We suggest the phenominological model to determine the mangetoelastic coupling coefficient in Cu/Ni/Cu thin films by considering effective anisotropy energy with magnetic film thicknesses. This indirect determination can be applied other single crystalline systems.

We show physically and mathematically that magnetoelastic coupling coefficients can be predicted to have a form of B^(eff)=B^b+B^s/t similarity in effective magnetic anisotropy energy in ultrathin films. The inverse thickness dependance of magnetoelastic coupling coefficients implies lots of technical potentials.

We predict the magnetization curves with strains in thin films. It is possible to predict the magnetoelastic anisotropy energy which generates the changes of the M-H curves in thin films. We show the prediction of M-H curves in case of isotropic films such as polycrystalline am amorphous thin films as well as single crystal cubic films.
