In this paper, we present the method that improve alarm security system using the electronic circuits added the emergency lamp by our proposed Algorithms. In conventional method the emergency lamp of warning & alarm system didn't work perfectly its performance because of battery with short life. For improving this problem we, using Periphera1 Interface Controller IC, designed the circuit added the emergency Samp for an warning & alarm system and for prevention against stopping the electric current, and compared our proposed method with conventional method.<br/> By designing the circuit to stop up over charge we can extend life of battery, use for a stoppage of electric current in emergency and according to the lightness around. Therefore we are very convenient and profitable in our life.<br/> In the future we will study the method to lower the cost of architecture for practical utilization.

These days the water pollution of lakes and marshes which are sources of city water in many districts is getting worse and worse. we present one method to supervise the water state of lakes and marshes. Using the water pollution measuring devices being sold in a market we designed an automatic inform system to check the pollution state of lakes and marshes directly away at the department of environment As installing this system at tributary rivers and streams, examiners and officers at the department of environment can observe the pollution degree everyday and take strong action against the pollution immediately.
The Auxiliary Power Compensation Apparatus for Urban Photovoltaic/Wind Hybrid Generation System

Photovoltaic energy and wind energy are highly dependent on the season, time and extremely intermittent energy sources. Because of these reasons, in view of the reliability the photovoltaic and the wind power generation system have many problems(energy conversion, energy storage, load control etc.) comparing with conventional power plant.<br/> In order to solve these existing problems, hybrid generation system composed of photovoltaic(500W) and wind power system(400W × 2) was suggested. But, hybrid generation system cannot always generate stable output due to the varying weather condition. So, the auxiliary power compensation apparatus that uses elastic energy of spiral spring was added to hybrid generation system for the present study. It was partly confirmed that hybrid generation system was generated a stable outputs by spiral spring was continuously provided to load.

N/A Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is considered a highly malignant tumor with a poor prognosis. It is usually not resectable and there is no other effective treatment. The current study was undertaken to evaluate the survival time of patients wit.h hepatocellular carcinoma and to find clinical and biologic criteria. A total of 106 patients with HCC seen during the last 3 >ears were analyzed retrospectively for survival in relation to prognostic factors, treatment and disease stage. The results obtained were summarized as follow; 1) HCC vas found frequently in men, and male and female ratio vas 2.5:1. The average age was 55 years in both sex. 2) A prognostic study hased on 91 untreated patients was undertaken. The median survival times according to age, sex, performance status, positive serologic determination of hepatitis B, alcohol intake, alpha-fetoprotein, transaminase, BUN, creatinine values at the time of cliagnosis were statistically not significant. Whereas in all series of patients, bilirubin, tumor size, ascites, serum albumin values were statistically significant. A new staging scheme based on above factors was used. Clearly, thc prognosis depended on clisease stage. The midian survival of stage I patients who receivecl no specific treatment ivas 4.1 months and stage II patients was 1.8 M, and stage III patients svas 0.9 M (p<0.001). 3) The median survival of 91 patients who received no specific treatment was 2.1 M, however 2.3 M for the group of patients(8) placed on systemic chemotherapy, and 9.9 M of the group of patients(7) for hepatic resection. 1) The major causes of death were hepatic failure; 37%(40/106), gastrointestinal bleeding; 28 % (30/106), cachexia; 14% (14/106), respiratory failuire due to lung metastasis; 8% (8/106), intraperitoneal rupture; 3%(3/106). Unclear; 11% (11/106).

In this paper, in order to encourage the use of bicycles we designed this system for the users to utilize conveniently by connecting the electric devices to the mechanical parts. In ordinary times the dc motor is driven by change of a transmission in this system and when its speed decreases due to the overload, the load induction unit works automatically to accelerate it with the maximum efficiency of this system. Diffusion of Wind energy of Republic of Korea grew very fast since the 1990s.<br/> Diffused development system is most 350~750KW Watts' horizontal type wind power generation system.<br/> Diffused system is operated successfully in several areas.<br/> However, most system is state that is stopped because of Characteristics topography that is not enough windy in other area except beach and mountains area.<br/> Because of, we devised system that can develop easily in area that is not enough windy. It is 400W small wind power generation system applied vertical type blade. Execute simulation using CATIA before manufacture for system manufacture. And, center axis of wind force development system devised to be run easily to breeze using electromagnet.
