전기전도도법에 의한 18-Crown-6와 알칼리 금속 이온 착화물의 안정도에 관한 연구

The stability constants(K) for the l : 1 complexes of 18-crown-6 (18C6) with alkali metal ions in DMSO(dimethylsulfoxide), DMF(N, N-dimethylformamide) and AN(acetonitrile) were determined at 30℃ by conductometry. The stability constant sequences of the alkali metal ions complexes with 18C6 in DMSO were K^+>Rb^+>Cs^+>Na^+>Li^+ and in DMF and AN, they were K^+>Na^+>Cs^+>Rb^+>Li^+ . The K values for the fixed alkali metal ion in these polar aprotic solvents were given in the order of DMSO<DMF<AN. These results revealed that the important factors affecting on the process of the formation of the 18C6 complexes with alkali metal ions were the relative size of ionic diameter, cavity of 18-crown-6 and the donor number of polar aprotic organic solvents.

Polymer-Supported Crown Ethers(Ⅳ) Synthesis and Phase-transfer Catalytic Activity

Immobilization method of lariat azacrown ethers, containing hydroxyl group in the side arm of crown ring, on the polymer matrix and the phase-transfer catalytic activity of thus obtained immobilized lariat azacrown ethers were studied. Polystyrene resins with crown ether structures and hydroxyl groups adjacent to the macrorings were prepared by the reaction of crosslinked polystyrene resins containing epoxy groups with monoaza-15-crown-5 or monoaza-18-crown-6. Microporous crosslinked polystyrene resins containing epoxy group for the syntheses of these immobilized lariat crown catalysts were prepared by suspension polymerization of styrene, divinylbenzene (DVB 2%) and vinylbenzylglycidyl ether. The immobilized lariat catalysts with 10-20% ring substitution exhibited maximal activity for the halogen exchange reactions of 1-bromooctane with aqueous KI or NaI under triphase heterogeneous conditions. Immobilized catalyst exhibited higher activity than corresponding catalyst without the hydroxyl group and this result was suggested that the active site have a structure in which the $K^+$ ion was bound by the cooperative coordination of the crown ring donors and the hydroxyl group in the side arm.

Syntheses and Phase-transfer Catalytic Activities of Monoazacrown Ethers

Preparative methods for and catalytic activities of monoaza-18-crown-6 or monoaza-15-crown-5 in the reaction of 1-bromooctane with aqueous KI or NaI were investigated. Monoazacrown ethers were prepared by debenzylation of N-benzylmonoazacrown ethers, obtained from the reaction of N-benzyldiethanolamine and oligoethylene glycol ditosylate. The phase-transfer catalytic activity of N-benzylmonoazacrown ethers was higher than that of the corresponding monoazacrown ethers.

창업 온톨로지 구축과 활용에 관한 연구

정부는 새로운 일자리 창출과 지속적인 경제 개발을 위한 수단으로서 창업을 지원하는 다양한 정책을 실시하고 있다. 창업이 새로운 일자리 창출과 지속적인 경제 개발에 이바지하기 위해서는 창업 성공률이 제고되어야 한다. 창업의 성공은 창업가의 역량, 업종별 고객 수요 및 경쟁 강도, 특정 업종에 대한 창업가와 적합도 등 복합적인 요인에 의해 결정될 것이다. 지금까지의 창업연구는 창업가의 특성과 태도 등 내적 요인에 치우쳐 있으며, 업종별 고객수요, 경쟁강도 등 외적 요인 및 특정 업종에 대한 창업가의 적합도 등 상호작용 요인에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 내적 요인, 외적 요인, 상호작용 요인을 체계화하려는 시도 또한 부족하다. 본 연구는 창업 성공에 영향을 미치는 복합적인 요인에 관한 지식을 체계적으로 수집하여 저장하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 지식 베이스로서 창업 온톨로지의 필요성을 제안하고, 창업 온톨로지의 구축·활용 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 창업 온톨로지의 필요성을 최초로 제안하고, 창업 온톨로지를 구축·활용하는 방안을 종합적으로 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

