      • Dual Nanopatterns Consisting of Both Nanodots and Nanoholes on a Single Substrate

        <P>Block copolymers (BCPs) with various nanostructures such as spheres, cylinders, gyroid, and lamellae, have received great attention for their application in nanolithography through nanopattern transfer to substrates. However, the fabrication of diverse geometries, shapes and sizes of nanostructure on a single substrate at the desired position could not be achieved because the nanostructure based on BCPs is mainly determined by the volume fraction of one block. Here, we synthesize polystyrene-<I>hv</I>-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer (PS-<I>hv</I>-PMMA), which contains a photocleavable linker at the junction point between PS and PMMA blocks. After vertically oriented PMMA cylindrical nanodomains in a thin film on a substrate were obtained, dual nanopatterns composed of high-density array of nanodots and nanoholes were successfully fabricated at the desired area on a single substrate using selective irradiation with a mask. The dual nanopatterns could be used to prepare metal (or metal oxide) nanostructure arrays consisting of both nanodots and nanoholes, which are utilized for smart sensors capable of simultaneously detecting two independent molecules on nanodots and nanoholes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

      • Transparent and Flexible Resistive Random Access Memory Based on Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> Film With Multilayer Electrodes

        <P>We report a transparent and flexible resistive random access memory (ReRAM) using a multi-thin-layer electrode. The transparent and flexible ReRAM includes a multi-thin-layerelectrodethat is transparentand flexible and an Al2O3 layer as a transparent oxide material. When the multi-thin-layer electrode is used for the top and bottom electrode for the ReRAM, the ReRAM has transparent and flexible properties. The stable memory operation uses a Ti layer and an MgO layer between the Al2O3 layer andmultithin- layer electrodes. The transmittance of the ReRAM is over 70% at a visible wavelength on a PET substrate. We believe this transparent and flexible ReRAM will be useful for transparent and flexible electronic devices in the future.</P>

      • Effect of LSP in Phosphor-Converted WLEDs by Application of Ag NPs With/Without Silica Shell

        <P>We report improved efficiency of a phosphor (Lu3Al5O12: Ce3+) by exploiting the plasmonic effect of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) for white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). In a position close to the Ag NPs, the phosphor leads to higher quantum efficiency. Ag NPs are synthesized in various shapes for different spectral overlaps, and coated with a dielectric material to enhance the localized surface plasmon resonance. We present a new method that can improve the efficiency of WLEDs at appropriate concentrations of Ag NPs.</P>

        中国老字号企业竞争力分析 -以青海互助青稞酒企业为案例-

        China has a long history and has produced a large number of time-honored enterprises. Embodying a distinctive traditional Chinese cultural heritage, they have contributed to the economic development of the country and have been highly respected in the society. Analyzing those companies with modern strategy frameworks could shed new lights on the key success factors and propose new ideas to further improve their performance. This paper investigates the Chinese liquor industry and, in particular, the Qinghai Mutual Barley Wine Company. While the company has a long history and a potential for growth, it needs to be more strategic to take advantage of the opportunities. To assess the strategic positioning of the company, we have conducted SWOT and Porter’s competitive strategy analysis, which identified poor management, insufficient publicity, a large number of counterfeit and inferior products, low brand reputation as a source of problem.

        A Study on the Corporate Culture of Tongrentang

        The importance of corporate culture for its development has always been a classic research. Through excellent corporate culture, we can analyze the secrets of company success and provide important reference significance for other company brands. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has greatly increased its international recognition with its excellent efficacy, which has brought development opportunities to the TCM industry. The object of this research is the Beijing Tongrentang Group Co., Ltd. Tongrentang is a representative of Chinese time-honored brands in TCM industry. It has a development history of more than 350 years. It carries the traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture. The corporate culture of Tongrentang was thus extended and developed into 'Benevolence & love', 'Honesty & trustworthiness' and 'Quality first'. We can see that a good corporate culture is particularly important. This paper studies the unique Corporate culture of Tongrentang, and the reasons of company success.         전취덕의 발전과정과 성공요인에 관한 연구

