In this paper, the chaos-based secure scheme for power line communication is proposed for the first time. A digitalized chaotic generator based Lorenz system is utilized for generating nonlinear dynamic chaotic signal for masking the information signal instead of reported analog chaotic generators. A simple method of encryption and decryption is also given. In order to confirm the feasibility of the proposed scheme, the system is simulated using a simplified encryption/decryption method in Proteus. The gained results from simulation demonstrated that by using the chaos-based security method, the data can be encrypted and easily transmitted through the power line network efficiently.

Since u-Eco City as a inclusive concept of combined object of u-City and Eco-City is premised on both ubiquitous technology and low-carbon green growth which enables the integration of time and space by using information technology, it has a meaning of fusion of green technology. In order to setup the continuos development plan of u-Eco City as a new growth engine of our nation, business strategies for commercializing upgraded city-related goods have definitely been needed. Therefore, the purposes of the study are as follows; first, it analyzes the inside ability of u-Eco City good, second, it tries to detract core value for making business strategy optimized to u-Eco City, third, it setup business model for u-Eco City good, and finally it finds key success factor for successful business operation. From the above procedure, the study showed the three kinds of research outcomes. Firstly this study assumed four core values such as velocity, optimality, profitability, and infrastructure system. Secondly it proposed business model for u-Eco City. The important components of the business model comprised of core value, value proposition, and acting model. Thirdly it drew the 13 key success factors of u-Eco City business strategy with the business model. The results of the paper provide us with the essential and basic frame for enhancing value-added of u-Eco City good which contributes to our nation’s brand as a new growth engine of future economic environment in Korea.