사업 아이디어 매력도 평가를 위한 인터넷 검색엔진 광고 클릭률 추정에 관한 연구

성공적인 창업을 위해서는 창업가의 준비가 선행되어야 하지만, 매력적인 사업 아이디어의 계발이 뒤따라야 한다. 지금까지의 창업연구는 창업행동과 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 창업가 요인에 관한 연구에 치우쳐 있으며, 사업 아이디어의 계발과 평가에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 이 연구는 사업 아이디어의 매력도를 객관적으로 평가하는 방법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구는 사업 아이디어의 매력도를 잠재 고객이 인터넷 검색엔진에서 특정 사업 아이디어를 표현하는 키워드 검색 이후 검색광고를 클릭하여 웹 사이트를 방문하는 수라고 정의한다. 사업 아이디어의 매력도는 (특정 사업 아이디어를 표현하는 키워드의 조회수 × 검색광고 클릭률)의 수식으로 표현될 수 있다. 검색엔진에서 키워드 조회수를 공개하므 로, 검색광고 클릭률을 추정함으로써 사업 아이디어 매력도를 평가할 수 있다. 연구자는 외국어 교육 관련 키워드 1124개를 선정한 다음, 각 키워드의 1개월간 조회수, 검색광고 클릭률 등의 데이 터를 검색 사이트에서 제공받아 분석함으로써 검색광고 클릭률을 예측하는 회귀식을 도출하였다. 이 연구는 사업 아 이디어의 계발과 평가에 대한 객관적인 기준을 제시함으로써 창업의 성공률을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있고, 창업연구에 새로운 방법론을 도입했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The establishment of a successful business must be preceded by comprehensive entrepreneurial preparation and research, as well as the development of a truly attractive business idea. Research to-date has tended to be based solely on factors relating to entrepreneurial activity or business performance. Research into the development and evaluation of a business idea has been insufficient. The purpose of this research is to propose a methodology for evaluating the attractiveness of a business idea objectively. This research measures the attractiveness of a business idea by the click through rate (CTR) to a website generated by specific keyword entry into internet search engines. The attractiveness of a business idea can be presented by the formula: number of relevant keyword searches x CTR on search results. As the number of searches for individual keywords is published by the search engines and it is possible to estimate CTRs for specific search results, we can objectively evaluate the attractiveness of a business idea. By analyzing keyword search data and CTRs obtained from search engines over a one month period, 1124 keywords that relate to foreign language education have been identified. A regression formula has also been derived, predicting the click through rate for search results. This research and its findings can be used to raise the success rates of new businesses; proposing objective guidelines for business idea development and evaluation. It is particularly meaningful because it introduces a new methodology to the arena.

1인 창조기업의 창업동기에 관한 사례연구

고용 없는 성장의 지속과 경제 침체는 고용 상황을 악화시키고 있다. 일자리를 창출하고 경제적 격차를 줄 이기 위한 대안으로 1인 창조기업이 제시되고 있다. 1인 창조기업 창업동기의 이해는 1인 창조기업의 창업 및 경영과 관련된 교육 프로그램의 개발, 정책 수립의 근거를 제시한다. 따라서 본 연구는 1인 창조기업의 창업동기 모델을 제 안하고, 모델을 실증하기 위해서 사례 연구를 실시했다. 연구 결과, 1인 창조기업 창업행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인적 환경, 개인적 특질 등이고, 개인적 환경 중에서는 창업가의 학력, 경험 및 네트워크가 창업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업 행동을 지속하는 과정은 사업 아이디어 및 목표의 설정, 창업과 경영활동, 사업성과에 따른 내 적·외적 보상에 대한 창업가의 평가, 평가에 따른 사업 아이디어 및 목표의 재설정이다. 본 연구의 결과는 1인 창조 기업의 교육 프로그램 및 컨설팅 가이드라인 개발, 1인 창조기업에 대한 지원정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다. Continued jobless growth in economy, coupled with the current economic recession, is aggravating the situation of job market. In order to create more jobs and reduce the economic gap in a society, an independent creative firm of a sole entrepreneurs is suggested as an alternative mean. Understanding entrepreneurial motivations of a sole entrepreneur will be helpful in developing educational programs on starting an independent creative firm and in establishing a relevant government policy. This study, therefore, proposes a new model on entrepreneurial motivations in the independent creative firm and performs case study. The results of the study show that the personal environment and the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs have much effects on motivation of starting the independent creative firms. Among the personal environments, entrepreneurs' educational backgrounds, work experiences, and personal networks have great influences on entrepreneurial motivations. The processes of sustained entrepreneurship involve: (a) the determination of business ideas and goals, (b) the inception of a new business and managerial activities, (c) the entrepreneur's assessment of both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards of business performances, and (d) the adjustment of business ideas and goals in accordance with the results of the assessment. The results of the study could be applied in developing educational programs and consulting guidelines on independent creative firms and in establishing government's supportive policies on the firm.
