Intravesical chemotherapy and immunotherapy will commonly eradicate residual papillary transitional cell carcinoma or carcinoma in situ(CIS) and clearly reduce the short-term incidence and rate of tumor recurrence. So I reviewed the effects and complications of different therapeutic agents(thiotepa, mitomycin-C, epirubicin, adriamycin, bacillus Cal mette-Cue'rin(BCG)) in superficial bladder cancer confirmed with histopathology, with the literatures. Bladder cancer were recurred more commonly in multiple tumors(50.6-56.3%), high grade tumors(52.6%) rather than in single(30.9%) and low grade(31.6%). And recurrence rates according to therapeutic agents were 83.3% in mitomycin-C, 71.4% in thiotepa, 50.0% in epirubicin, 46.6% in adriamycin and 32.6% in BCG. But incidence of complications were highest in BCG(50.5%). So sufficient preventive manuevers should be needed before intravesical theraphy, especially in BCG immunotherapy.

1) As a result of compressive strength experiment, rupture compressive strength showed more increases in specimens of 15% and 20% of Cockle shells in those of non-mixture. Comparing compressive strength between no-mixed Specimens and Specimens of containing Cockle shells, Specimens containing Cockle shells showed higher strength in 60 days of age, and as ark Cockle is contained and age is elapsed, compressive strength is also increased. 2) To sum up the above experimental results, it is found that using splitted Cockle shells as aggregate for concrete by 10% - 20% showed the same or higher compressive strength and shear strength as concretes using general aggregate and it can be used as substitute aggregate of concrete. It is considered that for future use of splitted Cockle shells as substitute concrete aggregate, continuous researches of its durability, applicability and economy are needed.
열병합발전용 Dual Fuel Engine의 질소산화물 배출저감에 관한 연구

This study shows the correlation between ?? emission in the exhaust gas and various operation factors of dual fuel engine for Co-generation system. General tendency was shown that the thermal efficiency was lowered by the change of operation factors. However these were not confirmed on this experiment. Increasing T4 temperature (exhaust gas temperature at turbo-charger inlet)reduces ?? emission rate. The higher T4 temperature requires lower excess air as the excess air ratio is controlled by T4 temperature on gas mode operation. Another tendency was that ?? emission rate is reduced in case of increasing boost air temperature, quantity of pilot oil bypassing flue gas through the through the exhaust gas boiler. The diameter of the fuel injection nozzle was changed smaller than design value and the injection timing was readjusted. Thus ?? enission rate could be reduced as retarding injection timing and changing hole diameter of fuel injection nozzle, however maxium engine out-put was decreased by changing fuel nozzle on the diesel mode operation.
시계 바이어스 변화율을 이용한 반송파 DGPS의 성능 향상

본 논문에서는 GPS 신호가 자주 단절되는 환경하에서도 안정한 위치 해를 제공하는 반송파 DGPS 방법을 제안한다. 시계 바이어스 변화율을 이용하여 큰 오차가 포함된 측정치 채널을 제거함으로써 더욱 정확한 위치 해를 제공하는 알고리듬을 구현하였다. 가시 위성의 앙각과 시계 바이어스 변화율의 관계를 살펴보고, 적절한 임계치를 제안하였으며, 구현된 알고리듬이 실데이터에서도 성능이 우수함을 상용프로그램과 비교하여 보였다. This paper presents the carrier phase DGPS method providing a stable navigation solution under the condition of frequent blockage of the GPS signals. The proposed algorithm reject the channels having large errors using a clock bias drift and then calculated the more accurate solution. By investigating the relation between visible satellites' elevation and their clock bias drift, a proper threshold is set. Simulation shows that the presented result is as good as that of commercial system with real data.
