日本の韓國炳合および獨立運動彈莊 の違法性に關する壹考察 -日本の過去の精算を求めて-
( Naito Mitsuhiro ) 단국대학교 법학연구소 2014 법학논총 Vol.38 No.4
In historical awareness about Japanese colonial rule, there is a huge gap between the two governments, Korean and Japanese, and this is significantly associated with the resolution of the compensation matters for victims concerning the so-called “post-war compensation issues” such as “comfort women issue” or “forced conscription·forced labor issues.” As for the historical awareness about Japanese colonial rule, particularly in regard to assessment of international laws on “Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty” in 1910, there is a large gap between the two governments, and the difference in the debate around this matter seems to be regarded as a decisive impact on the illegality of Japanese colonial rule and liability of Japanese government regarding the compensation for the victims in the post-war compensation issues or the independent movement repressions by the then Japanese Imperial Government. Japanese Imperial Government took the position for involving in the financial and diplomatic matters of the Korean Empire by the signed “first Japan-Korea Agreement” in 1904. And by “the second Japan-Korea Agreement” in 1905, the diplomatic rights of the Korean Empire had been mostly deprived by the Japanese Imperial Government and the Korean Empire became the de facto protectorate. This article, at first, argues the legal invalidity under the international law of “Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty” in 1910 and its base “the second Japan-Korea Agreement (so-called Eulsa Treaty)”. And then, based on the interpretation of the Preamble to the Japanese Constitution, concerning the victims of the independence movements such as “March First Independence Movement”, it discusses the illegality of the repressions by Japanese Imperial Government and compensation liability of the current Japanese government for the victims, and further indemnification liability for the victims of the whole colonial rule and invasive war.
The Theory of Tokyo in the 20th Century as a Garden City
Naito, Keita East-Asian Society for Urban History 2019 Journal of east-asian urban history Vol.1 No.-
In the Edo period, there were many samurai residences with gardens in Edo. In the 20th century, some of these gardens were inherited and new gardens were also cultivated in Tokyo. Because of this, Tokyo in the 20th century has been a garden city since the Edo period. This study shows the characteristics of gardens inherited today from the 20th century and the succession process of these gardens in the 20th century.
NACSIS, Bibliographic Control and Standardization

Many factors play a role in designing the interface for bibliographic data entry system in response to the various needs. Among the major variables to be considered are planning, record format screen design, automatic generation of access points, error chocking, download from bibliographic databases, character codes, card catalog production, and use of authority data. This paper described with examples how these design considerations can be implemented in empirical system.
RADIAL SYMMETRY OF POSITIVE SOLUTIONS FOR SEMILINEAR ELLIPTIC EQUATIONS IN $R^n$
Naito, Yuki Korean Mathematical Society 2000 대한수학회지 Vol.37 No.5
Symmetry properties of positive solutions for semilinear elliptic problems in n are considered. We give a symmetry result for the problem in the feneral case, and then derive various results for certain classes of demilinear elliptic equations. We employ the moving plane method based on the maximum principle on unbounded domains to obtain the result on symmetry.
Naito Toshiki,Shin Jong-Son Korean Mathematical Society 2006 대한수학회보 Vol.43 No.2
In this paper we introduce a new concept, a 'periodicizing' function for the linear differential equation with the periodic forcing function. Moreover, we construct this function, which is closely related with the solution of a difference equation and an indefinite sum. Using this function, we can obtain a representation of solutions from which we see immediately the asymptotic behavior of the solutions.
Future lunar mission Active X-ray Spectrometer development: Surface roughness and geometry studies
Naito, M.,Hasebe, N.,Kusano, H.,Nagaoka, H.,Kuwako, M.,Oyama, Y.,Shibamura, E.,Amano, Y.,Ohta, T.,Kim, K.J.,Lopes, J.A.M. Elsevier 2015 Nuclear instruments & methods in physics research. Vol.788 No.-
<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The Active X-ray Spectrometer (AXS) is considered as one of the scientific payload candidates for a future Japanese mission, SELENE-2. The AXS consists of pyroelectric X-ray generators and a Silicon Drift Detector to conduct X-Ray Fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) on the Moon to measure major elements: Mg, Al, Si, Ca, Ti, and Fe; minor elements: Na, K, P, S, Cr and Mn; and the trace element Ni depending on their concentration. Some factors such as roughness, grain size and porosity of sample, and the geometry of X-ray incidence, emission and energy will affect the XRF measurements precision. Basic studies on the XRF are required to develop the AXS. In this study, fused samples were used to make homogeneous samples free from the effect of grain size and porosity. Experimental and numerical studies on the XRF were conducted to evaluate the effects from incidence and emission angles and surface roughness. Angle geometry and surface roughness will be optimized for the design of the AXS on future missions from the results of the experiment and the numerical simulation.</P>
CORRELATION DIMENSIONS OF QUASI-PERIODIC ORBITS WITH FREQUENCIES CIVEN BY QUASI ROTH NUMBERS
Naito, Koichiro Korean Mathematical Society 2000 대한수학회지 Vol.37 No.5
In this paper, we estimate correlation dimensions of discrete quasi periodic ordits with frequencies, irrational numbers, which are called quasi Roth numbers. We specify the lower estimate valuse of the dimensions by using the parameters which are derived the rational approximable properties of the quasi Roth numbers.
Surface Modification of Rubber by the Treatment with Atmospheric Cold Plasma Torch
NAITO, Kazuo,KUSANO, Yukihiro,HORIUCHI, Takao,LEE, Bong-Ju,KATO, Nobuko,KOINUMA, Hideomi CHOSUN UNIVERSITY 1997 Basic Science and Engineering Vol.1 No.1
A new possibility of our atmospheric cold plasma torch has been examined on the treatment of air-exposed surface of a vulcanized rubber. The plasma treatment effect was evaluated by the wettability as well as by the bondability with a urethane adhesive. the adhesive property was improved by the plasma treatment with the increase in oxygen radical in the plasma.
