investigated using experimental method. The maximum ratcheting strain was found in the circumferential direction of intrados. Ratcheting strain at flanks was also very large. Moreover, the effect of temperature on ratcheting strain of 90 elbow piping was studied through finite element analysis, and the results were compared with room condition (25). The results revealed that ratcheting strain of 90 elbow piping increased with increasing temperature. Ratcheting boundary of 90 elbow piping was determined by Chaboche model combined with C-TDF method. The results revealed that there was no relationship between the dimensionless form of ratcheting boundary and temperature.
Algebra and Algorithms for Multipath QoS Routing in Link State Networks

The diversity of quality-of-service (QoS) requirementsof Internet applications motivates various QoS routing algorithmsthat take different QoSmetrics into consideration. Routing algebrahas been proposed as a framework to study the fundamental propertiesof QoS routing algorithms, such as their optimality and loopfreeness. However, for multipath QoS routing, little has been donein these aspects. Existing multipath QoS routing algorithms oftentake a rather conservative approach to guarantee loop-freeness, atthe cost of efficiency. On the other hand, simply adapting existingefficient multipath routing algorithms to support various QoSmetrics cannot guarantee correctness. In face of that, we proposea routing metric algebra for multipath QoS routing in link statenetworks, where a key property of the routing metrics called isotonicity,which plays an important role. To let routers efficientlyand correctly find multiple next-hops for each destination, we alsodevelop two distributed multipath QoS routing algorithms. Thealgorithms are run locally and independently, without exchangingmessages other than the basic link states. They are specifically tailoredfor algebras with strict or non-strict isotonicity, and their correctnessis formally proved.
Evaluation of limit load analysis for pressure vessels ‒ Part I: Linear and nonlinear methods

Limit load of pressure bearing structures was reviewed in this article. By means of the finite element analysis, limit load of pressurized cylinder with nozzle was taken as an example. Stress classification method and Elastic-plastic finite element analysis combining with limit load determination methods were used to determine limit load of cylinder with nozzle. Comparison of limit load determined by different methods, the results indicated that limit load determined by linearization method was the smallest. Limit load determined by twice elastic slope criterion was the nearest than experimental results. Elastic-plastic finite element analysis had comparably computational precision, but required time consuming. And then the requirements of computer processing and storage capacity by power system became higher and higher. Most of criteria for limit load estimation included any human factors based on a certain substantive characteristics of experimental results. The reasonable criterion should be objective and operational.
