      • Comparative Study of Field-Oriented Control in Different Coordinate Systems for DTP-PMSM

Zhang, Ping,Zhang, Wei,Shen, Xiaofeng Journal of International Conference on Electrical 2013 Journal of international Conference on Electrical Vol.2 No.3

This paper performs two kinds of Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for dual three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTP-PMSM).The first is based on vector space decomposition to study the effect of current harmonics on electromechanical energy conversion. And the second presents the coupling relations between two sets of windings using two d-q transformation. And then this paper has deeply studied the differences between these two strategies, the different effect on the control of harmonic current and the reason for these differences. MATLAB-based Simulation studies of a 3KW DTP-PMSM are carried out to verify the analysis of differences between the two FOC strategies.

      • Improved Algorithm of Association Matching for Pedestrian Tracking in Occlusion Scene

xiaofeng ZHANG,jianlan LIAO,dixing LI,guowei YANG 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.9 No.1

In order to improve the association matching of multiple pedestrians in occlusion scene, an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper that combines the similarity matching of pedestrian object’s major color spectrum histogram combination with joint probabilistic data association. The similarity to major color spectrum histogram of pedestrian’s object is calculated between the previous and the frame that current frames in this algorithm. And take the centroid location of pedestrian’s target which is with the most largest similarity to correct the state vector of the JPDA algorithm in the current frame. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm could make the number of the targets’ label adhesion reduced to 40%, the number of the targets’ label confusion decreased about 33%, the recall rate of targets is increased by 6.8%, and the tracking accuracy is improved by 9.2% compared with the classical JPDA algorithm when the occlusion rate between pedestrians and intensity are not very high.

        Zhang Gang,Sun Xiaofeng,Yu Kun,Zhang Xiwen,Yong Hui 대한독성 유전단백체 학회 2024 Molecular & cellular toxicology Vol.20 No.3

Background Heart failure is a syndrome of impaired cardiac circulation caused by the inability of the heart to provide adequate blood supply. Objective This study aimed to evaluate the improvement of ventricular remodeling and the regulation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in rats with heart failure by polysaccharides from Stropharia rugosoannulata. Results In high dose group of polysaccharides from Stropharia rugosoannulata, the levels of LVESD, LVEDD, LVMI, CI, PVCA, CVF, and MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA expression in rats with heart failure were significantly decreased, while the levels of LVEF, LVFS were significantly elevated (P<0.05). In high dose group of polysaccharides from Stropharia rugosoannulata, the levels of PI3K, p-Akt/Akt, p-mTOR/mTOR, and cleaved-caspase 3 expression and TIMP-1 mRNA expression were significantly elevated, while Bax, p65, Bcl2 protein expression and serum levels of PRA, AngII, ALD, IL-6, TNF-α, ST2 and NT-proBNP were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusions Polysaccharides from Stropharia rugosoannulata can improve ventricular remodeling and cardiac function, reduce inflammatory response and protect cardiac function in rats with heart failure in a dose-dependent manner, and the mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of MMPs/TIMPs balance, inhibition of RAAS system and activation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. Microsatellite Markers Linked to Quantitative Trait Loci Affecting Fatness in Divergently Selected Chicken Lines for Abdominal Fat

        Zhang, Hui,Wang, Shouzhi,Li, Hui,Yu, Xijiang,Li, Ning,Zhang, Qin,Liu, Xiaofeng,Wang, Qigui,Hu, Xiaoxiang,Wang, Yuxiang,Tang, Zhiquan Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2008 Animal Bioscience Vol.21 No.10

Abdominal fat characters are complex and economically important in the poultry industry. Their selection may benefit from the implementation of marker-assisted selection (MAS). The objective of this study was to identify the markers linked to QTL responsible for fatness traits. The Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content (NEAUHLF) were used in the study. A total of 596 individuals from the divergent tails from the 6th to the 10th generations were genotyped at 23 microsatellite markers on chromosome 1. The differences of allele frequencies of all marker alleles between the divergent tails across the five generations were recorded. The allele frequencies of five markers, including LEI0209, LEI0146, MCW0036, ADL328 and MCW0115, had significant differences between the two tails in all five generations. The resulting p-values using Fisher's exact test on eleven markers, containing MCW248, MCW0010, MCW0106, LEI0252, LEI0068, MCW0018, MCW0061, LEI0088, MCW200, MCW283 and ROS0025, had a decreasing tendency from the 6th to the 10th generation. Statistical analysis showed that polymorphisms of the eight markers, including LEI0209, LEI0146, ROS0025, MCW0115, MCW0010, MCW0036, MCW283, ADL328, were significantly (p<0.0011) or suggestively (p<0.05) associated with abdominal fat content (AFW and AFP) across generations. It is concluded that the eight markers could be associated with the QTL affecting the deposition of abdominal fat in broiler chickens.

