드론 영상 및 NFLOW를 활용한 토석류 수치해석 연구

본 연구에서는 토석류 매커니즘 분석을 위해 SPH(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) 기법을 사용하여 토석류 수치해석을 수행하고 선행연구와 비교하여 토질정수의 적용성을 검증하였다. 또한, 자굴산 유역 계곡부를 대상으로 드론을 이용하여 항공 사진측량을 수행한 후 이를 기반으로 지형모델을 생성하고 NFLOW를 활용하여 토석류 수치해석을 수행한 후 결과값을 위성 영상 기반의 기존의 방법과 비교・분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 드론 영상 및 NFLOW를 활용한 수치해석 기법은 위성 영상 기반의 기존 방법보다 실제 지형을 잘 반영할 수 있어 토석류 영향 예측에 적용성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 드론 영상 및 NFLOW를 활용한 토석류 분석 기법은 사방댐 위치선정 등 토석류 예방 대책 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this study, numerical analysis of debris flow was performed using the SPH (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics) technique to analyze the mechanism of debris flow, and the applicability of soil parameters was verified by comparison with previous studies. In addition, after performing aerial photographic survey using a drone, a topographic model was created based on this survey to check the applicability of the site to the valley part of Jagul Mountain basin. And after numerical analysis of debris flow was performed using NFLOW, and the result was compared and analyzed with the existing satellite image based method. As a result of this study, the numerical analysis method using drone image and NFLOW was found to have a higher applicability to predicting the impact of debris flow, because it can reflect the actual topography better than the existing method based on satellite imagery. Therefore, it is considered that this study can be used as basic data to establish the preventive measures for debris flow such as location selection of the eruption control dam.

In order to slow the spread of the coronavirus(COVID-19), the need for an immunity passport application that can check whether a person has been vaccinated is suggested. W3C"s DID and VC standards are used to develop an immunity passport, but the standard lacks specifications to ensure security, so this absence is inherited in the immunity passport created based on it. In this paper, we analyze the security and validity of the currently developed immunity passport based on W3C"s standards.
NFT 기반의 탈중앙화된 특허출원 시스템 아키텍처에 관한 연구

특정한 발명에 대해서 발명에 사용된 기술을 공개하는 대신 발명자가 독점권을 보유하기 위한 권한을 특허청에 신청하는 것을 특허의 출원이라 한다. 일반적으로 특허를 먼저 출원한 발명자의 정당한 권리를 보장하기 위해서 특허법은 동일한 발명에 대하여 여러 개의 출원이 존재할 경우 가장 먼저 출원한 발명자에게만 특허를 발급한다. 그러나 실제 발명자가 특허를 출원한 시기와 특허청에 접수된 시기에는 오차가 존재할 수 있어 정당한 발명자의 권리가 침해될 소지가 있다. 본 논문은 특허출원시기의 오차를 제거하여 발명자의 정당한 권리를 보장하기 위해 NFT 기반의 특허출원 시스템 아키텍처를 제안한다.
대학생의 지카바이러스 감염에 대한 지식 및 태도가 예방행위계획에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of knowledge and attitudes of preventive behavior plans (PBPs) on Zika virus infection among university students. Methods: Participants included 130 students from H University in Korea. Electronic self-reported questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: The mean percentile score for knowledge was 35.52±20.63. The mean scores for attitudes and PBPs were 3.31±0.47 and 3.07±0.72, respectively, out of 5 points. Knowledge (t=-5.79, p<.001), attitudes (t=-3.17, p=.002), and PBPs (t=-2.67, p=.009) differed significantly with respect to awareness concerning Zika virus infection. The factor ‘attitudes’ significantly affected PBPs, with an R² value of 12.0% (β=.27, p<.001). Conclusion: Developing a correct attitude toward Zika virus infection may be key to improving preventive behaviors. Health education messages should be tailored to increase preventive behaviors against Zika virus infection. Nursing educators will benefit from partnerships with health educators and by using internet media to speed up the dissemination of Zika virus information.

<P>An understanding of neovascularization and/or angiogenesis in cancer is acutely required for effective cancer therapy due to concerns about tumor growth and metastasis. In particular, integrin v3 is closely associated with cell migration and invasion during angiogenesis. Hence, we developed aptamer(v3)-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles (Apt(v3)-MNPs) to enable precise detection of integrin-expressing cancer cells using magnetic resonance imaging. Apt(v3)-MNPs exhibited not only cytocompatibility, but also an efficient targeting ability with high magnetic sensitivity through in vitro/in vivo studies. <P>We fabricated dextran-coated magnetic nanoclusters (Dex-MNCs) for targeted magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of inflammatory macrophages. Dex-MNCs were prepared through encapsulation of hydrophobic magnetic nanocrystals (MNCs) by pyrenyl dextran in order that MNCs could achieve increased colloidal stability in aqueous phase as well as strongly interact with macrophages. Dex-MNCs exhibited biocompatibility and sufficient targeting efficiency against macrophages with strengthened MR contrast effect from <I>in vitro</I>/<I>in vivo</I> studies. Facile Preparation of Pyrene-templated Hexagonal-shaped Gold Nanoplates

We have formulated hexagonal-shaped gold nanoplates in a single-step for photothermal therapy that gold ions to gold particles using pyrenyl dextran as reducible stabilizer and template. They exhibit anisotropic structure with broad surface plasmon resonance (SPR) band into near-infrared (NIR) spectrum enabling photothermal therapy. These gold nanoplates are also confirmed biocompatibility and high uptake efficiency due to binding with dextran molecules on the surface of gold nanoplates and cells. From in vitro phtothermal ablation study under NIR laser, gold nanoplates have the potential to use as photothermal agents.
