In this paper, we introduce the notion of generating index ${\mathcal{I}}_1(A)$ (2-generating index ${\mathcal{I}}_2(A)$, resp.) of a left-symmetric algebra A, which is the maximum of the dimensions of the subalgebras generated by any element (any two elements, resp.). We give a classification of left-symmetric algebras with ${\mathcal{I}}_1(A)=1$ and ${\mathcal{I}}_2(A)=2$, 3 resp., and show that all such algebras can be constructed by linear and bilinear functions. Such algebras can be regarded as a generalization of those relating to the integrable (generalized) Burgers equation.

Design and Implementation of a High Power Three-Level T-Type Inverter for a Photovoltaic System

Nowadays, the grid-connected photovoltaic systems are an important part of the renewable energy sources, and their performance is getting more and more important. Many reported researches focused on the traditional NPC topology. However, few researches were about the T-type NPC inverter. In this paper, a high power three-phase T-type neutral point clamped grid connected photovoltaic inverter prototype is designed and implemented. The design and implementation procedure of the inverter is discussed in detail. Experimental results showed that the output power of the proposed inverter could reach up to 100kW with unit power factor, while the total harmonic distortion of the grid current was less than 3%. And the total efficiency of the system is measured as 95.6%. The experimental results demonstrated the T-type NPC inverter can operate with a good performance.

In recent years, as the economic continuous development, market competition has been dramatically increasing. In order to maintain competition advantage, enterprises have to seek for more cooperation. As a new model of cooperation, industry strategic alliance is a significant method for cooperation to get competitive advantage, also increasing the rate of innovation. However, due to a variety of factors, part of the alliance is not stable, failure rate is very high. Heilongjiang province soybean processing industry strategic alliance as one of the best agricultural strategic alliance in China, it is also disturbed by it. In order to ensure the healthy and stable development of the alliance, in this paper, we will draw on relevant literature and expert advice, also field visits to the alliance, finding out the factors affecting the stability of the alliance. Then, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to identify high impact factors, and puts forward specific comments based on the factors identified, thereby enhancing the long-term stable development of the alliance. At the same time, it also laid the foundation for the healthy development of other alliances.
Quantitative Analysis of R&D Investment Impact on Agricultural Economy Based on Panel Data

Agriculture is the basic industry of our country, the development of agricultural economy in relation to the overall goal of modernization in china. With the contribution of science and technology to economic growth gradually strengthen, countries will also application of science and technology to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural economy. In this paper, we analyze the influence of R&D investment on agricultural economy based on panel data, the result shows that: there exist a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between R&D investment and agricultural economy, the influence coefficient of R&D investment to agricultural GDP is 0.19. Meanwhile, agricultural researchers also have 0.10 elastic contributions to agricultural economic growth, so that agricultural talent is also an important factor of agricultural economy. Therefore, the government should strengthen investment in agricultural, improve the technological innovation ability and establish long-term mechanism of continuous fund supply for agricultural science and technology innovation.

Aluminium (Al) toxicity is a primary limitation of crop production in acid soils, which take over 40% of arable soil worldwide. In previous studies, a series of genes have been identified to regulate the plant Al resistance or tolerance. However, none of E3 ubiquitin ligase, the key factor of ubiquitination that plays an important role in plant growth and development, has been characterized for Al response in Arabidopsis. In this study, an E3 ubiquition ligase gene AtATRF1 (Al Tolerance RING Finger 1), a homolog of RAD18 interacting RAD6 to repair the damaged DNA in human and yeast, is isolated from Arabidopsis. It encodes a predicted protein of 296 amino acids with a C3HC4 type RING finger domain. The expression of AtATRF1 is induced by Al, and the transgenic plant overexpressing AtATRF1 enhances the Al tolerance. Similar as RAD18, the AtATRF1 locates in nucleus and regulates the expression of AtATR, which involves in DNA repair and Al response in Arabidopsis. Our results indicate that nuclearlocated AtATRF1 may interact and ubiquitinate the transcriptional regulator of AtATR to mediate the Al tolerance of Arabidopsis.
Common mode leakage current analysis for Transformerless PV system with long DC side cables

Due to the advantages of high efficiency and low cost, grid connected inverter based transformerless PV systems have been widespread during the last two decades. The key problem, which arises in absence of galvanic isolation, is the presence of a common mode (CM) leakage current on both AC and DC side of the inverter. In this paper, the influence of long DC side cable to the CM leakage current is taken into account for the first time. Moreover, an improved pai-structure model of the PV panel is proposed. It differs from the traditional single capacitance model in that the panel frame, the mounting rack as well as the connecting wire is all considered. Based upon the proposed model, the common mode leakage current is evaluated in both time domain and frequency domain. Simulation and experimental results give a firm support to the proposed model.

SCYL1-BP1 is thought to function in the p53 pathway through Mdm2 and hPirh2, and mutations in SCYL1-BP1 are associated with premature aging syndromes such as Geroderma Osteodysplasticum; however, these mechanisms are unclear. Here, we report significant alterations in miRNA expression levels when SCYL1-BP1 expression was inhibited by RNA interference in HEK293T cells. We functionally characterized the effects of potential kernel miRNA-target genes by miRNA-target network and protein-protein interaction network analysis. Importantly, we showed the diminished SCYL1-BP1 dramatically reduced the expression levels of EEA1, BMPR2 and BRCA2 in HEK293T cells. Thus, we infer that SCYL1-BP1 plays a critical function in HEK293T cell development and directly regulates miRNA-target genes, including, but not limited to, EEA1, BMPR2, and BRCA2, suggesting a new strategy for investigating the molecular mechanism of SCYL1-BP1.