      • Fuzzy Adaptive Control for Generic Hypersonic Vehicles with Non-Affine Aerodynamic Characteristics and Output Con-straints

        Xiaofeng Zhang,Kang Chen,Wenxing Fu 제어로봇시스템학회 2019 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2019 No.10

In this paper, a fuzzy adaptive control scheme is developed for a class of generic Hypersonic Vehicles (GHVs) subjected to non-affine aerodynamics. With the aid of the nonlinear mapping, the dynamics of the attitude tracking errors are transformed to a stochastic uncertain control system. By utilizing several specific smooth function vectors and estimating the boundaries of the uncertainties, the unknown changing uncertainties can be handled. Based on the mean-value theorem, the difficulties caused by non-affine aerodynamics can be circumvented. Meanwhile, two fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) are introduced for dealing with the aerodynamic nonlinearities. The constraints of the attitude angular tracking errors can be ensured simultaneously. Finally, simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Impact of electrolyte additives (alkali metal salts) on the capacitive behavior of NiO-based capacitors

        Yong Zhang,Lizhen Wang,Aiqin Zhang,Yanhua Song,Xiaofeng Li,Xingbing Wu,Peipei Du,Lv Yan 한국화학공학회 2011 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.28 No.2

To improve the specific capacitance and energy density of electrochemical capacitor, nanostructured NiO was prepared by high temperature solid-state method as electrode material. The crystal structure and morphology of as-parepared NiO samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement was applied to investigate the specific capacitance of the NiO electrode. Furthermore,a novel mixed electrolyte consisting of NaOH, KOH, LiOH and Li_2CO_3 was prepared for the NiO capacitor, and the component and concentration of the four different electrolytes was examined by orthogonal test. The results showed that the NiO sample has cubic structure with nano-size particles, and the optimal composition of the electrolyte was: NaOH 2 mol L^(−1), KOH 3 mol L^(−1), LiOH 0.05 mol L^(−1), and Li_2CO_3 0.05 mol L^−1. At a scan rate of 10 mV s^(−1), the fabricated capacitor exhibits excellent electrochemical capacitive performance, while the specific capacitance and the energy density were 239 F g^(−1) and 85 Wh kg^(−1), which was higher than one-component electrolyte.

Mn-Single-Atom Nano-multizyme Enabled NIR-II Photoacoustically Monitored, Photothermally Enhanced ROS Storm for Combined Cancer Therapy

        Xiaozhe Wang,Xiaofeng Ren,Jie Yang,Zican Zhao,Xiaoyu Zhang,Fan Yang,Zheye Zhang,Peng Chen,Liping Li,Ruiping Zhang 한국생체재료학회 2023 생체재료학회지 Vol.27 No.00

Rationale To realize imaging-guided multi-modality cancer therapy with minimal side effects remains highly challenging. Methods We devised a bioinspired hollow nitrogen-doped carbon sphere anchored with individually dispersed Mn atoms (Mn/N-HCN) via oxidation polymerization with triton micelle as a soft template, followed by carbonization and annealing. Enzyme kinetic analysis and optical properties were performed to evaluate the imaging-guided photothermally synergized nanocatalytic therapy. Results Simultaneously mimicking several natural enzymes, namely peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), oxidase (OXD), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx), this nano-multizyme is able to produce highly cytotoxic hydroxyl radical (•OH) and singlet oxygen (1O2) without external energy input through parallel and series catalytic reactions and suppress the upregulated antioxidant (glutathione) in tumor. Furthermore, NIR-II absorbing Mn/N-HCN permits photothermal therapy (PTT), enhancement of CAT activity, and photoacoustic (PA) imaging to monitor the accumulation kinetics of the nanozyme and catalytic process in situ. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that near-infrared- II (NIR-II) PA-imaging guided, photothermally enhanced and synergized nanocatalytic therapy is efficient to induce apoptosis of cancerous cells and eradicate tumor tissue. Conclusions This study not only demonstrates a new method for effective cancer diagnosis and therapy but also provides new insights into designing multi-functional nanozymes.

Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth attenuate trigeminal neuralgia in rats by inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress

        Yang, Zhijie,Wang, Chun,Zhang, Xia,Li, Jing,Zhang, Ziqi,Tan, Zhao,Wang, Junyi,Zhang, Junyang,Bai, Xiaofeng The Korean Pain Society 2022 The Korean Journal of Pain Vol.35 No.4

Background: The treatment of trigeminal neuralgia remains a challenging issue. Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) provide optimized therapy for chronic pain. This study aimed to investigate the mechanisms underlying the attenuation of trigeminal neuralgia by SHED. Methods: Trigeminal neuralgia was induced by chronic constriction injury of the infraorbital nerve. The mechanical threshold was assessed after model establishment and local SHED transplantation. Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) morphology and Caspase12 expression in trigeminal ganglion (TG) was evaluated as well. BiP expression was observed in PC12 cells induced by tunicamycin. Results: The local transplantation of SHED could relieve trigeminal neuralgia in rats. Further, transmission electron microscopy revealed swelling of the ER in rats with trigeminal neuralgia. Moreover, SHED inhibited the tunicamycin-induced up-regulated expression of BiP mRNA and protein in vitro. Additionally, SHED decreased the up-regulated expression of Caspase12 mRNA and protein in the TG of rats caused by trigeminal neuralgia after chronic constriction injury of the infraorbital nerve mode. Conclusions: This findings demonstrated that SHED could alleviate pain by relieving ER stress which provide potential basic evidence for clinical pain treatment.