        북경오리구이로 유명한 전취덕은 중국의 대표적인 라오즈하오 기업이다. 창업자 양전인이 1864년 중국의 마지막 왕조인 청나라 때 설립하여 지금까지 150년 이상 장수하였다. 전취덕과 같은 라오즈하오 기업들은 역사ㆍ문화적 가치뿐만 아니라 브랜드 가치가 상당하기에 중국정부가 정책적으로 지원하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 많은 라오즈하오 기업들은 시장 경쟁에 낙오되면서 경영난에 처해있다. 전취덕은 중국의 라오즈하오 기업들 중에서 상위 10%내 우량 기업으로 약 160.95억 RMB의 브랜드 가치를 보유하고 있으며, 국제화에 적극 추진하여 일본, 호주, 캐나다, 프랑스 등 여러 국가에 지점을 개설하였다. 본 연구는 전취덕의 발전과정을 네 시기로 구분하여 상세히 분석하고자 했으며, 각 시기별의 변화를 서술하였다. 특히 신중국 설립 후 전취덕은 기업지배구조를 탈바꿈하여 국유기업으로 전환함으로써 새로운 체제에 적응하였으며 여러 라오즈하오 기업들을 인수하여 거대한 기업집단으로 성장하였다. 전취덕의 성공 요인을 장수기업의 이론인 고객 지향성, 응내성과 사회적 책임으로 구분하여 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 중국의 장수기업인 전취덕의 발전과정을 고찰하고 성공요인을 분석함으로써 라오즈하오 및 중국기업 연구에 기여하고자 한다. Quanjude well-known for Peking roast duck is one of the representative China time-honored Brands, whose title is granted by Chinese government. Founder Yangquanren established Quanjude in 1864 (the third year of Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty), which has survived over 150 years. Since these China time-honored enterprises like Quanjude have not only valuable historical and cultural value but also substantial brand and market value, Chinese government is providing policy-level support. Nevertheless, most China time-honored enterprises are suffering from market competition and experiencing financial difficulties. This study analyzes the process of Quanjude’s development along with the four different periods, and describes the big changes experienced in each period. It is notable for the change of Quanjude’s corporate governance that is transformed into state-owned enterprise in order to adapt to the new institutional environment in the new China. Now it has been successfully listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and has grown into a business group which have several affiliated China time-honored restaurant businesses. Furthermore, this research analyzed success factors of Quanjude with the theory of long-lived company which has the points of customer orientation, hormesis, and social responsibility. Thus this paper contributes to business history of China through examining the process of Quanjude’s development and analyzing the success factors.

