As online education increases, the field of AI in Education (AIEd), where artificial intelligence is used for education, is being actively studied. Knowledge Tracing (KT), which predicts a students knowledge level based on each students learning record, is a basic task in the AIEd field. However, there is a lack of utilization of the dataset and research on the KT model architecture. In this paper, we propose to use a total of 11 features, after trying various features related to the problems, and present a new model based on the self-attention mechanism with new query, key, and values, Self-Attentive Knowledge Tracking Extended (SANTE). In experiments, we confirm that the proposed method with the selected features outperforms the previous KT models in terms of the AUC value.
음향을 이용한 남해 연안에 서식하는 상괭이(Neophocaena asiaeorientalis) 의 출현 특성 연구

The sound of finless porpoises Neophocaena asiaeorientalis was recorded with an acoustic recorder to confirm their emergence in the South Sea of South Korea in February, June, and November 2020. Sea water temperature and salinity were also measured. In addition, a sighting survey was conducted to observe the behavior of the finless porpoises and the marine environment, and the clicks of the finless porpoises were recorded every day. The results showed that they always emerged in the survey area. The finless porpoises mainly foraged, whereas some played or rested. The water temperature range of areas where the finless porpoises emerged was 7.5-23.5℃. Assuming that the number of clicks corresponds to the number of finless porpoises, the finless porpoises emerged the most during spring. The emergence decreased during winter and was the lowest during autumn. The finless porpoises emerged more during the daytime than during the nighttime in all seasons, indicating a temporal difference in the usage of the survey area. This might be due to the movement of prey organisms according to regional characteristics. A long-term survey and research on habitat use and environment is needed to manage and conserve the finless porpoises.

Recently, with the development of communication technology, it has become possible to collect various sensor data that indicate the environmental stimuli within a space. In this paper, we propose a group emotion prediction system using a modular Bayesian network that was designed considering the psychological impact of environmental stimuli. A Bayesian network can compensate for the uncertain and incomplete characteristics of the sensor data by the probabilistic consideration of the evidence for reasoning. Also, modularizing the Bayesian network has enabled flexible response and efficient reasoning of environmental stimulus fluctuations within the space. To verify the performance of the system, we predict public emotion based on the brightness, volume, temperature, humidity, color temperature, sound, smell, and group emotion data collected in a kindergarten. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is 85% greater than that of other classification methods. Using quantitative and qualitative analyses, we explore the possibilities and limitations of probabilistic methodology for predicting group emotion.

최근 마이페어 카드(Mifare Card)의 보안 취약점에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있지만 아직도 많은 공기업에서는 비용적인 문제로 인해 카드시스템을 교체하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 카드시스템을 유지하면서 이에 따른 복제, 도청, 재사용공격 등의 보안 취약점을 극복하는 LBS기반의 안전한 출입통제 프로토콜을 제안한다.

비만세포는 알레르기를 유발하는 중요한 세포로서 항원의 자극을 받으면 알레르기 유발 물질을 분비한다. 히스티딘은 비만세포가 관여하는 만성 장염 증세를 완화하는 기능이 있다. 그러나 히스티딘이 비만세포의 활성화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 없다. 우리는 알레르기 반응 연구의 동물모델인 IgE 매개 수동 피부 아나필락시스 방법 그리고 비만세포가 알레르기 유발 물질을 분비하는 반응(탈과립 반응, 염증성 지질 및 사이토카인 분비)을 통해 히스티딘이 알레르기에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 생쥐의 복강으로 히스티딘을 100 mg/kg으로 투여하면 수동 피부 아나필락시스를 통계적으로 의미 있는 수준으로 억제하였고, 비만세포에서도 탈과립 반응과 알레르기 유발 불질의 분비를 억제하였다. 이러한 결과는 히스티딘 섭취는 IgE 매개 알레르기를 억제하는 데 유익할 것으로 생각할 수 있다. Mast cells are major immune cells in allergies that secrete allergic mediators in response to antigen stimulation. The amino acid, histidine, ameliorates the inflammation that mast cells are involved. On the other hand, there are no reports of the effects of histidine on the activation of mast cells. This study examined the anti-allergic effects of histidine with well-established experimental methods in allergy studies, including IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) in mice and mast cell activation responses, such as degranulation, secretion of inflammatory lipid LTB4 and cytokines (TNF-α and IL-4). The intraperitoneal administration of 100 mg/kg histidine suppressed PCA significantly (P<0.05) in mice. In addition, histidine inhibited IgE-mediated mast cell activation, including degranulation and the production of LTB4 and the inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α and IL-4. Overall, histidine suppressed the IgE-mediated allergic responses in vivo and in vitro. Histidine supplementation is expected to beneficial for IgE-mediated allergies.
Multi RF 통신을 이용한 안전한 NFC 신용카드 결제 프로토콜 설계

NFC는 135.56MHz 주파수 대역의 비접촉 근거리 무선통신 기술로서 다양한 모드에서의 자료교환, 스마트포스터, 결제 등 다양한 서비스를 지원한다. 특히 NFC 기술의 결제 환경은 이전의 RFID 환경이 가지는 보안 위협이 그대로 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 결제 환경에 대한 보안 기법으로 두 가지 방식의 RF통신을 함께 이용하고 보안성을 강화한 프로토콜을 제안한다.
