Amphipoda is a benthic fauna occupying aquatic environments that can be used as a live feed for mud crabs. The abundance of amphipods in the water is thought to impact the preying capacity of crablets, which in turn will affect their growth performance. This study aims to determine the preying capacity of the crablet stage of Scylla tranquebarica exposed at different densities (20, 30, and 40 amphipods / 0.5 L) of amphipod, Grandidierella megnae. The preying capacity was estimated by counting the number of amphipods ingested by an individual crablet during the 60-day rearing period. The main parameters measured were daily consumption rate (DCR), Cumulative molting (CM), Feed conversion ratio (FCR), and the specific growth rate of weight (SGR-W). The results showed that the DCR and FCR were not affected by amphipod densities but the higher the amphipod density the higher the SGR-W and CM. Based on this study, 30 amphipods / 0.5 L is recommended as the optimal density to optimize the DCR and improve the growth performance of crablets. It is also proposed that surplus live feed will potentially reduce the cannibalism rate of crablets during weaning. However, more research needs to be carried out to elucidate the benefits of crablet-feeding amphipods in communal systems.

The typical properties of Lightweight Concrete Pile (LCP) are low density, low strength and high porosity. Such inherent propertiesmade use of LCP for deep foundation are still rare. In spite of Normal Concrete Pile (NCP) has been widely used in civil engineeringindustry, the use of LCP such as palm oil clinker concrete pile (p-LCP) and foamed concrete pile (f-LCP) for floating foundationmust be verified. The purpose of this study was to perform the static and dynamic load tests for assessing the performance of p-LCPand f-LCP and that of NCP as reference. The physical characteristics of either p-LCP or f-LCP have higher average values ofcompressive stress and driving resistance comparing with NCP. Features of good performance for p-LCP and f-LCP can be used fordeep foundation of particular structures in soft soil and were verified to contribute to material and structural perspectives for thefuture of geotechnical engineering.
The Movement of Boron Compound by Infusion Method and Combination of Injection and Bandage-Wrapping

The existing preservation methods are difficult to be applied to a large dimension log which is needed for making traditional wooden ship ‘Jalur’ in Riau Province. Novel techniques to provide the use of readily available species to replace traditional species alternative were investigated. These included infusion and a combination of injection and bandage-wrapping methods for preserving living trees of Balam (Macaranga conifera (Rchb.f. & Zoll.) Müll.Arg.) and Bintangor (Calophyllum soulattri Burm.f.). Water-based boron compounds were applied as wood preservatives. In total, 18 discs from the bottom, middle, and top of four trees and two controls were used. Trees undergoing treatment were also used to see how wood anatomical structure might affect the boron penetration. The overall aim was to identify the best method for use in Jalur manufacturing. The results showed that in infused Balam tree where the hose position for the preservative intake was deep (10-15 cm from the bark), no boron compound was observed in the outer sapwood. Combination of injection and bandage-wrapping method gave higher percentage of boron penetration at bottom and middle of Balam tree. However, infused Bintangor showed 100% boron penetration. The larger vessel diameter, the absence of tyloses, and the simple perforation plates in Bintangor wood were likely to have contributed to the higher penetration of boron. The combination of bandage-wrapping and infusion, or alternatively by infusing the living trees close to the bark, and at as low as position in the stem gives better protection when treatments are applied to living trees.

The study attempts to examine the effect of the capabilities of banking companies, namely the dynamic and unique capabilities, on the implementation of GCG in Indonesia. The effect of organization capabilities on the implementation of GCG is essential since both of them can demonstrate the quality of the company's ability to compete and innovate. This study will also examine the influence of moderating variables, namely the fit and proper test. The methodology used in this study is the structural equation methods and using primary data with board of directors of commercial bank in Indonesia. The test results suggest the positive direct effect of unique capabilities on GCG. The findings show that the capabilities of the top management, both unique and dynamic capabilities, influence the implementation of GCG. Then, the variable of fit and proper test can also strengthen the relationship between them. Both unique capabilities and fit and proper test have a strong and positive impact on GCG. Meanwhile, dynamic capabilities have a negative impact on GCG even though it's not significant and contradictive with earlier studies. In the context of the banking industry growth and sustainability, this matter is important to examine. Top management behavior in operating their organization is important to be investigated.

The objective of this paper is to introduce with a quaternion orientation based quadrotor that can be controlled by Model Predictive Control (MPC). As MPC offers promising performance in different industrial applications, quadrotor can be another suitable platform for the application of MPC. The present study consistently adopts unit quaternion approach for quadrotor orientation in order to avoid any axes overlapping problem, widely known as singularity problem whereas Euler angle orientation approach is unable to resolve so. MPC works based on the minimal cost function that includes the attitude error and consequently, the cost function requires quaternion error in order to proceed with process of MPC. Therefore, the main contribution of this study is to introduce a newly developed cost function for MPC because by definition, quaternion error is remarkably different from the attitude error of Euler angle. As a result, a unit quaternion based quadrotor with MPC can ascertain a smooth singularityfree flight that is influenced by model uncertainty. MATLAB and Simulink environment has been used to validate the cost function for quaternion by simulating several trajectories.
Optimal Portfolio Models for an Inefficient Market

This research attempts to formulate a new mean-risk model to replace the Markowitz mean-variance model by altering the risk measurement using ARCH variance instead of the original variance. In building the portfolio, samples used are closing prices of Indonesia Composite Stock Index and Indonesia Composite Bonds Index from 2013 to 2018. This study is a qualitative study using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Indonesia Bonds Pricing Agency. This research found that Markowitz's model is still superior when utilized in daily data, while the mean-ARCH model is appropriate with wider gap data like monthly observation. The Historical return has also proven to be more appropriate as a benchmark in selecting an optimal portfolio rather than a risk-free rate in an inefficient market. Therefore Mean-ARCH is more appropriate when utilized under data that have a wider gap between the period. The research findings show that the portfolio combination produced is inefficient due to the market inefficiency indicated by the meager return of the stock, while bears notable standard deviation. Therefore, the researcher of this study proposed to replace the risk-free rate as a benchmark with the historical return. The Historical return proved to be more realistic than the risk-free rate in inefficient market conditions.