        중국 사회경제학의 태동 발전과 적용 실제연구

        중국은 지난 1978년 개혁개방 이후 고도성장을 구가하면서 국민들의 생활수준과 학문수준도 크게 향상되었다. 중국의 사회경제학은 20세기 초부터 학문 발전을 이루어 왔으며, 21세기에는 중국의 경험과 이론을 공유하면서 세계적 수준으로 성장하였다. 중국 사회경제학은 사회학적 이론과 방법을 활용하여 경제행위, 경제구조, 경제체계를 연구해왔다. 한편 중국 비영리단체의 부상과 이에 관련한 입법환경의 변화는 중국 사회적 경제발전을 위한 길을 열어 주었다. 그리하여 지난 몇 년간 중국은 농촌생활을 크게 개선하였고, 2035년까지 농업 현대화를 추진하려 하고 있다. “농업부문의 선진화와 농민의 부유”를 실현하기 위해서 지난 2018년부터 2022년까지 농촌활성화 계획을 수립하고 시행하였다. 또한 환경보호의 노력, 에너지 획득, 소득 불평등 해소 측면에서 특히 인상적인 성장을 보였다. 이러한 현황에 기반하여, 본 연구는 중국 사회경제학의 발전과 현황, 연구동향과 미래전망에 대해 연구하였다. 그리고 중국정부가 사회경제 분야의 주요 정책으로 실시한 농촌생활 개선, 환경보호, 소득불평등 해소 등에 대해 연구하였다. 그리고 이와 같은 정책시행이 우리나라에게 주는 시사점에 대해서도 분석하였다. Since China’s reform and opening up in 1978, China has seen fast growth, and its people’s living standards and academic standards have also risen significantly. Chinese social economics has been evolving academically since the early 20th century, and in the 21st century, it has evolved to a world-class level by sharing China’s experiences and theories. Chinese social economics has studied economic behavior, economic structure, and economic system. Meanwhile, the rise of non-profit organizations and related changes in legislative environment have paved the way for social economic development in China. Thus, in the past few years, China has improved rural life and is on track to modernize its agriculture by 2035. In order to realize “advancement of the agricultural sector and prosperity of farmers”, a rural revitalization plan was established and implemented from 2018 to 2022. It also demonstrated significant growth in environmental protection efforts, energy acquisition and reducing income inequality. Based on this situation, this study studied the development and current status of Chinese social economics, as well as research trends and future prospects. Futhermore, the Chinese government’s major policies in the field of social economy, such as enhaning rural life and reducing income inequality, were studied. In addition, the implications of such policy implementation for Korea were analyzed.

        진화심리학적 관점에서 조직풍토가 발언과 조직 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 한-중 비교연구

        한국과 중국은 같은 동양문화권 국가지만 역사, 발전과정 측면에서 많은 차이점을 가지고 있기에 이러한 차이점들은 기업의 문화와 풍토에 반영되어 기업 경영에도 큰 차이점을 보일 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 한국과 중국 종업원들을 대상으로 조직풍토가 종업원의 심리적 안전감에 미치는 영향과 조직풍토와 발언 행동, 조직동일시 간의 관계에서 심리적 안전감의 매개효과가 있는지에 대해 분석을 진행하였다. 그 중 조직풍토는 경쟁가치 모델에 근거하여형식화, 노력 두 가지 측면으로 구분하여 분석을 진행했다. 중국 종업원을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 조직풍토 중 형식화와 노력은 종업원의 심리적안전감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고 심리적 안전감이 높을수록 조직동일시와 발언 행동이증가하였다. 또한 조직풍토(형식화, 노력)와 발언 행동, 조직동일시 간의 관계에서 심리적안전감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 한국 종업원을 대상으로 분석한 결과조직풍토 중 형식화는 종업원의 심리적 안전감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 노력은 심리적 안전감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으며 심리적 안전감이 높을수록 구성원들의 발언 행동과 조직동일시가 증가하였다. 또한 형식화와 발언 행동, 조직동일시간의 관계에서 심리적 안전감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났지만 노력에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 통해 시사점과 한계점 등을제시하였다. While Korea and China share an oriental culture, they have numerous variations in terms of history and development, which may be represented in company culture and environment and reveal significant variances in corporate management. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of organizational climate on employees’ psychological safety targeting Korean and Chinese employees and whether there was a mediating effect of psychological safety in the relationship between organizational climate, voice behavior, and organizational identification. Based on the competing values framework, the organizational climate was analyzed by dividing it into two aspects: formalization and effort. After examining Chinese employees, we discovered that formalization and effort among organizational climate had a positive effect on employees’ psychological safety. And the higher the employee’s psychological safety of the employee, the higher the organizational identification and voice behavior. Moreover, psychological safety was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between organizational climate(formalization, effort), voice behavior, and organizational identification. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing Korean employees, formalization had a positive effect on employees’ psychological safety, but efforts did not have a significant effect on psychological safety. And the higher the employee’s psychological safety, the higher the organizational identification and voice behavior. In addition, psychological safety was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship among formalization, voice behavior, and organizational identification, but there was no significant effect was found on effort. Lastly, the implications and limits of this study’s findings were discussed.
